Prepárese para su escapada perfecta en esta encantadora cabaña de playa con actualizaciones modernas, a pocos pasos de la playa y de todo lo que Aquidneck Island tiene para ofrecer. Te despertarás con el aire fresco del océano, pero el centro de Newport está a minutos.

Esta casa de playa es el lugar perfecto para una escapada a Newport, peeping de hojas de Nueva Inglaterra, unas relajantes vacaciones en la playa o un fin de semana lleno de diversión.

A pocos pasos del agua, puede relajarse y disfrutar del aire fresco del océano, así como de la comodidad del centro de Newport, a solo unos minutos de distancia. Esta casa unifamiliar de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene todo lo que necesita.

Sunshine ilumina esta casa bien equipada y actualizada, con un patio trasero grande y completamente cerrado, perfecto para el verano en la barbacoa y continuar relajándose después de un día de sol. En el verano, disfrute de la ducha al aire libre para enjuagar la arena.

El nivel principal cuenta con una cocina moderna y actualizada con isla y un espacio adicional para comer en la mesa para 6 personas. El espacio de estar con TV es ideal para relajarse o ponerse al día con un best-seller.

Tres habitaciones en el nivel principal cuentan con una decoración costera y un amplio espacio de guardarropas.
En la planta baja, disfrute de un segundo espacio semi privado con sala de estar con televisión y asientos más cómodos, y un dormitorio privado separado con 2 camas individuales y un baño. (Las camas se pueden convertir a un Rey si lo desea, se proporciona hardware de conversión)

This is the second year we have stayed in The Beach House and it is great. Plenty of room for us (3 adults and 3 children), very clean and well appointed. Also Matt and Shannon are fantastic hosts and communicated well. We will continue to stay here when we are in Newport in the future.

We loved our stay at Easton's Point! It is a perfect location, close to beaches and restaurants in the Easton's/Sachuest area. The house is exactly as described and was suitable for our needs as two families staying with small kids. It is well-appointed with great amenities, and our son loved the outdoor shower! The hosts were really responsive and helpful, we highly recommend for your next stay in the area!

We had a wedding in Newport and the house location was absolutely perfect! We could walk to beach and short Uber rides to anywhere else we needed to go. Our family would totally come back!

Great stay for Graduation

Stayed for graduation weekend at SG. Lots of space for our family and 2 sets of grandparents. Able to walk to the beach, school, and 1/2 town super easily.

Wonderful Weekend

We enjoyed this home for a long weekend. The house was lovely and the backyard was relaxing. We were able to walk to First Beach and the Cliff Walk. It was a short drive to downtown Newport. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was as expected. Great location. Just a few minutes drive to beaches, Cliff Walk, downtown, wharfs, Newport National Golf Club, Newport Vineyard. Good size. Comfortably accommodated seven adults.

Matt and Shannon were great to work with. They went above what they had to do to help us with disability situation. House was in a great location. It's very modern, but quaint. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We loved everything about it!

Charming Cottage!!

Our family came to Newport to visit our daughter and husband from Missouri for a long weekend. This home was perfect for our family. It was extremely clean, very spacious and the location was amazing. All of the amenities we needed were included. Communication with the owners was excellent. Can’t wait to book this home again the next time we return to Rhode Island!!

Wonderful location, fabulous and responsive hostess. Shannon could not have been more accommodating. Their home is clean, equipped with board games and so close to the cliff walk. Its a hop, skip and a jump from Newport. Cozy home, great location....what more could you ask for? Great stay. Thank you Shannon and Matt.

Lovely

This was our first time in Newport and we had a wonderful experience. This house is exactly as pictured, clean, beds are comfortable, location is close to beaches and 10 mins to downtown Newport. Perfect house for our needs. Only negative would be it’s a tad difficult to see when backing out of the driveway. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Graduation Weekend

Perfect location with easy access to Salve Regina University, downtown Newport, Middletown and Portsmouth. Gorgeous backyard with table and steps for sitting, playing and eating outside. Great layout of house with central kitchen/living space and bedrooms off both sides Large downstairs with family room and bedroom. Clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The owners were responsive, accommodating and clear with all information. Stay at this house ... you will not regret it!!

Great location and comfortable home!

We stayed in this home for a long weekend with extended family of all ages for Salve Regina’s graduation weekend. We especially enjoyed the large, open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. We like to cook A LOT, so it was great to have everyone together while we prepared and ate meals. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. For me, it always helps to know what to expect when you arrive. This home is showing signs of being frequently rented. The carpets and upholstery have deep stains that don’t come out, and there is chipping paint in places. If you don’t mind some wear and tear, this house is a great value! Also, the owners were VERY helpful in providing road construction updates and answering our questions.

The most perfect house for your weekend in Newport

I can't say enough about this house! Newport isn't the cheapest place to find accommodations but this house was reasonable for the area, especially considering the location. It's a less than 10 minute Uber ride into downtown, walkable to the Cliff Walk and several fantastic restaurants. The house itself was updated, had a nice large kitchen and was incredibly spacious. I don't think I've ever noticed a lawn at a vacation house but it was beautifully manicured and stuck out to all of us. The only downside was the listing says there are three bathrooms but there is only two. That was fine for us but it should be advertised correctly. Can't wait to come back to this town and stay in this house again - I would recommend it to anyone.

The Beach House offered everything we were looking for!

The Beach House was "our home" for our daughter's wedding in Newport! We couldn't have found a better accommodating house for our stay in Middletown! The bedrooms are spacious, the living area is homey and comfortable, all the comforts of home are provided with a driveway that accommodated all the pre-wedding cars coming and going. The home is decorated with beach items (shells, coral) and lovely wall hangings/sayings which were used in the photographer's pictures! and themed rooms just as the photos show. The home is situated within easy/quick access to Newport. Special thanks to Matt & Shannon for their welcoming home and correspondences with a quick response time. Leaving the house my daughter, the bride, said, "Thank you for being my wedding house!" ~Leesa and Family

Great Property!

Let me start by saying that this was our first time in Newport or Rhode Island for that matter. Once we arrived at the property, it was just a matter of figuring out where everything is. This place is a short distance from it all! First, the property has 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the main level along with a bedroom and 3/4 bath on the lower level. The house is clean and there were plenty of towels. Easy UBER to Thames Street where most of the restaurants and shops are. Dunkin Donuts and plenty of other cafe's area a mile away. The Cliff Walk is about .7 miles away as well. Two beaches less than a mile away. Great home for a reasonable price near Newport! Hosts are very accessible and answered all our questions. Thanks for a great vacation!

Fantastic home for family wedding weekend!

Great home base for our family for our daughters Newport wedding! With four good size bedrooms and two full baths plus great outdoor shower there was room all! Spacious fenced in yard for yard games and large picnic table to fit our family of eight comfortably. Great location, close to venue, restaurants and beaches. Sharon was a great host and we would definitely stay again on future trips to the area!

A lovely home, with an excellent use of space inside and a large beautiful back yard.

Thrilled to be in middletown, and have the opportunity to be in this beautiful home. Within walking distance of local bars, restaurants, and beaches. Able to get to all the Newport and Middletown points of interest. The house was clean and comfortable, with great wifi, and in a quiet neighborhood. (Exactly what we wanted) PERFECT for any family getaway. HUGE gated yard if you have kids that need to run and play. Would absolutely rent again!!!!

Charming beach home

Great location to beaches, downtown Newport, and Newport Polo field. The home is charming and spacious. The downstairs living space, bedroom and full bathroom was perfect for our teenagers. Although, it was very hot in the basement there is no AC. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off sand. Check in and out was extremely easy. The owners replied very quickly to any messages.
