Lovely high rise

Beautiful location with full beach view. Multiple pools with a very good restaurant on the property. Condo unit was clean with plenty of accutrements. Strong security.

Loved the area

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s nice and close to lots of restaurants and there are quite a few grocery stores within walking distance. We have never stayed that many floors up before but we liked it. Loved being able to see the ocean and walk the beaches. Would stay again!!’

Outstanding Accommodation

We loved staying in this condo for our vacation this year. This is the first time we have stayed at the Grand Venetian and in this condo. We found the condo to be exactly as the pictures indicate, but the view from the balcony is AMAZING. We love our stay and will look at booking again.

Perfect for 3. Great views and 3 pools. Comfortable master bedroom with space for things. Kitchen works but modest equipment. Internet is slow. Especially good communication with management.

Great Property, Great Views and Great Location!.....

I rented this condo for a surprise anniversary trip with my wife and we couldn't have been more pleased! Once opening the door and looking out at our amazing view from the 23rd floor, how couldn't anyone enjoy that! We have stayed in PV many times and this area is a favorite to stay in, if your looking for a Great condo with a view, all the amenities one could ask for, do yourself a favor and book this unit. My wife and I liked the property so much, we are booking a family Christmas trip for 2019 at the Grand Venetian.

Condo was very tastefully decorated. The location was awesome. Heated pools were the best.

The condo was perfect. It had a washer and dryer. It had great views being on the 23rd floor. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The Malecon and Marina are close by. The property itself is kept in immaculate condition. The on site restaurant was very good. But the absolute best was the heated swimming pools. Lots of pools and lots of ocean views and the water temperature was just right. We loved our stay.

Wonderful experience

This was an amazing rental experience. The location of this rental is ideal, accessing it was easy and there were lots of restaurants/shops within walking distance. The service provided by PVconcierge (property manager) was superb, reliable, courteous and caring. My only regret is that I didn't plan to stay longer. I'll be back next year.

Outstanding

My wife and I just spent a week at this condo, and we absolutely loved it. The pictures and description on line does not do it justice. The two balconies are a major plus. The breeze through the unit is fantastic, and you have 2 different beautiful views. We did not cook in the unit, but the appliances are top line. We would go out for dinner every night, but had to be back for the sunsets. They are brilliant. Our only regret was not having more than a week. Working with the owner was very easy, and do not hesitate to book this condo.

Great location, great setting

Grand Venetian is a beautiful complex and this condo was a lovely setting for a great vacation. Unit was perfect for two people and nicely appointed. Building had security people always around and they were very helpful with any questions or recommendations. Owner and management company of condo were very responsive and easy to work with. Unit is on the 23rd floor and elevators did go out for a few hours during our stay one evening. No elevator problems thereafter. Great location, inexpensive cab ride to anywhere and walking distance to shops, restaurants, market. Unit looks exactly like pictures shown. In short, quiet, safe, enjoyable.

The aparment was just great, and we would stay there again. There was a little issue with lach of hot water somethimes,in the kitchen and when use the washing machine. It also seems the water inside the washing machine was not warm enought. Maby something was not switched on ?

Centrally Located To Everything

We stayed in Kyle & Val’s condo December 2016. It was awesome to have Aaron pick us up at the airport. We enjoyed staying at the Grand Venetian so much that we toured the models, and we are thinking about buying a condo there. The condo is on the 23rd floor and has beautiful views of both the ocean and the mountains. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony in the morning. There is always something to watch from the balcony. Cruise ships, paragliders, parachutists, other boats, etc. I spent time napping on the outside bed on the balcony listening to the waves crash. We loved the sunsets from the balcony, they were spectacular. The condo was a great size for us, it was very private too. We had some wonderful massages that were reasonably priced at the Grand Venetian. We ate breakfast and had drinks at the Grand Venetian restaurant. The breakfasts were very good, I have read other reviews that the other food there is also very good. We love the restaurant next door El Oasis Del Holi. The Pineapple Devil Shrimp there is amazing. The location of the condo was perfect for us. It is not too far from the airport and a quick taxi ride to downtown. It is quieter than other places we stayed. We have been to Puerto Vallarta many times, and stayed at many places both resorts and personal condos. We really loved it at Grand Venetian. It is not too far to walk to the grocery store. Everyone around the Grand Venetian was extremely friendly whether they were residents, guests or employees.

