Ninfa Charming Accomodation in the Eastern Coast

The property is surrounded by the typical vegetation of Sicily, among the olive trees and the scent of the countryside. The property is located at only 3 Kms from the downtown and 20 minutes by car from Syracuse and the beautiful beach of Fontane Bianche. It can give good hospitality at 6 people and it is composed of two doubles bedrooms, a double sofa bed situated in a ample and furnished living room, a pretty brick kitchen, a bathroom with shower. Outdoor it has a comfortable covered veranda, a private swimming pool with equipped solarium, a bathroom next at the swimming pool, a barbeque area. This touristic area offers the opportunity to visit some of the main and unspoiled beauties of our Sicily, like the Cavagrande lakes, Noto and its baroque, Marzamemi, the natural reserve of Vendicari, Pozzallo, the greek beauties of Syracuse, Fontane Bianche and all the others numerous beaches. Solarino town is served of many pubs, bars, restaurants and everything else necessary at Your esigences. The house is really recommended to all lovers of the countryside, of the nature, of the relax and especially of the beautiful Sicilian sea.

Great stay

We had a wonderful holiday at Paolo's villa. It is a real gem of a house with a wonderful pool, and great views right over the countryside towards Syracuse and the coast. The pool was exceptional and the shallow end was perfect for children. They loved it. Check in was smooth and Paolo was very helpful and quick with communication. The aircon in the house was ideal given the heat, and the kitchen/living space was huge, even with a pizza oven and we also enjoyed the BBQ outside. We also were grateful for the local reviews of good places in Floridia Paolo recommended for eating out. All great quality, friendly and good value. Thank you for a great stay!

A great base for exploring

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would recommend it to others. The house is in a peaceful, secluded location, overlooking countryside to the coast, and (unlike many listings) the pool really is as big as it looks in the photos, and well maintained. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds and lockable doors, and the air conditioning is very efficient. The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is the kitchen, which lacks an electric kettle, toaster or dishwasher, and the fact you can't put toilet paper down the loo. But the cooker and oven work well, there is ample fridge space, a good BBQ and outdoor seating areas, and the shower works well. The villa is well situated for exploring the East of Sicily, including Syracuse, Mount Etna, the southern Baroque cities and the coast. Andrea was a brilliant host and incredibly helpful - thank you so much!

Comfortabel en perfecte locatie

Andrea was een hele fijne gastheer en goed te bereiken en behulpzaam. Het huis ligt prachtig met een grote comfortabele tuin. Locatie is vlakbij Siracusa en ligt heerlijk rustig. Een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Dank je wel, Andrea!
