La villa, que se distribuye en dos plantas, está completamente rodeada por un jardín bien cuidado y disfruta de una fantástica vista al mar, en el área panorámica tiene una elegante piscina de 2 alturas, con un área para niños poco profunda y con barreras de seguridad, La piscina está rodeada por un solárium amueblado con tumbonas y tumbonas, un típico jardín mediterráneo enmarca esta zona.
Una terraza muy espaciosa, sombreada y amueblada con muebles de exterior, es el área ideal para cenar al aire libre y disfrutar de la fantástica vista al mar, en esta área, al lado de la piscina, hay un área con ducha doble al aire libre y vestuarios .
Arriba, en la terraza cubierta, hay una gran terraza con una vista maravillosa de toda la costa.

Descripción interior
La villa se distribuye en dos pisos y se compone de dos unidades inmobiliarias iguales (planta baja y primer piso), conectadas por una escalera externa, las dos unidades tienen el mismo tamaño y características, amuebladas en un estilo moderno y minimalista, ambas con una sala de estar. Muy cómoda y luminosa que incluye una sala de estar y cocina, la zona de noche consta de un pasillo en el que se encuentran los tres dormitorios y el baño, el apartamento de la planta superior tiene un segundo baño conectado a la cocina.
En la villa hay una sala de lavandería completa con lavadora y fregadero para lavandería.
Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado frío / calor.

Spacious house with great outdoor area in perfect location

The house is located close to the center and beaches of Marina di Ragusa. Being on a hill gave wonderful sea wiev and a fresh breeze. The house had plenty of room for 12 people. We very much enjoyed the large pool and outdoor area. Downstairs decking gave nice shade during the day and the top balcony nice breeze and view in the evening. The owner was very helpful and replied quickly.

– Perfect Villa for Families & Groups

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Sicily. It’s simple and unfussy in style, but that’s exactly part of its charm – everything you need is here, thoughtfully set up and perfect for a relaxing break. The layout is very well-suited for families, especially with the child-safe pool that gave us peace of mind while still letting the little ones enjoy the water.The location is ideal – close enough to shops and the beach for easy access, but not right in the middle of town, so you get peace and privacy. The outdoor seating area is fantastic, easily accommodating a large group for meals and evenings together under the stars. Inside, all the essentials are provided, with amenities for washing, drying, and cleaning, which made longer stays really easy and comfortable.The host deserves special mention – incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They were always available to quickly fix any small issues, offer great recommendations for local attractions, and share their local knowledge to make the most of our trip.Local taxi services were also excellent, making it simple to get to and from the nearby town. This made exploring the area stress-free and really added to the experience.Overall, this villa is a fantastic choice for families or larger groups looking for a comfortable base in Sicily. We couldn’t recommend it more highly – full marks from us!

Wonerful Villa in a lovely town

The lovely hosts met us on arrival and walked us through the use of the villa. We arrived late and they took time to order pizza from a local restaurant for us. The villa is very clean and has all the elements to enjoy a great stay. The bedrooms are generous and all the bathrooms work well. The kitchens are easy to use, although we tended to eat out in the evening, so only needed to have drinks and snacks available. The gardens are beautiful and well tended and the pool is clean and much larger than expected. The beach front of Marina Di Ragusa is really nice with plenty of restaurants and bars and the square, just off the front is a wonderful place with a great atmosphere, where all generations meet, with elder folk sitting and chatting on benches beneath trees, children playing, parents and younger people all mingling and chatting. The valley of the temples is a couple of hours drive to the west and woth seeing and also the nearer towns of Ragusa and Noto, with wonderful historic buildings and they do like a balcony around here. We would have no problem in booking another stay and would look forward to meeting the owners again.

Great family house

On a quiet residential street with views down to sea. The busy road down has a sidewalk in parts to small village with all amenities. The house is split into two levels, and we amalgamated our pots/utensils for the full rental of 10 people. With a little more care and attention to detail e.g. visitor/guide and information for visitors about the area, ways to work and use the washing machine/coffee machine and enough dishes to serve 10/12 people and upgrading of utensils and plates the house would be fabulous. The beds and pillows aren’t super comfy - akin to not quite Ikea vibe furnishings and comfort. The owner was very helpful with issues like luke warm water - turned the heat up, leaving a change of linen and mending broken wooden chairs -but nearly all the outside plastic chairs had broken backs and only 6 x sun loungers available. I would recommend the house, but the suggestions above should be taken seriously by the owners.

