2400 sqft 3 BR/2 Bath home with a beautiful view of the Savannah River located 15 miles from Augusta National; 10 minutes from Downtown Augusta, 15 minutes from Augusta's Regional Airport. This house is perfect for groups, multiple couples and family get-away's.
Located on the SC side of the Savannah River, it comes with a screened in Porch, Boat Dock, a Hot Tub, Grill, Fire Pit, and ample Parking . This home has an open floor plan with full gorgeous view of the river. Kitchen comes with SXS Refrigerator, 4-burner stove cooktop, dishwasher, and counter-top appliances. Large flat screen tv, cable tv, reclining sectional sofa in the living room. Master bedroom has private balcony, queen bed, huge master bath with double shower and Jacuzzi tub. Downstairs one queen and one double sized bed with a full bath. No Smoking or Pets. This home is elevated and is not wheel chair accessible.
Boats are not available for use or rental. Local public launches are available in Augusta Ga.

Peaceful

The house was absolutely beautiful! The kids had a great time, running around the yard, being on the dock....My sister and I especially liked being out on the dock just looking out at the water. Making memories is what its all about and we sure made some while we were here! Thank you so very much for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

The place was great. The view is amazing. Joel was great to work with. The jacuzzi tub and hot tub were great bonuses. Has a nice screened in porch that would be awesome during summer. Can fish off the pier. There are a lot of stairs but as long as you can do stairs this is a great property.

Nice house with beautiful views. I wish there was a king size bed in the master but the beds were comfortable. Big yard and nice dock for fishing.

Southern hospitality at its finest.

Beautiful sunsets. Spacious. Lots of common areas that accommodate many comfortably. Kitchen very well equipped. Great mattresses! Large TV screen. Dock inviting w/ solid river access. Joel is super easy to communicate with. Definitely will recommend & would return.

Awesome Getaway

The house and property is very beautiful with a river behind the house for good fishing. The house is well equipped with everything you would need and the owner is very easy to contact and very helpful. My family and I will definitely visit again.

Hidden gem.

A two mile drive down a swampy road leads to a beautiful house on stilts. Up the steps and through the front door leads to a house that is decorated tastefully and a killer view of the moss hung trees and river. The three queen size beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the access to additional pantry items is a nice touch. We spent our 4th of July holiday fishing from the dock. and playing games at the dining room table. I would highly recommend a stay here with friends and family. Tip: If you come in the summer bring Off bug spray.

Spectacular beyond expectation.

Quiet, beautiful, perfect getaway!!

Serene and relaxing location! The house was exactly what we needed, had such an incredible laid-back vibe, beautiful landscape... along with a convenient location not far from Augusta. The beds & sheets were unbelievably comfy and wanted to stay there all day. I wish we could always feel so relaxed as we did here! Joel, the host, was amazing at answering our questions and was sooo friendly, even when we had not-so-typical requests... Couldn't say enough wonderful things about the place!!! Looking forward to going back soon!

Perfect!!

The house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. We fished off the dock during the day, hot tub at night and it was very quiet and peaceful. Not far from Augusta to enjoy some of the local winter festivals. The owner was super nice and accommodating. We will be back!

Great vacation spot

The kids and I had a great time at the property. The owner was very nice and helpful. He left his phone number and was reachable at all time. The facility was clean and everything was accessible. The neighbors were friendly and the area was nice and peaceful. I will revisit on my next vacation.

great place to stay!!

The home was perfect for our group of four men. Plenty of room, and amenities. The owner prepared for our stay and provided plenty of items to make our stay very enjoyable. In fact, he called us during his out of country vacation a couple of times just to make sure we had everything we needed!! We will definitely stay here again next time we go to the area.
