Ubicado en un complejo de estilo andaluz tradicional, cerca de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes, este apartamento muy luminoso, espacioso y bien amueblado, en el primer piso de 2 dormitorios tiene los siguientes alojamientos.

Hay un amplio salón de planta abierta y comedor. Al salir del pasillo se encuentra la cocina con todas las instalaciones necesarias. Se accede al dormitorio principal desde el salón y tiene un gran cuarto de baño y amplios armarios, hay acceso a la terraza orientada al sur desde este dormitorio. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y un amplio armario. El baño se encuentra junto a esta habitación. Se accede a la terraza comedor orientada al sur desde el salón.

Hay un garaje subterráneo con espacio de estacionamiento asignado para aquellos que deseen alquilar un coche.

En el complejo en sí, tiene una gran piscina comunitaria, y al lado de esta hay una piscina infantil con sombra. Cerca de esto hay una piscina comunitaria climatizada. El complejo tiene la ventaja de 24 horas de seguridad.

Lovely family apartment

This place is a little gem for families. The value for money you get with a two bed & two bathrooms apartment. with everything you need for quiet night in, Uk TV , kitchen lovely spacious balcony with view of mountains. Nightlife & restaurants so close & beach about a 15 min walk to get your steps in!! A mum with 2 teenagers it was perfect. Claire the host was fantastic with lots of tips & hints for things to do. Great at getting back to you with a response found her to be friendly & informative. If you have youngsters there’s lots of pool toys & dvds for the tot age. Thank you Claire for letting us stay only wish it was longer. Maybe next time

Highly recommend

Me and my girlfriend where looking for a quiet place to stay just outside the town but still within walking distance. We found this fantastic apartment located in a just as fantastic complex. The apartment was brilliant and really made the holiday for us. I was very impressed by its cleanliness and utilities. It had everything and more with great views from the balcony and easy access to the pool. The owner was very easy to communicate to with same day responses and clear instructions. With plenty of restaurants, shops and other useful amenities near by I would highly recommend this accommodation for the best experience of puerto banus.

Lovely Marbella appartment

Lovely upper floor apartment accessible by a few flights of stairs from the main road. We’ll equipped, clean and very comfortable. Oodles of space even for 4-6 adults. Everything worked and our few days here were very nice indeed. Unbeatable at the price. We’ll return one day.

Exactly what we wanted

So we had different wishes for this trip: we needed a quiet place, in a walking distance to the beach but not affected by the noise/traffic...etc. This was it. As for the place, it is super tidy and big. They have everything you need to make you feel like home. Super well-mantained.

Very Good location near Puerto Banus well keep property nice garden with a good swimming pool witch is near the apartment . Property security and concierge are profesional worker i appreciate because i have receive some orders on the net. For the apartement it self need a little bit more of update neverdeless it's ok for a holliday. Thank you for the owners .

Great holiday

I had a wonderful relaxing trip. A couple tips I would give are more towels and bedsheets to be provided. Additionally, the swimming pool wasn't maintained and so was very dirty. Overall communication was excellent and the place was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in La Maestranza complex, closer to the bottom gate than the top (around 30 steps down but 50 up). It was also on the same level as the large pool and around twenty steps from the smaller pool lower down the hill (this we missed until the last day!). A/C very effective, apartment was spotlessly clean, with a hairdryer supplied. Beds were very comfortable. Finding spare toiletries in the bathroom cupboard was a bonus, we were hand luggage only and had expected to have to buy shampoo.The complex is also immaculate. Others may have wanted a view, but as it was too hot to eat outside it mattered not. There are views the higher up the hill in La Maestranza you are, but then you have to trek to the pool and shops. Out of the bottom gate 50 yards to the left is a great supermarket as well as a pharmacy, and posh greengrocers. The supermarket is very reasonable and used by locals, also great for foodies. Taxis to the port are around 8 euros (you phone one and it arrives within 5 minutes BUT the meter starts from when you phone it). Taxis back are 5 euro; the taxi rank is just by the port. We always walked down to the port (20 minutes) and took taxis back. Puerto Banus has a fantastic market on a Saturday morning half way down the hill, just before the bullring. Two great restaurants on a slight detour to the port- Noto and Casa Italia are behind the Casino (on the main dual carriageway before the port) and down a residential street from the 2nd roundabout. Return taxi from Malaga airport with cheaptaximalaga.com was 130 euros. We'll be back!