Wonderful Villa

We have recently enjoyed a fantastic week in Marina Di Ragusa at this lovely villa. Our party of 6 adults (my partner and I and our adult daughter and son and their partners) had plenty of space at the villa, utilising both floors. We could have easily accommodated more guests as there are 4 double and 2 twin rooms, but it was lovely to have loads of room too. Inside the villa had everything we needed, including effective air conditioning in all 6 bedrooms but the outside space was what we came on holiday for and that did not disappoint. Firstly, there is a huge sun terrace upstairs with plenty of room for everyone. The terrace has a wonderful view of the marina in town. This is not a shaded area so we tended to sit up here in the evening with a drink and maybe a game of cards rather than in the heat of the day. Downstairs, underneath the sun terrace is a fantastic covered area, again with enough space for everyone and this space is a lovely place to be at anytime of the day. The swimming pool is amazing and we all enjoyed many hours in there and the gardens are well kept. The location of the villa is good. It is a bit of a walk downhill into the main town but we managed it whenever we went out for a meal (though it was a bit hot walking back in the middle of the day, it was a bit cooler in the evening). There is plenty of choice of bars and restaurants in the town and a lovely beach too. We always hire a car when on villa holidays and it was certainly useful not only to get to the villa and to do a supermarket shop etc, but it also allowed us to visit a few towns. I would particularly recommend a visit to Ragusa Ibla and also Ortegia (where we enjoyed very nice 1 hour boat trip around the island). The villas owners were great and Giusi kept in touch with us to make sure that we were enjoying our holiday and Carla did an amazing job of translating between us so thank you to them both as they really helped to make this a brilliant holiday. We hope to return one day.

Mooie vakantie woning, zeker met een grotere groep.

Mooie woning, groot zwembad erbij, Vriendelijk ontvangst door de eigenaar, wij waren met 12 personen maar dat ging makkelijk. 2 km van de zee. 1 km van de supermarkt. Zeker de moeite waard. Tip: wel een huurauto of fietsen nemen om de regio te verkennen.

Prachtige villa op een leuke plaats!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het is een heerlijke villa met een fijn zwembad en heerlijke buitenplaats. De villa is ruim genoeg en het contact met de agent verliep soepel en goed. Problemen werden snel opgelost en we werden geholpen met al onze vragen over de faciliteiten in de buurt. Er zijn drie badkamers. 1 beneden en 2 boven. 1 van de badkamers boven is wel erg oud en verweerd, heeft nodig een onderhoudsbeurt nodig. Wel was het erg fijn dat overal airco aanwezig is. Het huis en zwembad werd tussendoor nog eens schoongemaakt, ook erg fijn. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf, de leuke omgeving (Marina di Ragusa is op korte afstand en een superleuk plaatsje). Het minpuntje voor ons was het onderhoud en slechte huishoudelijke faciliteiten (keuken en toebehoren / badkamer ed).

Dejligt stort hus

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie i huset. Der var stort set alt det man har behov for. Skulle man ønske sig noget, så skulle det være nogle skarpe køkkenknive, nogle bedre pander og gryder samt en bedre grill. Jeg kan klart anbefale huset til andre 😊

Ideal Family Villa

Villa was nice, large family pool, aircon in bedrooms. Was a 1km walk to marina so a car would be needed if you don't like walking. We used taxi service to get out and about, wht would we do without whatsapp!! Manager very pleasant and easy going. We all (family of 12) enjoyed the holiday. Cheers to Sicili!!

