Villa Anna Maria está situada en el lado sur de Kefalonia, en la localidad de Skala, uno de los centros turísticos más populares de la isla. Famoso por su hermosa playa de arena larga que se extiende más de 4 kilómetros con la villa a sólo 40 m de la playa, no es más que un corto paseo hasta el mar y a 5 minutos a pie del centro de amistad con su supermercado más cercano que es sólo un minutos a pie. Con su plaza e iglesia tradicional de la villa, tiene un ambiente encantador y relajado con abundantes tabernas, bares de cócteles y restaurantes para abrirse camino.

Esta hermosa villa de 2 dormitorios tiene aire acondicionado en todo con WiFi gratuito y es una mezcla de diseño contemporáneo y tradicional, con una amplia sala de estar de planta abierta, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada. Un baño de planta baja, ducha y WC con lavabo individual. Desde la sala de estar, las puertas del patio conducen a la piscina privada de estilo romano, toallas de piscina gratuitas, barbacoa y terraza cubierta con instalaciones para comer. El primer piso conduce a los dos dormitorios con baño privado en ambos. Las habitaciones ofrecen una cama king size o dos camas individuales, amplios armarios, balcones con zonas de descanso con vistas al mar. Servicio de mucama dos veces por semana.

Situado en hermosos jardines maduros, la villa ofrece maravillosas vistas al mar desde el jardín y los balcones de la 1ª planta y tiene aparcamiento privado. Situado en una excelente ubicación en las afueras de Skala, puede simplemente elegir pasar el tiempo relajándose en la piscina, perfecto para pasar unos días de verano o aprovechar todo lo que Cefalonia tiene para ofrecer, ya que es una de las islas griegas más idílica. Con Ithaka y Zante justo a la vuelta de la esquina, tendrás muchas opciones.

Fantastic experience!

Our family had a fantastic time at the property- the villa was well equipped, we enjoyed the garden and pool as well as venturing out exploring the island. I would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday, it's truly beautiful and the hosts are going above and beyond to ensure your stay is fantastic!

Just perfect!

From the moment we booked we had no doubt the villa would be fabulous. The owners were warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The villa and grounds are beautiful, you cannot help but feel relaxed and take it all in. The location is amazing, a few minutes walk to the beach and fab beach bar and about a 10 minute walk along the sea front to the village full of restaurants, bars and shops. Kefalonia has captured our hearts and we cannot wait to return to the villa next year!

Great Villa

This was a very spacious villa and ideal for outside living. Well situated for the beach and restaurants. Mini market just outside the gate to the property. The layout of the garden made it private and not overlooked. Elaine & Tasos were very helpful with any issues. Nothing was a problem to them. All in all a very relaxing stay.

A beautiful villa with superb location

After 3 years of planning and 2 years communicating with Elaine and Tasos we finally made it to Villa Anna Maria for our wedding. They have been so accommodating from the word go, ensuring that whatever we needed was arranged even with last minute flight changes! A gorgeous, personal welcome made us feel special and excited for our big day. The villa is set in a well kept garden with a gated driveway making it feel very private, with the convenience of the supermarket close-by. Elaine and Tasos checked in with us regularly, ensuring our stay went as smoothly as possible. At the end of our two week stay the villa and surrounding area genuinely felt like home, we were so sad to leave and aim to return regularly. *****Highly recommended****** Thank you for everything, see you soon, Love Stef, Mark, Harriet and Sherman (the turtle)

A wonderful Family Holiday 5*

We loved every minute of the holiday. The Villa is lovely & has everything you need. We were kindly left a welcome basket which was great fully received after arriving late in the night. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool & lovely views out to sea. we had some great meals in the tavernas along the seafront & in the town. Having the supermarket so close was handy. We were spoilt with the weather. The holiday was just what we needed & Our son loved it all too. We definitely recommend this beautiful Villa & We look forward to the next trip. Wonderful Villa in a great location

The villa is exactly as described, immaculately clean and just as it appears in the photos. Elaine and Tasos the owners, are such lovely people and really helpful. From my very first enquiry Elaine's responses were always very quick and helpful. We were staying in the villa with two friends who arrived at a different time to us and Elaine arranged the taxi transfers to and from the airport for us all. She also arranged car hire for us, with the car being dropped off and picked up from the villa. This gave us extra peace of mind to know that we didn't have to sort these things out on arrival. When we did arrive at the villa Tasos came around to check that everything was okay and that we had arrived safely. The villa is very comfortable and a real home from home. It has a perfect location, very close to the beach, supermarket and bars and restaurants. At the same time it is not at all overlooked. It's a great place to chill out and unwind. We had a fantastic holiday and hope to return one day. It was a pleasure to meet Elaine and Tasos.

