🔍 Good to Know

The chalet is located close to the slopes – the Clos du Pré lift is just 100-150 meters away! Please note that access involves some steps and inclines, but the location is well worth it for easy slope access.

You can park for free in the public parking spaces. Prefer covered parking? You can use the parking garage for €50 per week.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but you can rent them from the local manager for €18 per person. It’s a convenient option!

About Oz-en-Oisans
🎿 Charming Ski Village with Everything Nearby
Oz-en-Oisans is a compact but lively ski village with all the necessary amenities within walking distance. You’ll find cozy restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, an ESF ski school, and even childcare. You won’t need a car during your stay.
The village is part of the large Alpe d’Huez ski area, with modern gondolas and ski lifts connecting you to 250 km of slopes. For the true adventurers, there’s even La Sarenne – the longest black run in Europe!

🌞 Summer in the Mountains
Summer here is also fantastic: bike over famous cols like Glandon, Alpe d’Huez, Croix de Fer, or mountain bike in the bike park with 269 km of trails. Bike rentals and a gondola to Allemond are available. Oz has its own adventure park, and you can also go canyoning nearby.
A wide range of summer activities await you: swimming, water sports, bouldering, climbing, rafting, paragliding – or simply enjoying the beauty of nature.

📅 Seasons & Opening Times
The village is open in winter (Dec-April) and summer (July-August). During the Alpe d’HuZes, the lifts are operating. In 2025, the Poutran lift will be closed for renovation during the summer. Outside the main season, it’s quieter, but perfect for hiking and enjoying nature.
