Hermoso y encantador loft en el centro de Gante - aparcamiento gratuito!

Thank you very much for your kind review and for highlighting your comfort during your stay. We are delighted to hear that you and your family had an excellent stay and enjoyed both the property and our hospitality. With regard to your comment on the bedroom setup, we would like to clarify that our listing description states: "Three bedrooms have box-spring beds which we can make up either as double beds either as single beds, according to your wishes. The fourth bedroom has 3 single beds." To ensure the accommodation was prepared according to your preferences, we contacted you prior to your arrival to ask how you would like the beds arranged. As you were a family of three, we offered the choice of either one double bed plus one single bed, or three separate beds in three different bedrooms. You kindly confirmed that you preferred three separate beds in three rooms, and we prepared the house accordingly. For these reasons your comment on the bedroom setup seems a little unfair to us, although it helps us understand how guests interpret the information provided and how we can continue to improve the clarity of our listing. We are pleased that ultimately the bed setup did not affect your overall comfort and that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you again for choosing our home for your vacation.

Hi Todd, Glad you enjoyed your stay - thank you for having chosen our loft, always welcome back! Best regards, Len

Dear Birgit, Thank you for your constructive feedback - we'll certainly take it into consideration, this really helps us to improve! Best regards, Len

Dear Petra, Not sure how to interprete this review since you did not communicate any problem to us during your stay. The single beds are 90 x 200 cm, the double beds 180 x 200 cm, which is a normal comfortable size. You booked for 7, and informed us last minute that 1 person would not come. Based on this information we immediately refunded you part of the booking fee, without any discussion. You asked for an early check-in and a late check-out which we happily granted you without charging you any additional fee. Your review is harsh and a little unfair in my (humble) opinion, since we went the extra mile to accomodate all your wishess. All the best! Len

Hi Isaac, Glad you enjoyed the cozy open space, the fireplace and the bathrooms. We acknowledge there was a problem in the garage, not caused by the rain but by maintenance works on a tank below ground level in the garage: these took place just before you arrived. The seal of the tank appeared not having been closed hermetically after the works, which indeed caused a smell. You reported the problem in the evening and I’m happy that we were able to fix it already the next morning. I sincerely apologize again for the few hours that you had to live with the inconvenience. Since the fix, neither us, nor any other guests have observed any smell anymore. Therefore we are pretty convinced that the fix was effective. Thank you for the review and for having choosen our loft for your stay in Ghent! Best regards Len

Muchas gracias Jennifer! - siempre bienvenido!