Beautiful sunrise

Very pretty views from front and back patios. Music on Fri. Sat. and Sun. from 4 to 9 p.m. very loud and not really music, just noise. Take that time to go out. Five very pretty pools and a very nice restaurant on site. Someone out front to call a Taxi is very convenient.

Awesome Condo!!! Great Experience!!!

Having just returned form a month long stay at the Grand Venetian we can't say enough about this condo. The views from the 23rd floor are breathtaking and awe inspiring. We enjoyed the use of the insuite kitchen and laundry facilities. A shout out to Bris (property manager) and her team for accommodating all our concerns and requests. Fantastic group. We did find some of the road noise somewhat loud at times especially later in the evenings and early mornings, but we adjusted to it quite quickly. We really enjoyed the pool and beautiful beach. The restaurant on the property has good food and is reasonably priced. They serve breakfast, lunch & dinner. We highly recommend staying in this suite at the Grand Venetian and we hope to be back again. R & E

We really loved the condo and surrounding area. Location was great. The only negative we had was the toilet. It always took multiple flushes for the waste to go down,in some cases up to 4 times! They really should think about replacing it.

Beautiful Condo perfect for secluded getaway

I had a great time at the Grand Venetian! Everything was crystal clean and the condo was quite roomy and complete with every kitchen appliance you would need. The pools were by far the best out of the whole row of hotels and condos on the beach from what I could tell. My only note is that the place is far from downtown so if you are looking for something more central this might not be for you - but if you're looking to just hang out by the pool and walk the beach it's perfect! :)

lack of Maintenance

Maintenance is Severe. Lights that don’t work. Cooking utensils that are useless. Frying pans so warped and chipping Teflon that it’s impossible to use them. Dirty and stained Davenport in the living area. Refrigerator that sitting on three legs and wobbles all over the place. Toilet that continually flushes slowly and plugs often. One bathroom sink partially plugged. And the list goes on.

Wonderful location great views

The condo is just as advertised, great location and views. Nice to have Canadian and American TV channels, the bed is good and cooking facilities are fine. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping all the amenities are a short cab or Uber away. Would definitely rent here again!

Great property - watch the sun rise from bed and the sun set from the living room

At first we thought we had made a mistake by booking in the Hotel Zone as you need to Uber (or take a local bus) to the Romantic Zone. However, after visiting the Romantic Zone ($4 USD each way Uber) we realized it was too busy and too loud for more than a few hours. So, it was great to be able to escape back to this beautiful apartment. The WiFi router played up a few times when we were there but turning it on and off seemed to do the trick. I have booked a 6 week stay in April / May of next year and can’t wait.

Great View, Great Pools, Great Vacation!!!

We loved our accommodations, the description was accurate, especially loved the view of the bay from the balcony. Good sized gym, great pools and poolside service. Bris and her team help manage the property and are quick to respond if you have any questions or if you'd like help with transportation or booking trips with Vallarta Adventures. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have been living here in puerto vallarta for 15 years and am married and my wife and i manage and rent our condo. I grew up in canada and have been calling mexico my home now since 1998. I have been here in PV since 2002. Vallarta is a wonderful place to spend time great for the family or a romantic getaway. Val and i love to eat out, and we love to stroll the streets of vallarta. We love to travel. It is a passion we share and we can appreciate a great place to stay. We are picky when it comes to choosing accommodations and feel they are a big part of the trips many pleasures.

Our property is meticulously maintained though out. the pools and gardens are top notch, and our unit itself was decorated professionally and the result is a tasteful, warm and wonderful place to spend time. We invested in Grand Venetian because of the growth happening here in puerto vallarta. It is booming, more things to do, more wonderful restaurants to enjoy and of course the weather. its impossible to beat! Our unit is furnished contemporary style, but is also very warm and comfortable. No expense was spared in the furnishing of, or equipping the unit with all needed essentials. smart TVs, washer dryer, WiFi. netflix. 200 other channels, everything from US.
Spending a warm sunny day by the pools of Grand Venetian is surreal. Absolutly hands down THE nicest facility in the bay. Pools heated to different temperatures. Awesome

Right out front of the complex is a full service mall, major name brands, low and high end , theaters, restaurants,ice cream, and across the street nightclubs, walking distance to supermarket shopping, Other plazas, Casinos. One of the things my wife and i love about the unit is the front and back terraces and double views the unit has. With the windows open front and back, There are wonderful ocean breezes that blow thru and wonderful sunsets right out front. The landscaping is also so well kept with a number of full time gardeners at work as the property is very expansive. Everything is at your fingertips
