Great place

Fantastic location. Super helpful staff.. It’s not the Four Seasons, but their resort is clean, has good facilities, and the rooms are terrific. All in all, it’s a tough place to beat for the price.

Girls trip

We knew from the listing that it wasn’t fancy and we didn’t care as long as it was beachfront and comfortable. It was and we had a great time. Probably wouldn’t stay there again though.

Amazing

Steps from the beautiful beach. Pools were very nice. We had a very nice outdoor patio. The onsite restaurant and bar were wonderful and convenient. We were able to walk to Atlantis and enjoy the casino. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Beach Villas.

Quiet, convenient, quaint, peaceful

Just what we needed! No frills villa, beautiful location, easy beach access on a very serene and quiet, we knew coming here the rooms were dated but they were very clean, comfortable and spacious. We got the 2 bedroom and it was HUGE and lots of space. Staff is amazing and very attentive. Highly recommend and we will be back! Loved it!

Christmas in the Caribbean

Everything was great. The only issue we had is we stayed in unit 7A and expected two twin beds in bedroom 2. It was one queen.

Wonderful stay, we will definately return.

We were impressed with our unit. Very clean, well appointed, and had plenty of everything needed for our stay. The beach access was easy, private, and convenient. The on-site restaurant was a big plus. All six of us comfortably walked to and from Atlantis for a day at the water park. There is a small convenience store, other restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance as well. We will definitely return. We felt safe as a family during our stay. Wonderful family alternative to multiple hotel rooms.

Great Place

We loved the property. The unit has a large livingroom and good sized patio. It was well stocked with needed items like tissues, lotion, tea, etc. The office was very helpful and pleasant. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant and its food. The covered outdoor seating was perfect. We were a mother daughter group of four, ages 70s and 40s. All of us agreed we would like to stay there again.

Clean & quiet, while being so close!

We started with a late check in, office was closed, but security had keys for us and was very helpful with our seven large bags as we were meeting family in the area the next week. The pools are nice. The beach is close and we enjoyed having a kitchen area to make our own meals when we didn’t want to eat out. Great place to stay on a budget and you’re still right next-door to the Atlantis. And don’t forget Viola‘s downstairs! Great food, great drinks and amazing wait staff. Paula, we will miss you and definitely return to say hi when I’m back on the island.

Decent place could use some TLC

The actual unit we stayed in was lovely. The property itself, however, could us some sprucing up. The grounds, pool, vegetation and buildings just need some paint and updating. Nothing was bad, per se, but for the amount of money we spent, I would have assumed it would have been more polished.

First time doing Vrbo or similar

I have to give it two thumb up. Although we love to dine out... we prefer to cook our own food and buy good wine at retail prices. This place had the cooking amenities, it was clean, comfortable and it was beach front. The only drawback is the lack of beach chair/umbrella. I dealt with the local guys on the beach who were fine but I rather of paid a litte more if my unit would of had them.

Great Location And Value

Sunrise Beach Club has an amazing location. The property is right on the beach with an easy walk to the Ocean Club and Atlantis. We booked a two bedroom unit, which was spacious and well appointed. It appears that the units are individually owned, so the photos are not exactly what you are likely to get. Ours had a washer dryer but some do not and ours had a gas grill, but was out of propane. The furnishings and property in general are a bit older and show their wear. However, it was clean, comfortable and a tremendous value for money.

Some of our units are privately owned. The propane gas for the grill can be provided by maintenance upon the guest's request. It appears as though you enjoyed your stay. Our COVID Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and felt safe. Property was older but ok. Restaurant on-site was great. We ate there almost every meal. Good and convenient. Beach was clean and nice. Did not like very limited access to washers and dryers, I thought they’d be in my unit. No cleaning service due to COVID. Trip was still good for my family of 6.

I stayed at Sunrise Beach...

I stayed at Sunrise Beach Villa in July 2006. The Villa was beautiful, weather perfect, and beach secluded. The staff was very friendly and helpful with activity planning. It was great to have a bar and restaurant on site. It is centrally located and easy walking to shopping, dining and the Atlantis Casino.
