Two bedroom apartment (6 people) - Residence Ea Bianca

The apartment is part of Residence Ea Bianca, a complex of apartments surrounded by greenery and equipped with a swimming pool. The property is 4 km from Baja Sardinia and 10 km from Porto Cervo, both locations rich in attractions for both those who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation and those who love nightlife and entertainment.

The two bedroom apartment (6 people) includes: a living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds or bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. Inside you will find all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home: air conditioning, TV, kitchenette equipped with dishes and cutlery, oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board (upon request), dishwasher (only in some apartment), hairdryer, equipped patio or balcony.

For any needs you can go to the reception office which will be open daily from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
Check-in is available daily from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled by 10:00.

Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the reception office. Without prior notice, check-in is not guaranteed. For all check-ins scheduled after 20:00, a mandatory fee of € 50.00 will be charged.

Your stay includes: cost of electricity, water and gas consumption, final cleaning, air conditioning, first supply of bed and bath linens , Wi-Fi (pool area and reception), pool use.
Upon arrival, you will have to pay the following mandatory fees:
CITY TAX: compulsory in the municipality of Baja Sardinia, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the period.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.

Pets are allowed in our facility, but will not have access to the common areas. It is allowed one pet per apartment ( max 25 kg) and there is an extra charge of € 50.00 for their stay.

Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations
