El apartamento está ubicado en el 3er piso del edificio de V pisos de principios del siglo XX. El apartamento recientemente se sometió a una importante remodelación por parte de un conocido artista polaco, Oporska, que le da un aspecto y carácter hermosos y únicos. El apartamento tiene unos 90m2 de superficie. Los techos altos (330 cm) hacen que el apartamento sea muy luminoso y espacioso.

Apartamento terminado en un alto nivel con equipamiento de primera clase.

Apartamento de lujo para alojar hasta 6 personas. En la habitación hay una cama para 2 personas + y una cama extra oculta para 1 persona que puede tirar debajo de la cama principal. En el dormitorio principal tiene una cama para 2 personas. En la sala de estar, puede transformar otra cama para 1 persona desde el sofá (sistema oculto debajo de las almohadas).

El apartamento está totalmente equipado: cafetera espresso, acceso a Internet de alta velocidad, altavoz inalámbrico sonos, televisor Samsung LED de 55 pulgadas con cuenta Netflix, lavavajillas, lavadora combinada (lavar y secar), etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter’s apartment. The neighborhood is full of character and with everything you might need nearby. The apartment itself is beautiful, full of natural light and decorated with great taste. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Peter was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help. We truly felt at home here and would love to come back one day!

We highly recommend this very nice accommodation situated in a safe area close to the most iconic places of the old city of Wroclaw ( about 15 minutes walk to the "Rynek"). The appartment is huge, clean, classy and perfectly equipped. We found the beds very comfortable and the nights were extremely quiet. Enough food stores in the immediate vicinity and many possibilities to park either for in the adjacent streets or in the courtyard of the building, both for free. Peter is exemplary communicating with his guests, doing his very best to deliver all the needed info and answer quickly every questions. We really felt being taken care of. We were not disappointed. A great value for money! (We'd like to advice persons with reduced mobility not to overlook the mention of the appartment being on the 3rd floor of an historical building with no lift)

Tolles Apartment! Ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage an großer Straße. Ideal für 4 Personen. Einzige Herausforderung war die anfängliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der erst am Anreisetag die Zugangsdaten schickte. Danach war er aber gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Verwöhn-Wochenende Pfingsten 2022

Wunderschön renovierte 3 Zimmer-Altbauwohnung, nur ca. 1 km von der Altstadt entfernt, diese ist also fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr stilvolle Einrichtung, die einen schon durch den Anblick entspannen lässt. Der Clou ist die Badewanne im Schlafzimmer. Sehr netter Vermieter; wir hatten ein Handy in der Wohnung liegen lassen, es dauerte keine Woche, bis er veranlasst hat, es uns nachzusenden. Absolut und in jeglicher Hinsicht ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

wunderschöne moderne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir waren als Gruppe ( 4 Frauen zwischen 50 und 60Jahren )unterwegs .Tolle Wohnung-moderne Küche ,sehr modern! Seidem kennen wir nuki app und die sonos app-high-Tec! Die Kommunikation mit Peter war hervorragend.Er hat immer zügig alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zur wunderschönen Altstadt.Tram um die Ecke ,ebenso alle Geschäfte und eine tolle Pizzeria. Wir haben die Tage in Breslau und in der Wohnung sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder .

Stylische Wohnung, zentrumsnah

Uns hat die stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe gut gefallen. Für vier Personen ist mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem großem Wohnzimmer viel Platz. Die Fenster der Wohnung zeigen zum Hinterhof, so dass Straßenlärm keine große Rolle spielt. Nur die Erschütterungen der Straßenbahn sind im Haus zu spüren. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen (10-15 Min.) und die Straßenbahn fährt auch in unmittelbarer Nähe ab. Außerdem gibt es am nahegelegenen Park eine Station für (Online-) Leihfahrräder. In der Straße gibt es mehrere Nahversorger mit langen Öffnungszeiten und an der nächsten Straßenecke einen großen und gut sortierten Supermarkt. Obwohl während unseres Aufenthaltes extreme Sommertemperaturen herrschten, ließ sich durch Lüften und Verschatten die Wohnung auf einer erträglichen Temperatur halten. Wir waren insgeamt sehr zufrieden. Auch die "Schlüsselübergabe" über eine Telefon-App zur Türöffnung fanden wir sehr komfortabel.

Centrally located apartment with 69 steps of stairs

This is a nice apartment conveniently located in Wroclaw. To the central square, Rynek, you can walk (15-20 min) or take the tram (line 14 or 15). You need to be aware of that the apartement is on the third floor without a lift (69 steps of stairs) and there is no oven or microwave. Generally, there are still quite a lot of old, worn-down (communist time style) buildings in Wroclaw, and so is also the case in the area where the apartment is. The court where the parking lot is, is too worn down in order to feel safe to park the car. Instead, we parked the car in the street close to the police station, which is adjacent to the building. No parking fees are payable in this area. Although there are some worn down houses in the area, we did not see any disturbances in the street, so we still felt quite safe. The Wifi, Tv, dish washer, washing machine, etc. all worked fine. The apartment could do with some more cupboards for storing your clothes, groceries, etc. (we hade to keep the clothing in our bags and the groceries on the table). All in all and in light of the reasonable pricing, the central location and the nice look of the apartment, we found it to be good value for money.

Top Apartment in the heart of Wroclaw

For a short stay in Wroclaw we booked the Green Apple Apartment. The location of the property is ideal for exploring the city on foot or by bicycle or e-scooter. In less than 20 minutes you stand on Rathausplatz and is completely overwhelmed. All rooms are very tastefully decorated. Thanks to the high ceilings and large windows, the rooms are flooded with light. The equipment with LED TV and audio streaming, as well as the large kitchen are top. Green Apple Apartment: A place to relax and dream, if it were not for the fantastic city that wants to be explored. We will be back!

nice apartment, simple and uncomplicated check in and out

The apartment is up to date and really nice. We were there for 1 month and felt very comfortable. The Check-in and Check-out works with an app and is very simple. The two bathrooms were also very nice, so there was no stress in the morning. We would book the accommodation again.

Spacious well equipped apartment with lots of natural light.Short 10 min walk to the medieval square

Just a 20 min taxi ride from the airport and a short walk to all the bars and restaurants of old Wroclaw. The apartment has huge windows, plenty of natural light and a separate bath in one of the bedrooms. Access to the property is straightforward via the app on the phone and very secure.Shops and bakeries on your doorstep. Peter was very helpful and although we never met him he always replied to any queries via e mail or phone very quickly. The sonos sound system and the use of Spotify was great. The city is very beautiful with lots of history and the restaurants and bars are all very reasonably priced, Would stay here again and in Peters apartment without a doubt! Dave and family Sept 18

Great Place!

We rented this apartment at the first of October for Fall break and were quite impressed with it. Everything was good. Only negatives I found with this was the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and parking was an issue our first night. Parking was an issue only because we were not familiar with the area at all. Once we realized we could park across the street around the park area, we were good to go. It was super convenient to a bakery downstairs and several little marts within the block area. Over all, a great place to rent.

Bellissima casa a pochi passi dal centro...

Il nostro soggiorno a Wroclaw è stato perfetto. E se così è stato, è anche grazie a questo bellissimo appartamento. Alla moda, pulito e ben posizionato. Il proprietario è di una gentilezza unica. Accessoriato di tutto ciò che può servire per un soggiorno fino ad una settimana! Se proprio devo trovarci un neo, l'unico difetto è dato dal divano letto in soggiorno, è veramente scomodo, soprattutto se a dormirci devono essere degli adulti. Sicuramente la casa è l'ideale per gruppi di 4 o per famiglie con bambini, se siete 6 adulti, dovrete un po' adattarvi per la situazione del divano. Il resto dei letti è comodo e spazioso.

A perfect place to discover Wroclove ;-)

We've been to Wroclaw a lot of times on our annual business trip, but we've never spent our week in this beautiful town in an apartment like this. I'm glad we found this offer in the internet. The apartment has got an unique atmosphere: Located in an historical building dating back to the 19th century we were welcomed by a wonderful staircase made of antique wrought iron. Then we entered the apartment and were overwhelmed: Everything shows the good taste and loving affection of the owner. Walls and ceiling are beautifully decorated, the furniture is exquisite, works of art add to the special atmosphere. We felt at home at once. All the facilities are in a top state, the beds are very comfortable, the two showers offer plenty of room and an inspiring feeling of summer rain. The windows are directed to the north, so the rooms didn't heat up in spite of the summer temperatures. WIFI and the Sonos system worked without problems. The owner was very friendly and helpful, all questions were answered immediately. There are two bakeries right next to the entrance and several mini-markets in Pomorska street. We could park our car safely in front of the police station next door. It's just a short walk to the Old Town, in 15 minutes you can reach the Rynek. So all in all: This apartment is the perfect starting point to discover the wonderful town of Wroclaw. Next year we will certainly rent it again (let's hope it will be available ;-)

Stilvoll, zentral, der perfekte Ort für diese wunderschöne Stadt

Wir waren zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder-12, 14 und 16 Jahre) in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Die Ausstattung hat alles vorgehalten, was man für Großstadttourismus braucht. Wir konnten zu Fuß die zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt besichtigen, allein zum jüdischen Friedhof haben wir uns in die Straßenbahn gesetzt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt . Auch am späten Abend konnten wir noch unbesorgt den Heimweg antreten. Lebensmittelläden und Bäckereien sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist absolut problemlos und erfolgt zeitnah. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten!

Top Lage in einer stilvollen Wohnung

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in Breslau und hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah an der Innenstadt, die Altstadt ist gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage wie auch die Wohnung selbst, sind nur zu empfehlen. Sie ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr groß und geräumig und es ist alles Nötige vorhanden, von Küchenuntensilien bis zur Waschmaschine, über App gesteuerte Musik bis zum Handtuch bleibt kein Wunsch offen. We were with 6 people in Wroclaw and had a good time. The apartment is very close to the the old town, within easy walking distance. The location as well as the apartment itself, are only to be recommended. It is very nicely decorated, very large and spacious and everything necessary, from kitchen utensils to the washing machine, music, everything we desired. We can recommend it.

Appartamento, meraviglioso, pulitissimo e confortevole, pieno di comodità .

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulitissimo e pieno di confort. Siamo stati in 5 adulti per 4 notti. La stazione dell'autobus e del tram e' a due passi. In centro ci si può arrivare a piedi, dista circa 1600 mt. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento.
