Este apartamento de 4 dormitorios y 3 dormitorios dúplex de estilo chalet de esquí es espacioso para las estaciones de esquí francesas con
65m2 de espacio habitable. La zona de estar incluye una cocina-comedor de planta abierta, con capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente, un salón con TV vía satélite con vistas al balcón. 1 dormitorio con baño privado se encuentra en el primer piso, junto con el baño y el segundo dormitorio, mientras que el dormitorio del piso inferior se asoma al lado del balcón, y tiene un segundo WC separado en la planta baja.
La cocina está equipada con una placa vitrocerámica de 4 placas, con campana extractora, lavaplatos grande, aire a presión combinado y horno de microondas, nevera grande y cafetera.
Este es un apartamento de esquí perfecto para una familia, ya que hay un dormitorio en el piso de arriba para los niños, y uno en la planta baja para los niños pequeños que no están en su casa en las escaleras.
Se encuentra en una zona tranquila, lejos de las rutas nocturnas de juerguistas, pero a solo 5 minutos de la entrada de Val Claret con más de 20 restaurantes.
Tener 3 dormitorios con 2 baños, también es perfecto para grupos sin niños.

Great apartment; well equipped, brilliant location

The apartment was spotless and well equipped, better than we expected. It was great to be able to park the car in the dry under the apartment and take the luggage straight up in the lift. We have previously stayed in cheaper apartments in Tignes, but have been disappointed with poor access to the apartment, or the shops, or the ski slopes, or being crammed in with bunk-beds in the corridor, or horrible two tier sofa beds. Here we had easy access to the slopes as the bus stopped right outside, and was less than two minutes to the main funicular lift complex. The Sherpa supermarket was less than 5 minutes away on foot and surprisingly well stocked. 3 proper bedrooms and UK TV and free wifi made the holiday feeling continue when we finished skiing and returned to the apartment. We enjoyed the Bouvoir restaurant next door to the apartment, although we preferred the free pool at le Lac to the spa adjacent to the apartment, which we thought was good, but pricy. Highly recommended

Nous avons passé 3 semaines très agréables à Tignes. L'appartement, très bien bien situé à l'entrée du Val Claret est magnifique et parfaitement équipé. Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour: les lits fait à l'arrivée, la facilité pour récupérer les clefs, les cartes d'activités My tignes offertes, le parking sous la résidence... Bref tout est parfait.Les propriétaires très sympathiques sont facilement joignables et à l'écoute de toutes les demandes. C'est avec plaisir que nous réserverons à nouveau cet appartement pour passer d'autres vacances dépaysantes dans un très bel environnement.

The apartment was clean and tidy and in a good location for the bus to the slopes.

We enjoyed our stay in Val Claret. The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of hot water. The block was welll located for the bus to the slopes and the lift to town. We did however find that the boots did not dry out well in the boot room (which of course is not the fault of the apartment itself). There was good space in the apartment for 6 but we would not have wanted to squeeze 2 more in on the sofa bed. Thank you

VERY WELL EQUIPPED COMFORTABLE APARTMENT

Overall the apartment was very well equipped and plenty of space for 3 couples. The second shower en-suite was really handy and the decor was up to date, with pretty good wifi. Parking in the garage ( note 2m height) was convenient and vey useful. About 400m to the Grande Motte lift - but you could catch a bus outside the apartment if that was too far - and quick into town for the supermarket - 2 mins. It was an ideal location. Quiet and well above average we would recommend this apartment and consider using it again.

A charming apartment where we truly enjoyed our stay over Christmas 2018

The apartment is conveniently placed for access to all the local facilities and we much preferred being located in Val Claret which has more charm than Tigne Le Lac. The facilities in the flat are good and provided all that we needed, although at times we found the lighting a little dimmer that what we are used too. We had a truly memorable time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant recommendations at Le Ferme Des Trois Capucines and La Pignatta that we got from Louise, the owner, were exceptional. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone, the fact that it has secure parking sufficient for a car with roof box was an added bonus.

Belle expérience !

