VILLA PISCADERA - Maravillosa villa tropical de lujo con piscina privada

Esta villa de lujo (construida en 2014) con piscina privada está ubicada en el Piscadera Bay Resort, un parque muy conocido donde se encuentran casas de vacaciones y casas habitadas permanentemente en uno de los lugares más hermosos de la isla.

Se alojará en un oasis de verde tropical entre palmeras, adelfas, buganvillas y plataneros.
Los niños pueden jugar libremente, porque el complejo tiene un límite de velocidad de 15 km por hora para los automóviles. Además, hay vigilancia las 24 horas del día.

El parque está a 2-3 minutos a pie de las playas y está justo detrás del Hilton y el Floris Suite Hotel, con casinos, escuela de buceo, bares y restaurantes. Aquí, los eventos especiales se organizan casi a diario, como cenas temáticas y actuaciones especiales.

Los inquilinos del complejo tienen acceso gratuito al restaurante y club de playa Pirates Bay. Aquí tiene la sensación de la isla de la recompensa: una hermosa playa de arena, lentamente inclinada en el mar con palmeras y un restaurante amigable para los niños para el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena, y un bar muy acogedor con hora feliz y música en vivo. Recientemente también hay una pizzería situada junto al mar.

El tiempo de conducción hasta Willemstad y un gran supermercado es de solo 5 minutos y debido a la ubicación central en el centro de la isla, ambas playas en los lados este y oeste son muy fáciles y de fácil acceso.
Las conferencias tienen lugar en el cercano WTC, pero también en el famoso Festival de Jazz del Mar del Norte de Curazao. También hay instalaciones públicas como un banco, oficina de correos y cajeros automáticos.

El tiempo de viaje desde y hacia el aeropuerto es de 10-15 min.

Nice place for vacation

House was great for our vacation. Everything was in excellent condition with nice firm mattresses. Pool was great for lounging in. Would definitely stay there again.

Curaçao Trip

We had a wonderful vacation in Curacao and absolutely LOVED the Villa Piscadera accommodations. The home is beautiful, well kept and very relaxing. As we ate breakfast on the covered porch, we were greeted by a menagerie of colorful birds including a few hummingbirds. The location is great with access to a beach and a handful of delicious restaurants in walking distance. The owners, onsite hosts and staff were all super friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent from the start. We highly recommend this Villa and look forward to coming back soon!

Perfect Vacation Home!

Our experience was nothing but fantastic! The home was just as it was described in the listing. The pool was a perfect way to end a long day at the beach. The location was great and the house was fully equipped. If you are worried about traveling with small children, this is where you want to stay. To get in and out of the property you have to go through the guard shack. It is a very secure property in a great location.

This property met all of our expectations!

The villa is well designed to enjoy the island breeze outdoors and pool. The landscape is beautiful and offers privacy from neighbors and the street. We enjoyed the convenience of nearby amenities including the walk to the beach or passes at the Marriott or Dreams resorts. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile. We have family in Curacao and this was the perfect location for us to gather for brunch And BBQ. We will return!!

Wonderful Villa

Villa Piscadera is fantastic vacation home. The photos on homeaway are up to date. The layout of the house is great for indoor/outdoor living. The pool and teak deck is awesome. You can open the entire glass front to the dining table and pool. The kitchen is well equipped and the gas grill is new. The house was cleaned very well when we arrived. The location of the home is great, it is just 5 minutes to a large grocery store and a short drive to the town. Overall the villa is a perfect destination for your vacation. Just be aware of the additional fees. The third bedroom costs extra, no matter how many people stay at the house. Beach Towels are not included in the rental which is a little odd. The listing on homeway said that the tax is included and lists the tax also on the order confirmation. However it is not calculated in the total that you pay. So you have to pay the tax onsite. When you compare prices on homeaway, keep in mind that the actual cost is 7% higher then listed due to the tax. Took us a while to figure that out and some back and forth with the owner. Other than that the house is really great and I can highly recommend it.

Everything was wonderful!

The home was as promised on Homeaway. The owners even presented us with an option to save us money when our number of guests changed from 3 to 2. This was not expected. Our only issue was the expensive water and electricity costs in Curacao. Thank you so very much for a fantastic vacation!
