Azalea Hill - ¡Vistas todo el año! Bañera de hidromasaje, mesa de billar, ping pong, vistas a la montaña

Ven a disfrutar de esta hermosa cabaña de montaña! Ubicado al final de una calle tranquila con vistas durante todo el año, ¡has encontrado el escondite perfecto!

La gran sala del nivel principal está dominada por una pared de ventanas con vistas a la ladera al otro lado del valle. Los muebles de cuero están dispuestos alrededor de una chimenea de gas de piedra del piso al techo, con un gran televisor de alta definición montado encima. A un lado de la sala de estar hay una mesa de billar de cuerpo entero, y al otro lado hay una larga mesa de comedor estilo picnic. La cocina mejorada cuenta con mostradores de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está decorada con revestimiento de corteza. También hay un medio baño junto a la cocina, y la lavadora y la secadora están escondidas en un armario junto a la bañera.

La suite principal en este nivel tiene una cama King, TV, puertas a la terraza con la mejor vista de la casa y un baño privado con tocadores de travertino doble y una ducha con azulejos.

La casa es muy amigable para niños pequeños, con una variedad de juguetes apropiados para niños pequeños y cerraduras de gabinete a prueba de bebés. También hay una mesa de ping pong en el desván, así como una litera Twin sobre Full. También arriba hay un dormitorio con dos camas Queen, así como un baño completo con tocadores dobles de mármol y bañera / ducha. El baño se abre a la habitación, así como al desván.

Varios conjuntos de puertas francesas de vidrio se abren desde la gran sala a la terraza donde puede relajarse en las sillas Adirondack o en la mesa de picnic junto a la parrilla de carbón y disfrutar de las vistas. En otoño, la ladera que da a la cabaña se iluminará con un color brillante, y en primavera, disfrute del rododendro y las flores de laurel de montaña. Blue Ridge Rentals very accommodating to and extra day at a great rate and the addition of a pet last minute. The location was as described and proximity to Blowing Rock and Boone were great. Great cabin for family

Stayed for week during summer with my teen children and small dog. Perfect place close to town with great views and huge deck. The pool table was great for family bonding with it being in the main living area.

Great place to stay.

This cabin is very nicely furnished and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It's in a very quiet location with a great view from the deck. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Great cabin!

Beautiful and comfortable cabin, with many activities to keep us entertained. The location was an easy drive compared to many cabins we have had in the past. There was some miscommunication via text from a company saying they did not manage the property, which was confusing; however a phone call fixed everything. The kitchen has a lot - almost too much stuff in it.

Great location close to ski slopes

Family from 2 states congregated here for a short ski trip. Very convenient to ski slopes (we skied at App Mtn). Plenty of sleeping space for our crowd, although should be noted that the 4 bunk room is accessible through the queen bedroom or a bathroom. Loved having the hot tub, ping pong table and pool table.

Very Nice, would be ideal for two families

Myself and my wife stayed here with another couple, and had a blast! Pool table, ping pong, hot tub were all amazing. Views from the porch and was able to watch the NCAA tournament from the massive big screen TV in the living room. Look forward to coming back here when we have kids!

Great Stay

The house is centrally located between Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock. Very comfortable house to relax and enjoy the mountains. Definitely would stay again. Driveway was easy to get into and out of. We have rented a couple of places where this was not the case. Accommodations were exactly as the listing represented. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week. The house is beautiful and very welcoming. Boone and Blowing Rock are both just a few miles away. We hiked, we ate, we napped. We played pool. We cooked dinner in the well apportioned and spacious kitchen. It rained all day one of the days we stayed and we didn’t even care!

The huge cabin is simply a beautiful well thought out home, too much good to say so I'll keep it short, very clean with a well-stocked kitchen perfect for longer stays. My husband went thru college moonlighting as a pool shark : ( so he loved the regulation size pool table and the trick shots were awesome, he said a slight ball drift to the fire place corner LOL . We would love to visit again ... AAA++++++++++++++ THANKS MUCH !!

Secluded feel but just minutes from town

Azalea Hill was exactly as described. It was easy to get to, but placed perfectly so it felt secluded. The huge porch with enough rocking chairs for everyone was delightful. The property was clean and the kitchen had all utensils, glasses, pots/pans needed for making family meals. Plenty of seating in the living room for everyone and enough games to keep everyone occupied. A short distance from town and close to many scenic trails. Loved this place!

Beautiful

Checking in was easy with email and a lockbox. The cabin is beautiful inside and all the add ons such as the pool table, ping pong, and hot tub just elevated the stay. One important note though. If you are looking for an isolated/private stay you may have a concern. The pics do not reveal that there are several other places within a stones throw. Sitting on the porch hearing other peoples conversations close. And it sits above a fairly busy road with businesses across the road. It is quiet at night and it wasnt an issue but future guests should have this info.

Perfect escape

I didn't realize when I planned a last minute Spring Break/15th birthday/Easter get away that I'd stumbled across the perfect place. When we walked in, we were in complete awe. The porch with east facing as well as west facing views - I mean, sunrise AND sunset? Heaven. My normally 'plugged-in' teens bounced back and forth between the pool table and ping-pong table and the sound of chaos was music to my ears. We had family movie night on the huge den tv with amazing surround sound (The Hunger Games - 4 movies for 4 nights) and ate together at the super cool table at least one meal each day. I slept like a baby - highly unusual for a full-time working (outside of the home) stressed out mom-of-three. Perfect location. Perfect amenities. Perfect views. Perfect memories. We will be back. :)

Lovely Azalea Hills

Azalea Hills cabin was lovely. I have nothing but good things to say about the cabin itself - the location is perfect and it is very well appointed and comfortable. My ONLY complaint is not about the cabin but the cleaning crew that cleaned (or not) prior to our arrival. There were hairs in the master bath vanity area and dirty dishes in the cupboard. The shower floor in the master also needed a very good scrubbing. The tv in the master bedroom had no directions on how to operate and we had to call maintenance for a lesson. But with those few exceptions I would most decidedly stay again and recommend to others. We did report the lack of cleaning to the management company so hopefully the owners will not have another guest walk into some leftover dirt from previous visitors. In any event we would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a wonderful stay.

The upstairs loft area that is divided into rooms, gets very hot as it has no ac/ventilation system. Hot tub jets do not work. Several light bulbs were out. Kitchen needs to be better stocked in order to cook a decent meal. Has lots of plates and bowls, but barely any serving/cooking utensils to cook with, no colander, no oven mitts. Drinking glasses are sparce unless you need a mug. Knives are sparce and extremely dull. Kitchen items need a revamp as many items are rusted or nonexistent. Lots of empty drawers in the kitchen. Cabin has a grill but no grilling tools to be able to use the grill. If you are planning on cooking much bring ur own items to do so. The one big cooking pot they had was broken. The leather couch needs to be replaced as the leather is so dry and worn it has become hard and scratchy. Cushions are flat and torn. We had to put a sheet on the couch to make it softer and not poke and scratch. Cabin itself was nice, just missing a lot of details that shouldn't be missed when paying a higher price. Cabin does have a lot of neighbors, so if you are looking for more privacy and views this would not be it. It is very close to downtown Boone and blowing rock.

Great Long Weekend

We had a great time at Azalea House! The property was just as it was described and we had no issues checking in. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the tv in the bedroom, but we didn’t really need it. We called the property manager about it and they were super friendly and offered to send someone out, but we were in and out so it didn’t work out, but again, it wasn’t a big deal. The hot tub was sparkling clean and the house was in a great location in between Boone and Blowing Rock. We brought our Golden Retrievers and they loved it too, it is always so nice when we can travel with our dogs. We had kids ages 6, 9, and 13 and they loved it too. It was great to have an upstairs so we could have some adult/kid separation. There are so many fun activities in the area, we can’t wait to go back!