Really nice apartment in a great complex. All amenities are close and walkable to the beach.

Property was clean, well equipped kitchen, good air con, powerful showers, great balcony view and very comfortable. Complex was great and clean with great pools and very secure. Parking outside was also easy. Our kids loved the apartment and area as did we, lots of great restaurants, shopping, beaches and very family friendly. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Home from Home (this one with sun)!

A lovely light and spacious very comfortable property with fabulous views. A very clean and well equipped apartment situated in well maintained gardens with two amazing swimming pools, one of which has a life guard on duty for most of the opening time. Close to many amenities and a wonderful base to visit the area which has so much to offer. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a lovely complex

The apartment was lovely and clean and within a great complex. The complex is situated about a 20 minute walk from the beach and resort centre but had a great selection of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The pools within the complex are great and our children (aged 5 and 9) had a fab time. Claire as a host was very responsive to messages and provided all the information we needed. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Totally relaxing holiday!

Great apartment, extremely secure and clean complex with beautiful grounds. Fab choice of pools! Really convenient location, near supermarket (but be aware supermarket is closed on Sundays!) Market day down the road on Saturdays. There's a huge choice of cafes/restaurants/bars on your walk into town ... but do get a taxi back (it's really cheap and worth it!!) Beaches are great ... alas didn't get to try out the Ocean Club (this time!!) ... but managed to pop in the ship-shaped cocktail bar on the beach a few times ... their cocktails are definitely recommended! A very easy holiday for all age groups ... everything's on your doorstep ... no car required. Great fun!! We'll be back Marbella x

Such an easy holiday!

Lovely, spacious apartment (with air con!!) within a beautifully maintained and extremely secure complex. Lovely views of the mountains from the balcony. Choice of pools was great and the gardens were fab. Location was really handy, near to the supermarket (note that it's closed on Sundays!) and several eateries. It's also within walking distance of the town centre/marina/beaches ... just remember to get a taxi back up the hill ... it's definitely worth it!! Can definitely recommend Astral (the ship shaped) cocktail bar on the beach ... amazing cocktails!! Gutted I didn't get to spend the day at the Ocean Club ... but there's always next year!! Can definitely recommend this apartment/location for all ages groups. A truly relaxing/fun holiday!!

Beautiful place to stay

I recently returned from this beautiful apartment after a 10 day stay with friends and family. We all had an amazing week and the photo's really don't do justice to this lovely place, the choice of three pools and its surroundings were ideal, its a great location for restaurants and bars with everything on the doorstep, the port within easy reach. Claire was most helpful throughout, arranging our transfers and recommending places to visit. We hope to return next year if not sooner!

Beautiful property with with excellent facilites

We took a holiday this property at the end of March 15 and spent a wonderful week at this lovely apartment. Excellent location for shops restaurants and supermarket short walk to main port. Look forward to returning again soon.

spacious well kept and part of a beautiful complex

We stayed in the apartment last September and we enjoyed every minute. The apartment complex is well positioned slightly outside of Porte Banus, but in an area that is well looked after with restaurants, cafes and shopping centre all nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equiped. The whole complex is beautiful with planters, gardens and swimming pool area well maintained. Not only is it close to the amazing harbour, but also only a short drive to Marbella for a great day / evening out. Thanks for letting us stay

Stunning Apartment, Great Location and amenities

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is really well presented, immaculately clean and well equipped. Bags of room for everyone with a nice balcony as well. The gated complex is really nice, with a large swimming pool, a kids pool and a heated pool as well. Just outside the complex there are some restaurants and a supermarket and the port is just 10 minutes or so walk away. The port has some great bars and places to eat and the beach is right next door. Highly recommended, planning to return soon!

We have owned our apartment since 2012 and have stayed in the resort for many years before this. We love the complex because it is always safe and clean with lovely pools onsite. There is also great access to a very good super market and many restaurants, the port and beautiful beaches. There is also so much more to explore on the Costa del Sol if you hire a car.

Our property is light and bright with a lovely sunny balcony. When on holiday I love to sit on the balcony and enjoy breakfast in the sunshine.
