Esta encantadora villa de 3 dormitorios se encuentra en la popular localidad costera de Carvoeiro, a solo 10 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad y la playa.

El alojamiento consta de un salón / comedor abierto que se abre a una gran terraza con vistas a la piscina. La casa tiene tres dormitorios, una habitación doble y dos habitaciones dobles, una cocina, dos baños y un aseo de invitados.

La villa se encuentra en una amplia parcela con jardines bien cuidados, una gran piscina, ducha al aire libre y barbacoa construida con zona de estar contigua. También ofrece una terraza en la azotea.

Todos los baños y la cocina han sido renovados recientemente.

La casa está equipada con conexión wi-fi gratuita y TV del Reino Unido.

Carvoeiro en sí es una ciudad encantadora llena de restaurantes, tiendas, bares y en el centro se encuentra una hermosa playa de arena. Excursiones en barco que exploran la costa y sus cuevas y grutas salen regularmente de la playa. También durante los meses de verano (junio a septiembre), se erige un escenario junto a la playa en la plaza y se toca música en vivo todas las noches.

This villa was perfect!

This villa was perfect for our party of 6 adults. We loved the private pool & the fact that it was in a quiet location, yet within walking distance of the busy centre & beach. There were plenty of great restaurants to choose from locally, but equally, the self catering facilities in the villa were spot on. The washing machine was a handy touch.

Exactly as pictured

We stayed here as a first holiday and it was so amazing!! The villa is exactly as pictured and spacious for 6 people, we loved the large pool and how easy it was to get into town (10 minute walk). Everything was so easy and Michelle was so lovely to answer any questions we had! Would 100% stay again.

Would be a pleasure to visit again

This was our second stay at Michelle’s beautiful villa and yet again we leave with nothing but positive comments. the villa is perfectly stocked with snacks, wine and some fun card and board games and books. any issues we had were dealt with immediately. the villa was kept clean and tidy by the friendly cleaners that stopped by. overall we couldn’t recommend this villa enough! would be a pleasure to visit again.

Aug 2020 Coronavirus Getaway - Carvoeiro

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Colina Azul in Carvoeiro. The property company TLC really looked after us. They replied to our emails instantly and when we called them re a blocked toilet, they had someone out to the villa within hours. The villa was cleaned a few times during our 10 day visit and the towels were replaced. We were out each time the cleaners came so it was nice coming home to a clean villa. The pool man came every other day to add chemicals and clean the leaves out of the pool but he came early before we were up so he didn’t bother us. It was really hot during our stay and we did have trouble sleeping without air con. I probably wouldn’t stay in a villa in Portugal in July/August without air con again. The pool temperature was perfect and the pool was in the sun until about 5pm each day and then it was a nice relief to have some shade. The pool is mostly deep so hard to stand up and play games in but good for doing lengths. The villa has games and cards which we played during the evening. This was a nice touch. Also when we arrived, there was tea/coffee/milk/orange juice/water/toilet rolls etc. The nearest large supermarket is a 4 minute drive away. You don’t need a car as you can walk to the beach and restaurants although we used our car almost every day to go to different beaches, the Slip and Slide water park, Sand City, Vilamoura, Lagos and Albufeira. We love the location of Carvorerio on the Algarve as it is very central but it is not my favourite beach. We did do the boat trip from Carvorerio around the caves, which was definitely worth doing. We also did the go karting towards Lagos which was brilliant (I thought we would have to wear suits but we didn’t) The villa doesn’t have a safe so we just used our suitcase to lock our belongings in when we went out. The villa is about 12 min walk down hill to the town, although it may be slightly longer on the way up if you have to keep stopping. There are taxis in the main square to take you up the hill but it is a nice way to walk your dinner off. Due to coronavirus the Algarve was really quiet so not all the restaurants were open but we got to eat in a lot of nice ones and always managed to get a table outside (only going inside for the toilet). All the bar and restaurant staff wore masks and we felt really safe. A few nights we stayed up the hill and ate in L’Orange and the restaurant at Villa Nova. Both were very pleasant.

Fun, Fabulous, Family Holiday in Portugal .

Our family of 5stayed here to celebrate my sons 21st Birthday. We used it as a base to explore the Algarve. The villa was fab, spacious, clean & comfortable. Great pool & BBQ area. A 10/12min walk to the town and restaurants also close by. We particularly liked o cantinho restaurante in the town for service & quality. If I could offer one criticism it would be not having access to a washing machine. There is also no Air Con but the fans worked well. Overall I still give think this property deserved a 5* rating.

Excellent place to spend a weeks holiday

The house was great! Nice and quiet with very little traffic nearby. Totally enjoyed the outside area with nice pool and grill area. We will return here for sure!

Lovely villa

This is a great villa! It was very spacious, well equipped and beautifully clean. The pool area is lovely and we had a lot of fun in there. It takes around 10 minutes or so to walk into Carvoeiro, but we always had a taxi back up as it's a rather steep climb (particularly for my 80 year old father in law)! We enjoyed various trips during our stay - Silves is a short drive inland and is well worth a visit. Highlight for us was dolphin watching which we did from Ferragudo and was amazing. Some nice restaurants around for evening meals - we liked Ele and Ela, and particularly Elliotts. Really nice holiday had by all.

Clean, spacious Villa

We stayed at this Villa for 10 days on our most recent return to Carvoeiro and we had a great time. The L'Orange restaurant is just a 30 second walk from the Villa (we didn't go actually but it has great reviews) and there's Vila Nova which is a little further (maybe 2 minutes walk) which is great for those who love Seafood. 3 good sized bedrooms, and despite the lack of Air Con, the fans mostly did the job with us enjoying sleep without too much hassle. There were just a couple of things that stopped this being a 5 star for us; firstly the lack of any items in the Villa when we arrived. Basics like toilet roll, washing up liquid, any milk, bread, tea/coffee etc. Most of the Villas we go to have something but there wasn't any. We left some teabags for the next guests :) Secondly, whilst the maid service was top notch, as was the pool cleaners, having some indication of when they would arrive would be great although we know this is difficult. The maid was in the Villa for 3.5 hours on their first visit which meant we were limited in terms of our activities - we headed out instead which wasn't a chore though. Finally, and this is nitpicking; the pool was a little cold, mainly due to the fact that there are two large trees on this property and next door on the east and west side meaning that the pool does get shade for around 30% of the day (and dirty a lot from the trees - easily cleaned though!). We're sharing the above for full disclosure, but these were really just small points to note - we would definitely return!

Lovely traditional portuguese villa

My husband and I have decided on a last minute break in the sun and find this lovely, very traditional portuguese villa. Great value for money. The villa itself is well looked after, clean and with everything we needed. The location was perfect with only a short walk to Carvoeiro town centre and a fabulous restaurant La Orange close by. We had a great time, only wish we could have stayed longer. The sunny weather made it even better and we managed to return back home with suntan. We would definitely like to return.

First family holiday

My husband, son and I spent our first holiday as a family in this villa and had a wonderful time. The villa was clean, well presented and had everything we needed. The weather was absolutely glorious and my son spent almost every minute we were at the villa in the swimming pool. Twice we had a BBQ round by the pool. The evenings were pleasantly warm. We were only a 10 minute walk from Carvoeiro town centre and the beach. Carvoeiro itself was a nice place. Ideal for families. We took a ride on the tourist train which was delightful and we went to Slide & Splash which again my son loved as it was another day he got so spend playing in the water. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to hopefully coming back sometime in the future :)
