Sun besó-desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer, esta casa de campo restaurada está situada a las afueras del Parque Nacional Sibillini. La casa que se encuentra cerca del encantador pueblo de Colmurano tiene capacidad para 10 personas, con 3 habitaciones dobles, 2 habitaciones dobles y 3 baños. Cualquiera de las habitaciones se pueden ampliar con otra cama individual que significa la capacidad total es de 13. Hay una gran cocina totalmente equipada con chimenea tradicional. También hay un amplio garaje para juegos (tenis de mesa, etc.) Las paredes de 50 cm de espesor mantener la casa fresca en verano y cálida en invierno. La piscina al aire libre cuenta con maravillosas vistas de la campiña circundante.

También hay mosquiteras en todas las ventanas de los dormitorios, para permitir que la brisa casi permanente para mantener las cosas bien!

Colmurano es característico de esta zona montañosa maravillosamente. Elegido por los antiguos romanos como un lugar de descanso, muchos sitios arqueológicos siguen siendo descubiertos en alrededores Urbisaglia. Durante el verano hay numerosas actividades artísticas y festivales culinarios (esp. El Festival internacional de la calle en julio, dueño de contacto para enlace al sitio web). Para aquellos que disfrutan auténticos sabores gastronómicos de la tierra, hay un montón de oportunidades para probar con los numerosos restaurantes y trattorias, y las fiestas de los pueblos y aldeas de los alrededores, y las bodegas donde el arte de los aspectos enológicos todo el carisma y la tradición de la vendimia de edad.



La ubicación de la casa le permite planificar excursiones culturales. De Colmurano a sólo 30 minutos en coche te llevará a las montañas (baños termales Sarnano- y centro de esquí durante el invierno), o al mar (Civitanova - Costa de Conero). La Abadía de Fiastra (5 minutos) se encuentra en una reserva natural de en el borde de un gran bosque (por favor, póngase en contacto con el propietario para obtener más información). En Urbisaglia (también 5 minutos) se encuentra el Parque Arqueológico de Urbs Salvia, con su anfiteatro romano, teatro al aire libre, el templo y acueducto. 20 minutos de distancia se encuentra la hermosa ciudad de Macerata, con su festival anual de ópera al aire libre (propietario de contacto para el enlace). Otros lugares de interés: Cuevas de Frasassi, Recanati (la ciudad de nacimiento de G. Leopardi) Loreto, Camerino Caldarola, Asís.

Beautiful, fully equipped and clean family house

We had a great stay in this very nice house. Everything was clean and very well organised, from towels to bedsheets and a fully functioning kitchen. Lots of things to do in the house for the kids. Great view

Wir haben wunderbare Urlaubstage, 7 Erwachsene plus Hund, verlebt. Die Casa war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten. Der Pool hatte eine perfekte Größe zum Abkühlen und rumalbern. Die Tischtennisplatte im Keller war perfekt, um mal der Sommerhitze zu entkommen. Die Lage der Casa ist grandios: soo weiter Blick über die Hügel und zu den nahen Ortschaften. Ein Bäcker war zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar. Für Restaurants brauchten wir das Auto. Empfehlenswert: MISIDIA in Ripe San Ginesio (ganz süßer kleiner Ort), LA LOGGE in Urbisaglia, NORCINERIA und SAN FABIANO. Gute Pizzen machen PIZZA BEST OF. Einen ruhigen Strand fanden wir in 40 Autominuten: zwischen Civitanova und Porto Potenza, an einer Mini-Unterführung unter den Bahnschienen hindurch. Kühleren Wasser zum Baden fanden wir am LAGO FIESTRA in den Bergen. In Macerata fand gerade das Opernfestival statt. Wow, was für ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis hatten wir dort bei LA TROVATORE!Alles in allem ist Casa dei Monti ein Ort, an dem wir genüsslich entspannen konnten.