Fantastic villa, great location, loved it!!!!!

We recently stayed here for our Honeymoon! We have honestly had the best holiday ever. The Villa as well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent close to the town, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Elaine and Tasos were extremely welcoming, helpful, very kind and genuine people. Any small issues were addressed straight away, and they really made us feel at home during our time away. Cannot recommend highly enough for a truly fantastic relaxing time away. We will certainly be returning here in the future as it was such a special place.

Beautiful villa, amazing relaxing holiday.

We just returned from villa Anna Maria yesterday and were so sad to leave. There is nothing bad you can say about this villa and the owners Elaine and Tasos.The villa is beautiful, so comfortable and a real home from home in terms of home comforts. It's beautifully decorated exactly like the photographs. It's spotlessly clean and tidy. Has everything you could need, aircon, wifi, through to beach towels and hairdryers. The sun loungers and parasol, in the garden are comfortable and with the swinging seat and covered table there is pleanty of shade if you need it. We went as a family of 4 (2adults and 2 children 10 and 7 years) the villa was perfect for us as the pool wasn't so deep that we were worried about the children being in by themselves. The pool was amazing to have all to ourselves and the children loved it. There is a few pool toys there( left by previous people I'm guessing ( as we did the same leaving a beach chair and donught rubber ring that we didn't need to take home) if you need to do washing while you are there there is a machine and a line to dry everything. There is even a mini dishwasher! Location is brilliant.. You are about 2 minute walk to the beach. This is all stones though so worth investing in some beach/swim shoes to take as it makes it much easier on the feet but the sea is lovely and warm to get into to. The sea gets very deep very quickly but our 2 still managed a few afternoons playing happily in and out of it but very little ones would need to be watched as it does get deep within a few feet. There is water sports further down the beach if you want a pedalo etc. The supermarket and small snack bar is 1 min walk away. Literally at the villa gate and stocks everything you need if you want to cook at the villa. There is nearby other tavernas which were all ok or it's a 5 min walk along the beach road to the town where there is shops and many more tavernas and restaurants. Our favourites were flamingo and Socrates. We chose to go back to Socrates for a second time on our last night as we loved it so much. It's hidden a way a bit at the back of the shops near the roman villa( also worth a visit. Only takes about 20mins to really look at it all but something different to do and it's free!) but worth the extra few minutes walk past the other restaurants so Socrates as the food and atmosphere were the best we found. The owners Elaine and Tasos were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Wonderfully located 2 bed villa with pool

Great 2 bed villa in a wonderful location close to beach, snack bar, supermarket and restaurants. Village centre with all its amenities is just a short walk away. The villa itself is very clean, well appointed and well maintained with a lovely private garden and good sized pool. Owners Elaine and Tasos are very friendly and welcoming and are just a phone call away if you need them. Will definitely be returning.

Home From Home

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this villa. Elaine and Tassos could not do enough for us. There was a small welcome package on our arrival, as we came late at night. They even came to the rescue when my son locked us out of the villa in the early hours!! The villa was so clean and so was the garden, maintained by Tassos. The location was perfect, next to a good supermarket and a lovely beach bar called Ammos. Everything was in walking distance. We will certainly return, Kefalonia is a beautiful island but our holiday was made by staying in this lovely villa. I can't recommend it enough. Such a relaxing holiday. Thank you.

Fantastic holiday villa

Located within easy walking distance of Skála centre. Private villa with all the comforts of home and pleasantly decorated. Pool area is not overlooked from any aspect. Close to a supermarket were you may hear some deliveries at times but is not really obtrusive. We have stayed in loads of villas over the years this is the only one we have booked for a second visit. Back again in June 2018 can’t wait.

Private villa in an excellent location

Lovely villa in an excellent location. Very private and quiet but just a few minutes walk to all the bars and tavernas Skala has to offer. Own private pool which is not overlooked from any position. Villa has excellent fittings and furniture and well decorated throughout. Stayed at loads of villas over the years this is the only one that I have booked a second holiday for.

Unbeatable location if you want to be steps away from beach and only a few minutes walk into the center of Skala. Great views out to sea and the villa is finished to a very high standard, With it's own private pool, BBQ and Parking set in Lovely gardens you have everything on your doorstep. Only a minutes walk away to the nearest Supermarket and Coffee Shop.We want to make sure that we exceed your expectations when staying with us and we can be on hand as little or as much as you need. We hope that in choosing Villa Anna Maria it provides the perfect setting for your holiday

Private Villa with onsite parking. Due to location a car is not a necessity to get around the resort as everything is within easy walking distance. Large mature gardens and very well looked after by Tasos the owner, very friendly and always on hand to answer any questions or make your stay as comfortable as possible. Excellent views out to sea !!
