El nivel principal cuenta con una hermosa sala de estar con pisos de madera noble de roble, techos abovedados, chimenea de leña a gas de piedra apilada, y HDTV de 55 "con reproductor de DVD BluRay, un comedor con mesa para 12, una hermosa cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y asientos adicionales para 6, medio baño, una gran suite principal con TV por cable, cama extragrande, puertas a la cubierta superior y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada, y una cubierta superior con gran parrilla de gas y una montaña extraordinaria puntos de vista.

La sala de estar del nivel inferior contiene una segunda sala de estar con televisión de alta definición con cable de 46 "y BluRay, una piedra, chimenea de gas, una nueva mesa de billar y una mesa de futbolín y una mesa de juego. Hay una espaciosa habitación con cama King y una gran televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana, una habitación con 2 camas dobles y TV por cable, un baño completo con bañera de hidromasaje, una habitación con una cama Queen, una habitación con una cama doble y una cama Queen y cable. We had a wonderful time, amazing view, wildlife, and so conveniently close to Boone and downtown Blowing Rock.
Two mornings we saw turkey and deer walk right through the backyard!

Perfect place for a long weekend with family!

We had a wonderful stay at Bear’s Eye View! The house was cozy and perfectly set up for our extended family, the view was beautiful, and the rental company was very responsive!

Great memories were made

Our group/family of 15 stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The kids loved having their own space to hang out downstairs. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed our stay.

It was real, it was fun!

Property was amazing, loved every bit of it. It was just close enough to town to allow easy access for other fun activities but enough of in the mountains to really get away.

Beautiful view!

Our family had a wonderful weekend at the Bear’s Eye View! it accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. We especially loved the open concept gathering place on the first floor with the breathtaking view of the mountains! The fire pit and hot tub were fun too! Minutes to the quaint town of Blowing Rock! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay and Beautiful Home

My friends and I gathered for the weekend and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The location is perfect for App Ski or downtown Boone. It’s not very far out which makes getting everywhere very easy. I highly recommend this house and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The service Blue Ridge Rentals provided were awesome. The home was exactly as the site stated. The amenities were all close to the home. All 15 of us were very happy with the time we spent together at the awesome cabin.

Large house

Perfect for family and friends get together. Plenty of space and beds. We had a great time! The only draw back was the mosquitoes! Guess we will have to come back when the weather is cooler next time.

Best Views Ever

Our rental had the most amazing views. We'd sit on that back porch every morning and evening. Super easy to get to Boone or Blowing Rock. The amount of bedrooms and space was perfect for us. Maybe an extra sofa or seating downstairs? Hot tub was definintly an added bonus for the young adults.

Great views, lots of room

Loved this place. Well furnished for the most part, with bear decor on absolutely everything. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and shooting pool. The foosball was missing, so we couldn't use that table, but we didn't mind. Modern televisions in every room and a well stocked kitchen. The views are amazing, and it's very close to Blowing Rock and Boone, so we had easy trips to Grandfather Mtn. and Tweetsie Railroad. I highly recommend this place if you have a big family.

Pre Thanksgiving Family Get Together

Everything was perfect from the moment I sent in a request to rent this property. Simple and Easy! We had 14 in our party with 3 dogs and we never felt crowded or cramped. The cabin is stocked with all the essentials and easy to find. Beds are comfortable and plenty of blankets for the cold windy nights. My family and I enjoyed every minute and would love to return again soon. Would definitely recommend!

Tired and worn out home.

This tired and worn out home greeting us with dirty floors and pet hair everywhere. We are a family of 14 and the number of bedrooms were perfect for us. We have a handicapped grandson in a wheelchair so before we took him out to roll around on the floors we had to vacuum and sweep. There was an abundance of dog slobber dried on the glass doors along with dried food and handprints. Being a past host the condition was unacceptable. Food crumbs in the silverware tray and the sheets appeared to have been slept in. Some of the towels had dark stains on them. The space needs updated and deep cleaned. The view was stunning and the hot tub was great for our family. The pool table and foosball table were fun as well. The home just felt very neglected and tired. New carpet and some fresh paint could be helpful. The size was perfect though.

Bears Eye View-Perfect Family Gathering Home

We had an amazing time at Bears Eye View! We had a group of 9 adults and 2 children that gathered to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. The house was gorgeous and the perfect size for us. Plenty of open spaces to gather in smaller groups; large back porches (yes, there are 2!) with a hot tub and grill, family room with a pool table, large dining room table, outdoor fire pit, and an open kitchen that allowed those who were cooking/preparing meals to join in on conversation. We enjoyed every amenity the house offered and everything was in excellent condition. The house was neat and tidy, and all those bathrooms allowed everyone to get up and ready in a reasonable timeframe. We really appreciated the first floor master bedroom with a king size bed. My father is 6'2" and has difficulties using the stairs so he was able to stay on the main floor and just walk out of his bedroom to gather with everyone in the living room/kitchen. It was a breeze to gain access to the house and I always received a prompt response when we had questions and requested a later check out time. Of course the very best part of this house was the view! We will remember this trip for a very long time.

Celebrating Christmas in the Mountains

We had three generations of family celebrating Christmas, and it was amazing. Lots of room for everyone to sit and talk or play games. I was impressed that the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and even a meat thermometer that I needed to cook Christmas dinner. Everyone from babies to grandma had fun. If you are bringing babies a baby gate would be useful for the stairs, but we made due without one. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen is pretty dark at night and could benefit from a little more lighting. Overall this was a wonderful property with an amazing view. I'm so glad we stayed here.

Beautiful view!

It was a great property, and the rental company accommodated our early check in. The one thing that we asked the rental company to work on in the future was cleanliness upon arrival, but otherwise the place was great!