Großartige Unterkunft

Anreise unproblematisch, sehr, freundlicher, liebenswerter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle, selbst bei einer Reifenpanne hat er uns persönlich die Werkstatt vermittelt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Haus etwas hellhörig, aber: Grossartige Lage,Sonne von früh bis spät. Toller Pool, atemberaubender Ausblick von der wunderschönen Terrasse in die umliegenden Täler. Keine Tourismus-Hochburg. Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Grotte von Frassassi....). Bademöglichkeit im Meer in ca 30 km Entfernung (Civitanova Marche, toller Sandstrand). Für uns ein echter Traumurlaub.

Nicola, de eigenaar van het mooie ruime huis met prachtig uitzicht was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In het huis is alles aanwezig voor 10 personen. De kamers zijn heel ruim en het zicht van aan het mooie zwembad is fantastisch.

Ein rundum wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit allem! Das Haus und Grundstück sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben mit 9 Personen Urlaub gemacht und es haben alle sehr genossen. Vor allem der Pool und die Tischtennisplatte waren ein Highlight. Bei Fragen und Problemen waren die Vermieter immer ansprechbar und super engagiert und hilfsbereit. Zum Einkaufen sind es ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für alles Weitere muss man etwas länger fahren, dafür kann man auf dem Grundstück die Idylle und Ruhe genießen. Wir haben noch nie so ein super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gesehen. Vielen Dank für alles!!!

Haus im ländlichen Raum

Wir haben das Haus in Colmurano Ende August 2021 besucht. Die Lage ist ländlich und ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in kleinen Märkten in Colmurano, wenn man einen größeren Einkauf machen möchte, findet man im ca. 10km entfernten Tolention größere Supermärkte / Einkaufszentren. Den Sandstrand von Civitanova kann man in rund 40 Minuten erreichen. Der Pool war kalt und wurde von unseren Kindern deshalb nicht genutzt. Das Haus selber ist sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Leider sind die Wände innen sehr dünn und bieten kaum eine Schallisolierung.

Blissful, beautiful, just perfect!

My family (3 generations, including 4 children under 10) have just spent 3 blissful weeks here. The house is great, well equipped and maintained, and the pool is lovely with breathtaking panoramic views. Nicola the owner and his family, and Gabriel the manager, were fantastic. They were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much for them. Colmurano, and neighbouring Urbisaglia, are very close and both have little Supermarkets, Bakeries, Butchers, Groceries and some really nice restaurants, bars, cafes and Gelateria. I cannot recommend Casa Dei Monte, Colmurano and Le Marche more highly. It is a truly wonderful part of Italy!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben im Juli 2015 2 Wochen mit insgesamt neun Personen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht (in Wirklichkeit viel schöner als auf den Bildern erkennbar). Das Haus war sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr schön, da man einen tollen Ausblick über die Hügellandschaft der Marken genießen kann (das Dorf Colmurano liegt nur 10min Fußmarsch entfernt). Der große Swimmingpool war sehr angehem. Die Besitzer des Hauses waren sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Auch Gabriel Walsh hat sich freundlicherweise nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Wir würden sofort wieder hier Urlaub machen und können das Haus somit uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Rustic paradise in the middle of beautiful Marche

Everything is just as you see in the pictures, and Nicola takes care that there's everything you need. The house is clean and equipped with all the modern utilities, and the view from the pool is just stunning. There is much to see near Colmurano, I wish we'd stay for more than just one week! Will definitely come again!

Fabulous Property in beautiful area

Our extended family of 10 met up for a shared week in this wonderful property.The property was clean and maintained beautifully. There was a generous welcome pack and plenty of information about the surrounding area and events. There are inside and outside eating areas which we could all eat at together comfortably. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom made it perfect for our grandparents and the upstaris rooms suited the other two families perfectly. We have often rented properties and have never been to such a well appointed and resourced house. The week was abnormally hot for Italy which made the pool a life saver and every one spent a lot of time this lovely pool. When drying off there is a covered area right by the pool to provide essential shade. My teenage boys loved the cool basement with the table tennis and table football and every one enjoyed these. There were wonderful views from the property.This is a wonderful area not too busy with tourists with the most wonderful hidden medieval towns, many of which have sagras (festivals) during August. Colmurrano is a small town which hs a good bread shop, grocery store, green grocers and pizza restaurant. We would not hesitate to return and would recommend it unreservedly.

