Situada a pocos metros de la playa, esta impresionante casa de estilo "Nueva Inglaterra" goza de fabulosas vistas al mar y jardines que conducen a la playa.

Decoradas con buen gusto, esta espaciosa y lujosa casa es perfecta para familias que aman la vida en la playa y las actividades acuáticas y que buscan algo extra especial. La sala de estar de planta abierta se abre a través de puertas plegables hacia una terraza con vista a los jardines y al mar, ideal para el desayuno, el café de la mañana, el almuerzo, la cena y las bebidas por la noche mientras los niños juegan en el gran jardín, que está cerrado con una cerca y asegurado desde el paseo marítimo por una puerta.

Una habitación doble en la planta baja, con el apoyo de una sala de ducha de la planta baja, ofrece instalaciones para aquellos con necesidades de movilidad y de las tres habitaciones restantes en el primer piso, dos tienen baño privado. El cuarto dormitorio está equipado con una cama de día, que puede extenderse a una cama doble, sin embargo, los propietarios consideran que solo es adecuado para 2 niños.

Las vistas principales al mar se disfrutan desde las habitaciones principales, que cuentan con balcones cubiertos.

Beach Side se encuentra en una calle tranquila y está a un corto paseo de las tiendas de conveniencia en Lane End, con una variedad de otras tiendas que incluyen una panadería y carnicería, junto con pubs y cafés en el bonito y popular centro de Bembridge.

Another fantastic break at Beach Side

It’s becoming our home from home. Our 7th visit here and have next year booked already. Nice to see a new fridge/freezer and other things we mentioned previously have been rectified. Never tire of the views and the sunrises are amazing.

Fabulous Holiday At Beachside

The Beachside is in a wonderful quiet location with great sea views and we very much enjoyed our walks along the beach accessed from the garden. Absolutely beautiful home in a superb location overlooking the Solent and across to Portsmouth. We spent hours in the large back garden playing with the kids and watching all the ships pass by! Well equipped house with a modern kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for 7 of us. We’ll definitely be back!

Beach side was in an excellent location, room layout very well thought out. Furnishing brilliant. Excellent panoramic view when the curtains were drawn back.Slight issue with plumbing under sink. We didn't want to leave.

Another lovely stay in Beach Side

This will be our 5th trip to this house in Bembridge. (and we've already booked for next year). That view is to die for - it's a home from home. Still has that wow factor, but there's a couple of things that just need that little bit of attention to bring it back to excellent across the board. The cushions for the outdoor furniture could do with updating, the barbeque left a little to be desired (although this should have been cleaned by the previous holidaymakers). The cutlery & glassware could also do with looking at. But all in all, we still love it and still come back every year.

Beautiful house!

Gorgeous holiday home in an excellent location. All rooms are beautifully furnished with high end furniture and fittings. Good quality garden furniture ideal for watching the boats go by. Garden backs on to beach so perfect for a swim or walk along the beach.

Another visit to Beachside

This was probably our 5th stay at Beachside. We have not been for several years and we were pleasantly surprised that the condition of the property had been excellently maintained. The location is superb and as we had children within the party the adjacent beach proved popular in the good weather. Bembridge itself was a lot busier than previous visits despite the schools not having broken for the summer holidays. We will go again.

This is the fourth time that we have stayed at Beach Side and we have already booked for next year. It feels like coming home. It is clean and tidy and literally has everything you need. A fantastic house and location

This is the second stay at Beachside for our family. We absolutely love the house and the location is perfect. Instead of travelling around the Island we stayed close to the house and spent many memorable hours at the beach at the bottom of the garden. There was always lots going on in the Solent to catch your eye. The whole family (1 child & 6 adults) loved the space, the owners have taken a lot of care with furnishings and fixtures. Island holiday homes were very helpful in answering questions beforehand. We can’t wait to come back and will be planning another trip!!

Doesn't get much Better !

All of the positive 5 star reviews and their various observations are so true , you are certainly getting a stunning house in a stunning location. Thank you to the owners for accommodating our stay and moving from 2020, we have already booked the next 2 summers so thank you. There are always negatives so lets be honest some minor decorating and maintenance needed but doesn't interrupt your stay here( family of 3)

Lovely, comfortable, well appointed property in a beautiful, quiet location.

This was our 3rd stay at Beach Side which still delivers the wow factor. We took our in-laws with us this time and they thought it was wonderful too. The property is situated in a quiet location and is very well appointed for a holiday home. The bedrooms and facilities are all to a good spec., comfortable and clean. We especially love the views from the lounge, garden and bedroom balconies that overlook the lifeboat house, beach and sea and that you only have to walk to the end of the garden to get to the beach. The beach itself is a mixture of rocks, shale, sand and stones and you can walk for miles in both directions from the house. There are no actual amenities on the beach so it is always fairly quiet. I can thoroughly recommend both the property and Island Holiday Homes, which we’ve used on numerous occasions when booking an Isle of Wight break. I would also like to thank the owner of Beach Side for allowing us to move our holiday back 12 months due to the pandemic, without any quibble whatsoever or increase in price. Really appreciated, thank you!

Stunning house on sea front

We loved our stay at Beachside. The property exceeded our expectations. It is unusual to find 3 double beds with their own en suites in a holiday let but they were all fabulous rooms with sea views. No expense has been spared in the property and it really doesn’t feel like a holiday let, there are homely touches, well equipped kitchen and cleaning products provided. But it is the location which sets the house apart. Sea views and a lovely garden which leads onto the beach. We loved it and highly recommend it.