Appartement conforme au descriptif très confortable et très bien équipé, linge fourni et lits faits à l’arrivée.Proche de toutes les commodités sans nuisance nocturne . Local à ski avec accès direct à la navette, front de neige à 5 minutes. Le parking sous l’immeuble avec accès direct à l’appartement est un vrai plus.

Beautiful , practical ,highly recommend

Lovely, comfortable, practical and warm apartment. Really easy to access lifts and restaurants either by short walk or the freebus that stops regularly outside the building. Will definetly come again, thankyou.

Appartement génial, très bien placé et très confortable !

Nous avons adoré ce séjour dans un logement parfaitement situé à val Claret, très confortable et décoré avec goût. le garage en sous-sol est un plus indéniable et le local à skis parfaitement dimensionné pour 8 ! Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour une autre année et nous la diffuserons autour de nous. En outre, les propriétaires ont été très réactifs à nos demande et sur place, Elaine est à l'écoute des locataires : que du bonheur !

Simply gorgeous apartment in a great location

We have stayed in this accommodation before we went back as there is secure, covered parking, very close to the slopes, great apartments. Louise and Elaine were so helpful through the booking process and helped us settled in upon arrival. Tignes is probably one of the best ski areas in Europe and we loved it. Great restaurants, bars and close to the supermarket; what more could one ask for? Would highly recommend.

Mooi appartement op een goede locatie

Ruim appartement. 8 persoons maar geschikt voor 6 volwassenen. Helaas is het plafond in een slaapkamer erg laag waardoor er gedeeltelijk niet rechtop kan worden gestaan. Dakraam kan niet open wanneer sneeuw dooit.

Great Stay

Our time in this apartment went superbly and was well organised. The location in Val Claret was perfect with the ski bus stopping just outside, in any case the lifts were a short walk away. Great holiday overall!

Fabulous apartment,wonderful resort

A wonderful experience starting with the booking service and advise given by Louise.The location is superb for the free resort bus and access to the slopes.Warm,spacious and comfortable apartment complete with full kitchen facilities.This is probably the best ski apartment we have stayed in and would highly recommend. There is a huge variety of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance or by the free bus.The pool and spa was great after a hard days skiing.

Great Ski Apartment Tignes

Tignes has to be one of my favourite resorts to ski in the Alps. Great snow conditions, extensive network of ski trails and awesome apres ski. We loved staying at this apartment, so convenient for the slopes, ski lifts and restaurants / shops. At the end of a hard days skiing it was great to relax and rest those sore limbs in the pool / spa within the apartment complex. The apartment is clean, well laid out, nicely decorated and has everything you need to self cater should you choose. We will definitely be back to stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Superb Property - highly recommended

This was a beautifully kept, clean property, with plenty of everything you need, readily available. We had the most comfortable stay, with the whole family having a super time in Tignes. With so many activities on offer every day was different. We would highly recommend this property, and would most certainly chose this property again.

Comfortable roomy and warm ski apartment Would happily stay there again

Arranging our stay with Louise was easy with all our questions answered quickly, and the car park in the building itself was a big bonus. More space than many apartments we have stayed in and just a passenger lift and 3-4 mins from the centre of the village for evening drinks and meals and about 50 yards only to carry skis to get to the slopes. Get the ski pass for both Tignes and Val d'Isere. For our departure Louise recommended that we leave Tignes by 8.00am to avoid the traffic hold ups. We took her advice but then stopped in Albertville for about an hour for breakfast and the traditional visit to Intersport - probably a mistake because we then hit a very heavy traffic jam around Chambery nearly 80 miles from Tignes which took us an hour to get through, which we would probably avoided had we held out for breakfast until after Chambery. All in all a perfect location and appartment - and don't leave Tignes without spending some happy hours in the Grizzly Bar in the village which is an absolute must.

Great ski appartment

There were six adults staying in this 3 bedroom apartment and it was exactly what we wanted. Conveniently located but quiet, ample kitchen equipment, plenty of hot water and generally comfortable beds, although I would say that perhaps the twin bedroom upstairs is more suitable for children or shorter adults due to the sloping ceiling. The free shuttle stops right outside the property or there is a tow rope across the road, this means that you can be on the slopes very quickly. All in all an excellent property.
