Great apartment

Apartment is situated in the quiet, lovely complex which is literally "next to everything one might need during holidays". Shops, restaurants, beaches are in the walking distance from the apartment. The apartment itself is very well furnished with fully equipped kitchen and excellently maintained. Cherry on the top is a heated pool in the complex. Overall great apartment, we would surely rent it again.

Great apartment

The apartment is situated in a perfect location between Playa de las americas and Los Cristianos and only a stones throw from the local supermarket. The bed was very comfortable and large, the kitchen area was well stocked for when we wanted to cook and the shower was great. The only downside is the flat doesn't get any sun in the garden or on the balcony in January so if you wanted the sun, you had to go by the pool. We thought the flat would be cleaned and new sheets provided as we were there for 3 weeks but although it said it was included, apparently it wasn't! Also could have done with 2 sets of keys.

Lovely apartment close to Las Vistas beach.

We (2 adults and 1 child) stayed in this apartment 11th-18th Feb 2019. Communication pre stay was good. Viktor met us at the apartment and showed us around. The complex was ideal for our needs, quiet with a lovely 2 level terrace. At this time of year the terrace gets the sun from 3pm onwards. We had lovely weather during our stay so it was nice sitting out at any time. It was good to have more space than just a balcony. The apartment is clean with a modern lounge/kitchen area and modern bedroom. The main bed and sofa bed were very comfortable with nice bed linen. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was great. The bathroom, though not as modern as the rest of the apartment was clean and spacious with a good shower with lots of hot water. I was sceptical that the heated pool would be warm enough in February having experienced many that aren't. The pool on the complex is lovely and warm. It is salt water which makes floating very easy! The complex feels very secure and peaceful. There is on street parking. No problem finding a space early evening when returning from days out but a little more difficult during the day. It takes about 3-4 minutes to walk to Las Vistas beach. We loved the location. Overall, a lovely apartment which suited us so well and I would definitely stay there again when in Tenerife.

Very nice apartment in a great location

The property was lovely modern apartment with a large terrace and gets the sun in the afternoon. The pool was very quiet and relaxing with plenty of beds and a nice sized pool. The amenities are all within a short walk and there are two reasonably priced supermarkets within metres of the property. The manager Brigita was very helpful and just at the end of the phone for any issues which to be honest we didn't have. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future.

Nice apartment...good location

We arrived on holiday to El Cardon for a week , Holy Week. Firstly location this is a great location in that it is a short walk to a lovely beach with plentiful of restaurants and shopping. Siam water park is a short taxi or bus ride away. However it is more Los Cristiona's than Costa Adele which is a more up market resort. There is no parking with the property which I didn't realise before I booked. There is public parking on the Main Street just outside the apartment which we used. However by the end of the week it was very difficult to get a parking space so be careful if you are booking during a busy period. The apartment is situated up a steep hill which may prove a difficulty for older or less fit people! However it was grand for us and nice and quiet in the evening away from the bustle of the strand. There is a supermarket just outside the apartment which was extremely convenient. Secondly the apartment The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. There are steps into the apartment we had so would not suit someone with a pram or walking difficulties. The apartment had a roomy garden which got the afternoon sun. It was quiet and has access to a salt water pool. My son had a bit of a skin reaction to the pool but that may have just his sensitive skin. The apartment was a good budget option accommodation and value for money. Overall a decent apartment ideally suited to young couple or friends who enjoy the buzz of the promenade and don't mind a short albeit steep walk home.

Great complex and apartment

Complex was very clean and tidy and looked great all round. Great salt water pool-heated so no problem using at any time The apartment was excellent with a raised terrace and garden . We would definitely rent this one again.