Marina de Ragusa, mit 11 Personen 14 Tage Urlaub

Auch dieser Urlaub ist leider schon wieder Geschichte. Wir waren 3 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern (2/8/10/11/13) und haben das Mietobjekt für 2 Wochen gemietet. Da Easyjet in den Sommerferien von Basel aus nur am Sonntag den Flughafen Catania anfliegt, mussten wir vorgängig schon mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufnehmen. Dieser zeigte sich sehr unkompliziert und wir konnten von Sonntag zu Sonntag umbuchen. Da heisst; meine Grosseltern reisten bereits vier Tage zuvor nach Sizilien und konnten sehr unkompliziert das Mietobjekt spontan zwei Tage vorher zusätzlich für einen Aufpreis mieten (nur untere Wohnung). Dies erleichterte der "Nachhut" die Anreise... Auch wurde durch meine Grosseltern das Mietobjekt wieder abgegeben. Obwohl zwei Gläser und ein Teller in die Brüche gingen, wurden keine zusätzlichen Kosten fällig (Kaution vollständig zurückerstattet). Im Bezug der Mietübernahe und -abgabe top! Der Pool ist das Herz und somit aus das Schmuckstück der Anlage. Er ist sehr gross und die Kinder genossen in täglich mehrere Stunden. Was erstaunlich ist, dass der Pool mehrheitlich mehr als 2 Meter tief ist. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist mit einem grossen Esstisch versehen, der auch bei heissen Temparaturen Schatten spendet. Leider hat die Wohung im Obergeschoss zwar eine Terasse mit einem Tisch und schönen Ausblick auf das Meer, aber diese hat keinen Schatten. Somit wurde durch uns diese nicht genutzt und wir nahmen die Mahlzeiten nur Unten ein. Auch die Zubereitung der Malhzeiten tätigten wir nur in der unteren Wohnung / Küche. Alle Schlafräume verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, was in der oberen Wohnung ein muss darstellt. Diese heizt sich schnell mal auf fast 40 Grad auf! Ohne Mietwagen ist man hier schlecht bedient. Das Meer ist schlecht zu fuss erreichbar und die umliegende Strände sind am Besten nur mit dem Mietwagen erreichbar. Auch einen Einkaufladen (Eurospar und MD) sind mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Was ich fast vergessen hätte, angrenzend befindet sich zurzeit eine Baustelle. Jedoch wurde bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht weiter gebaut (vermutlich wegen der Hitze). Daher störte uns die Baustelle nicht. Für uns war es ein schöner Urlaub und das Mietobjekt kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Super für Familienurlaub mit Kindern

Wir waren als 12-köpfige Familie in der schönen Villa "Cielo e Mare". Am meisten haben wir uns auf der ausladenenden Terasse und im Pool aufgehalten, was die Kinder sehr gut beschäftigt hat. Das Haus ein wenig ausserhalb von Marina di Ragusa, man erreicht den Strand und die Innenstadt aber in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation einfach. Gesagt muss werden, dass dennoch einige Dinge kaputt waren, als wir ankamen (eine Klimaanlage, ein Toilettensitz, eine Toilette hatte gar keinen Toilettensitz). Die Vermieter haben sich aber sofort darum gekümmert, wenn von uns eine Reklamation kam. Ausserdem konnte man immer fragen, wenn es um Tipps fürs Abendessen oder Reisen ging. Alles in allem also zu empfehlen. Grazie.

Posto accogliente e arrazzato

Abbiamo affittato interamente questa villa nella settimana di ferragosto e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da tutto. La villa è molto grande e ben tenuta, disposta su due piani completamente autonomi l’uno dall’altro. I due appartamenti condividono l’ingresso esterno, il giardino e la piscina. Gli spazi sono più che sufficienti per più di 12 persone in totale. Con una passeggiata di 10 minuti massimo si arriva al mare, purtroppo risalire è un po’ faticoso visto che la villa si trova più in alto rispetto alla marina. Se si scende in macchina il parcheggio è difficoltoso ma non impossibile. Per quanto riguarda Marina di Ragusa il posto è semplicemente splendido, brulica di gente a tutte le ore ed è servito di tutto punto anche nei punti di spiaggia libera. Ultima ma non ultima la cortesia e cordialità dei proprietari e del gestore. Consigliamo indistintamente per gruppi di amici o famiglie.

Very nice, spacious and clean villa with a great pool. Problems with Wi-Fi only. There is a construction site nearby but otherwise the view is fabulous over the city. Arrangements with the owner were easy and worked in a reliable manner. Very good indeed.
