Renovado en 2016! Duerme 10+, playa, muelle, puestas de sol, relajarse, pescado!

Las renovaciones en la Casa Roja están completas. Sé uno de los primeros en alojarse en esta cabaña de 2 habitaciones más habitación con literas. Madera dura y azulejos, Smart TV en cada habitación, 55 "TV en la sala de estar, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y una lavadora y secadora. Una gran plataforma y pasos que conducen a la playa y al muelle son todos nuevos. Hay un montón de estacionamiento disponible si tiene un remolque de bote. Esta casa de campo se encuentra en una parte tranquila de la bahía, por lo que es ideal para nadar y pasear en bote. ¡Tres kayaks y un bote de aluminio para que uses!

Toda la ropa de cama y las toallas están incluidas y son nuevas.

Se ha instalado una nueva unidad HVAC, por lo que en esas raras noches calurosas y bochornosas dormirás profundamente y mantendrás el calor durante la primavera y el otoño.

Una fogata exterior con muchas sillas hará las delicias de la noche. En el interior, disfrute del ambiente de la estufa de leña cuando hace frío.

Los muelles están adentro. Los 90 pies de muelles se comparten con los propietarios adyacentes al lote / caravana y hay mucho espacio para tus juguetes y tu bote.

Cottage se encuentra a 100 pies de la orilla del lago, pero el propietario también tiene el lote adyacente para que pueda disfrutar de 200 pies de frente.

Una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo están en la cabaña para su conveniencia.

Disfrute de un fin de semana de otoño para ver el follaje: un hermoso viaje hasta la zona de Lake Placid o tome el ferry hacia Vermont.

My family spent a nice 5 days at Patty's house on the lake. The pictures listed on the site do not do the home justice at all. The lake views from inside the house and on the porch are absolutely beautiful. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Plenty of utensils, pots/pans and supplies in the kitchen for all of your cooking needs.

Awesome Cottage

This cottage has all you need and it is in a quiet neighborhood. And of course right on the Lake! The grandchildren had hours of fun on the beach and splashing in the lake! The dock is well suited for mid sized boats. My husband loved that it was near the State boat launch too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - much needed rest, during these uncertain times. We plan on returning and I plan on staying longer!! Patty is great and accommodating!

Amazing and relaxing stay

The house was beyond our expectations! The view and access to the lake was amazing! The house was great but why stay inside when you have such wonderful outdoors. We all enjoyed the kayaks and the sunset bonfire. Was a totally superb and relaxing time and we hope to come back.

Great and relaxing week - just what we all needed!

We had a great week at Patty's place. Patty and Bud were incredibly gracious and welcoming and any question we had was answered immediately. Would highly recommend this place! I know one person mentioned in an earlier review that they felt Patty was too close by. I really have to disagree - they are nearby but they make every effort to be friendly and accommodating, but at the same time leave you to your own family/friends. I think that's a tricky balance and I thought they did it extremely well.

Awesome location, and a wonderful cottage

We came here for a family weekend getaway. Patty was very nice and accommodating, making sure there were enough life jackets and cups for our large family. She also helped us out in a pinch when we ran out of propane in the late evening. The cottage itself was very well stocked and cozy, with a fireplace in the living room. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and quite modern. Location was excellent, with a gorgeous view of the sunset over the lake, and we had a lot of fun on the water, making smores, and hiking around Ausable chasm.

Interesting stay

Beautiful location and very spacious house right on the water. Unfortunately we did run into a problem with the owner living on site throughout the stay, stopping by frequently. It felt awkward and like we were being watched throughout the weekend. Not sure if it is always like this but something to keep in mind when renting. Otherwise had a great time in a beautiful location!

Beautiful Cottage

My friends and I had a great week staying here. The location is perfect, with beautiful views of Willsboro bay from the deck and living room. The bay location was very peaceful as well. The cottage was furnished with everything we needed and can sleep 10 without much trouble. Located very close to the mountains; we took a 10 minute drive to a hiking trail that offered great views over the lake. Also located very close to the Port Essex ferry to Vermont. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Week Despite Spotty Weather

Hate to give this a good review and invite competition for time slots if we go again! Honestly, a great spot with very protected bay and view, but a short way to the broad lake, with a little sandy beach and great dock. Boat launch minutes away. Place was very well kept and well stocked and "applianced". In fact, we brought far more than we needed. Nice big deck and grill. In fact, place felt quite roomy even on our one day rain out. Minor gripes were a slow kitchen drain and some very loud mowing 2 afternoons during our stay, which seemed overkill, but relatively brief. There was also construction noise early mornings from nearby property that stopped by late morning, oddly enough, but hopefully is a temporary project and beyond owner's control anyway. Mostly very quiet and peaceful. Overall, I would say our stay exceeded expectations and the owner is very nice. Our 6 yr old grandson said many times over the week "best vacation ever!"

Perfect getaway!!

Stayed at the red cottage for a few days with bass fishing planned! This place was in a perfect location right near a boat ramp and protected in a nice cove. The property was really nice great views and very quiet. Couldn't have asked for a better home base. Will definately be back. Also the owner Patty was super nice and she covered any and all questions that I had. She was easy to keep in contact with and everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you again Patty we will be back!

I have lived in the area since 1984 and with my brother own a nearby small marina and restaurant. Originally from the Albany NY area I grew up summers on my parent's boat in Westport NY. We love Lake Champlain and while I currently have a job that takes me away from Willsboro during the week I return every weekend to my favorite town and people.

I had been looking for some lakefront for a couple of years and stumbled on the property in 2015. We spent the winter working on the lot and the cottage and we think it turned out great!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This cottage is located in a calm portion of the bay so it is great for boating and swimming. It's one of the few areas with natural beachfront in the bay. With the exception of storms you will feel comfortable leaving your small boat on the dock and larger boats on the commercial mooring. The owner also owns the adjacent lot and 100 ft of frontage so feel free to use that beach as well. On the other side is the very quiet and unoccupied town water pumphouse giving you additional seclusion. Large dock with room for multiple boats shared with adjacent lot.