Tolles Haus, unvergesslicher Urlaub

Waren mit 2 Familien ( 4 Erw. und 4 Kinder) dort. Das Haus bietet wirklich alles was zum entspannden Urlaub dazu gehört. Eine komplette Ausstattung. Der Pool super gepflegt und angenehm. Der Garten großzügig. Tischtennis und Kicker waren auch in Gebrauch. Die Sonnenuntergänge mit leckerem Wein ein unvergesslicher Moment. Nicolai ein dezenter und toller Gastgeber. Gabriel stand für Fragen und Anregungen immer zur Verfügung. Die Leute waren alle extrem freundlich. Werden bestimmt nochmal kommen! Ciao Casa! Vermissen es jetzt schon!!!

Attention! The perfect place!

Our family consisting of two boys, 8 and 5, their parents and their four grandparents spent a week in June in Casa dei Monti. Having read the description of the house and its environment we had very high expectations. It turned out that everything was correctly described; the house was very well equipped, very clean and tasteful, the area beautiful and the owner very helpful and friendly. We loved the view from the pool area, the gazebo with its shade, the dining areas inside and outside the house, the kitchen, the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, the tasty local wine (Saputi), the many pretty towns and villages close by, the sea and the fantastic mountains, which were both less than an hour away. The boys loved the pool which was kept very clean with continuous fresh water. For the adults we recommend an early morning walk to Colmurano or to Ripe San Ginesio (if you are fit) for example. Urbisaglio, San Ginesio, Sarnano, Tolentino, Macerata, Monti Sibellini with Castellúccio and Civitanova are all worth a visit. Best of all was the wonderful view of the green hills all around, the mountains far away in one direction and the sea in the other. We would love to go back.

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben hier zwei sehr schöne Wochen mit unsere Familie ( 9 Personen) verbracht. Das Haus ist noch schöner als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, vor allem die Küche. Für unsere Kinder war die TT-Platte, Tischkicker und natürlich der Pool perfekt. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer, in die Berge sowie die in die umliegenenden schönen Städtchen und Dörfer. Man kann aber einfach auch nur die Ruhe genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Exceeds Expectations

Our three generation family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed this house and the beautiful countryside and historic villages of Le Marche and within half an hours drive from the coast. The description of the house was accurate. The house was well equipped, well maintained and very clean. The owner and agent were most helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

great holiday

we just spent a week in this beautiful house and had a hard time leaving it... The house is very well located with a splendid view of the countryside. We also enjoyed much the swimming pool in the hot days of august. The house was very clean, all equipment in perfect order and we appreciated its spaciousness as were ten staying in the house. The owner Nicola welcomed us warmly and was very accommodating. The area offers many activities from mountains to sea, and plenty authentic old villages. we'll be very happy to come back!

At last - a real find!

We've had several holidays in rented villas, and have had varied experiences - some ok, some good, some not so good. A work colleague recommended Holiday Rentals, and we trawled it, as you do. Wanting to explore a lesser-known part of Italy we (5 of us) agreed on Casa Dei Monti - near the mountains, not far from the coast, with a pool and panoramic views. We got lucky. The villa itself is high class, stylish and very well-appointed. Cool marble floors, wide staircase, good-sized bedrooms, (with great views), excellent bathrooms and a kitchen - professional stove - that served us foodies brilliantly (as did the local shopping opportunities - specialities abounded). We were delighted, all round. The pool has unbelievable views towards the mountains, and every sunset was an unfailing show in itself. And there's a shower by the pool. Under the house is a large games area - but the weather was so good we only had one t-t competition. There are bikes too. The region of Marche is perfect if, like us, you are interested in exploring hidden gems of magical towns, every one with incredibly beautiful buildings, honey coloured stone, all amazingly clean and handsome. I'm starting to go on a bit here, but honestly, every single hill-top town is worth hours of wandering about in. There are plenty of local festivals, from pizza to street theatre, sausage and music and wine. Then there's the National Park with great, great walking. Lakes for swimming, and everywhere local restaurants with traditional kitchens. I'm going to stop. This villa is a gem, and the owner friendly and ready to please. We'll be going again.
