Excellent location within walking distance to sites and restaurants. The apartment was clean and included kitchen necessities and a few extra toiletries. Bed was comfortable and the outdoor spaces lovely. Miguel was very communicative and made check in easy.

View and location

The spectacular view from the private rooftop terrace and the central location with easy parking 4 minutes away make this apartment the ideal place to stay in Cordoba. Very quiet, away from street noise (just church bells). Fast wifi and large sofa.

Wonderful stay in Cordoba

We had a wonderful time in Cordoba. Miguel was the perfect host. The property was everything he advertised and more. He also was very responsive and helpful in finding things of interest and places to eat. We were right in the heart of the action without any of the noise. Highly recommend this property.

Water heater was off when we arrived but we were able to get hot water in the morning. Everything else was fantastic.

Amazing location and great apartment!

This house was outstanding. Comfortable and clean and located perfectly to easily walk to all attractions. Our host, Miguel, was wonderful. He even arranged a cab to pick us up early in the morning (no extra charges) to catch our plane. This is one of the few rentals we have ever stayed where we both said, "When we come back, we will definitely stay here." Very romantic roof top patio, too!

Great central location

Large comfortable one bedroom apartment in a great central location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and major tourist attractions. Building seemed very secure. Rooftop terrace had wonderful views. Property manager Miguel met us, explained everything and even arranged a taxi when we left. The bed is a double, not queen sized. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Very comfortable

Miguel was very nice and helpful. The apartment was as expected. We really enjoyed being on the roof patio and seeing the Mezquita lit up at night. We felt at home here. It had everything we needed. We were able to walk everywhere. Many stores and restaurants on street. It was easy to catch a taxi at the Plaza de la Tendillas when we left. Thank you Miguel for a delightful stay.

Great Location

Miguel was wonderful in explaining how everything works including getting into the secure building. He also provided us with a map to many sight that should be seen. The location was close to sights and the market. The place was very clean and had everything you needed to dine in. We very much enjoyed the roof top deck which allowed us to see the whole city. Miguel went over the top and arranged a taxi to take to the train station. Thank you Miguel for allowing us to stay and for all your help!

Life on The Plaza

While initial communications were difficult in confirming my stay and access, after met my contact at the apartment on the Plaza, all was well. A beautiful, clean and well-furnished 4 room apartment, with private roof access. What a view! Excellent but….

Easy to rent, easy to check in and out, and Miguel is an excellent and most hospitable host. He has no English, but he helped me with my very basic Spanish. Two flaws: the BED is unacceptably small , and the bed reading light underpowered. Point #1 MUST be addressed!!

Top Lage, super Aussicht von Terrasse - aber auch Mankos

Die Terrasse ist wirklich sehr schön, jedoch gibt es nur 3 Stühle, wovon 1 defekt. Keine Sonnenliege, kein separater Sonnenschutz für die Essecke. Ausserdem funktioniert das WLAN auf der Terrasse nicht. Trotz eines über dreiwöchigen Aufenthalts wurde keine Zwischenreinigung gemacht. Die Wohnung ist schön, das Bett mit 1.40 m Breite kann nicht als Doppelbett gelten.Jeder Kasten, alle Schubladen sind voll mit irgendwelchen Dingen. Auch in der Küche scheint es, als hätte jeder Gast wieder etwas von sich da gelassen. Die ersten Tage hatten wir gar keinen Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse (weil der alte anscheinend defekt war). Wir haben dann den kleinen Balkon beim Schlafzimmer benützt, wurden aber umgehend darauf hingewiesen, dass wir diesen nicht benützen dürfen, da sonst die schwierigen Nachbarn sehen, dass die Wohnung für Feriengäste vermietet ist. Wie wir gehört haben, dürfen anscheinend in dieser Anlage die Wohnungen nicht für Feriengäste vermietet werden. Wir spürten dies auch im Kontakt mit den anderen Bewohnern.

Mention spéciale pour la terrasse (il faut juste monter deux étages) qui vous offre une vue imprenable sur Cordoue. Vous avez également deux autres terrasses au niveau de l’appartement. L’accueil a été parfait, Miguel a été très réactif et nous a conseillé plein de bonnes adresses à tester. Il a vraiment été adorable avec nous et a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos demandes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Ce logement restera l’un des meilleurs de notre voyage en Andalousie !

Check in war super, Gastgeber hat sich frühzeitig gemeldet und war sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel. Die Wohnung hat alles, was sie braucht und noch mehr. Der ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist unschlagbar. Zentraler gehts nicht, trotzdem ist es ruhig. Betten und Bad optimal.

Accueil très sympathique de Miguel très disponible. La location est très centrale et donc agréable pour organiser les visites. Dommage de ne pas préciser que la terrasse n'est pas directement accessible depuis l appartement sinon une très belle vue sur la cathédrale et la vieille ville depuis cette belle terrasse . Miguel the Maestro

This was a very elegant, well equipped and very clean apartment in close proximity to all the need to see sights. Miguel met us on time, took us through the apartment explaining everything the we need to know. He also marked on a map all the sights we needed to see and pointed out the the best areas to eat and those areas not to eat. The coup de gras is the exclusive balcony with above rooftop 360 degree panoramic views and these were particularly spectacular at night whilst having a "night cap". Miguel also made it clear that he was available to answer any questions we might have. I have never given a rental or owner all 5 stars before because nothing is perfect, but Miguel and his apartment are as close to it as you will get. Our thanks amigo, we had a wonderful time
