Nice, clean apartment, there were all you need for an holiday with small kids. The host was very friendly and even picked us up from the bus station.

A Great Apartment

We had a fantastic week here. The apartment is right next to the pool and has everything you need. We had 2 adults and 2 teens and had lots of space. To walk into Santa Teresa takes about 25 minutes, it’s an easy walk and there’s a good selection of restaurants to visit. There are plenty of beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Overall ok but we didn't feel welcome

The location is convenient as there is a supermarket next door. The next beach Rene Bianca is not 9 minutes by foot because Google maps says it's 1.4 km and it's uphill. You need a car to get around. We and two other German families in the compound didn't feel welcome because the neighbors in the compound reprimanded the kids not to play ball in the pool or to speak too loudly on the pool but when the Italian teenagers played ball in the pool very loudly in the evenings it was totally fine. So we started avoiding the pool more and more and I felt uncomfortable. But other than that it's a good apartment to go and visit beaches from.

I'm sorry to contradict the details you provided but the distance from the residence to Rena Bianca is exactly 1.1 km, which means about 10/15 minutes on foot, with a short downhill finish on the outward journey and a short uphill journey on the way back. Certainly the place offers the possibility of seeing many other very beautiful beaches within a radius of 5 km and these must necessarily be reached by car. I am also sorry to note your discomfort with the swimming pool but it is a private shared area and as expressed on all the signs in the residence, balls and inflatables cannot be used, Italians, Germans, French, it is not a question of European origin. .. it's just a question of common respect and civic sense. On the other hand, we are not all the same and we cannot expect these qualities from everyone. Certainly for the way you left me the apartment with rubbish bin scattered everywhere, including nappies, sofa full of stains etc. couldn't have asked for more... Nothing like this has ever happened to me in 15 years !

Lively stay in Santa Teresa

Firstly I’ll talk about the apartment and apartment complex.We stayed for a week in for May until 3rd June and we didn’t arrive until late for check in.Luca’s communication was great he gave us his number and was there when we arrived just outside the apartment complex to greet us and then show us around the apartment.The apartment was excellent everything was brand new, even had to pull stickers off the pans when we used them, As they stil had the stickers on.The apartment has a big kitchen space and living room which 2 big bedrooms which both have doors that led to a garden which is layer with artificial grass and slabs which is equipped with sun loungers, a large table and chairs and a washing machine which was very handy having 3 children.The decor of the apartment was all new and very clean and tidy, with a great biew at the front of the large pool area and the rear has a side view up to Santa Teressa and the mountains.The apartment is located just outside the town so I would recommend a car to get around not just to visit the town but the area has so many amazing beaches which we visited a few.The only downside to the apartment and complex was that only one of the pools of the 3 was open but that might be due to May be considered not in season, however the main pool which was open is just outside your door and was very well maintained by Antonio who I think is the Maintenance contact for the complex.Supermarkets are on location.

Lägenhet på markplan och poolen låg riktigt nära. Det blev en riktigt semesterkänsla. Inga paxade solstolar (det fanns gott om solstolar) och ingen som trängdes i poolen. Mataffären låg runt hörnet. Man kunde koppla av -bada, sola, laga egen mat och återigen koppla av.

Goed,alleen de matrassen lagen niet lekker,je voelde de vering en het onderlaken(incontinent hoes?) kroop steeds op in plooien (echt irritant) en zwembad was door weersomstandigheden niet in gebruik(vanaf vandaag waarschijnlijk wel)

Guten Tag Sylvia Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Ich habe die Matratze nicht verstanden. Bitte biegen Sie mich besser, um sie zu verbessern. Bezüglich der Schwimmbäder habe ich immer darauf hingewiesen, dass die Saisoneröffnung an einem Tag zwischen dem 15. und 31. Mai stattfindet. Es hängt vom Wetter ab. Dieses Jahr ist es selbst in Europa sehr regnerisch und kalt, und hier sind wir noch im Frühling. Das Schwimmbad wurde am 27. Mai eröffnet, bevor dies nicht möglich war. Ich stehe Ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung Luca

Tolles Apartment für Familien

Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet für Familien, haben sogar 2 Babybetten bekommen. Der Pool ist direkt vor der Tür, schön groß und sauber. Direkt ein Supermarkt nebenan. Entfernung zur Innenstadt ca 15 Gehminuten. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen

Eigentlich ideale Bedingungen

Santa Teresa mit seinen traumhaften Stränden in der Umgebung und den viele tollen Ausflugszielen ist definitiv eine Reise wert. Obwohl der Gastgeber Luca sehr schnell antwortete und bemüht war, hatte die Unterkunft doch einige Mängel: die Schränke rochen stark, der Check-In und die Eingewöhnung war schwierig und der Pool entgegen unserer Erwartung noch geschlossen.

Guten Morgen Marcus, Es tut mir leid für den Geruch in den Kleiderschränken und wir haben einige Parfümeure eingesetzt. Leider war es ein besonderer Winter, im letzten Monat gab es viel Regen und dieses Jahr war es Anfang Mai im Vergleich zu diesem Zeitraum noch kalt. Aus diesem Grund öffnete das Schwimmbad erst am 25. Mai. Verfügbar

Appartement bien placé et bien équipé mais...

L'appartement se trouve au rez de chaussée d'une belle résidence avec piscine, à proximité du centre et des commerces. Nous avons pu avoir les clés à 9h. Accueillis par Monica qui ne parle seulement italien. Concernant la propreté, dans l'ensemble c'était correct, hormis le sol. L'appartement est mal isolé, on entend beaucoup les voisins. Malgré les nombreux équipements de l'appartement attention à ne pas utiliser 2 appareils en même temps sinon ca disjoncte. Chose que nous avons appris au bout de la 3ème coupure d'électricité. Le disjoncteur ne se trouvant pas dans l'appartement, il faut prévenir M. Luca, qui prévient probablement le gardien. M. Luca nous annonce à la 3ème coupure à 00H20 qu'il ne faut pas allumé toutes les clims sinon ca disjoncte (2 clims et 1 sèche cheveux ont fait disjoncté). Il n'a pas réussi à joindre le gardien. Donc nous avons passé la nuit dans le noir et avons fait nos bagages avec la lumière d'un téléphone à 5h30 car nous devions quitté l'appartement à 6h30. Très mauvaise expérience pour nous de ce point de vue.

Je suis vraiment desole pour votre mauvaise experience dans l obscurite , mail il a ete souligne des le debut que vous ne devriez pas utiliser d autre appareils avec la climatisation car l puissance saute . Il est egalement ecrit dans les regles generales , ferriere a porte e Francais, En Anglais et EN Allemande. Il suffit de l eteindre pendente un moment et d utiliser El seche cheveux . J ai pense qu apres else deux premieres fois , c etait suffisant . J ai recu le troisieme appel pour a meme raison , il n y a pas de problem , mais a 00.20 hrs , dans la nuite , j espere vous pouvez comprendre que je n avais personne a c'è moment la qui pouvait resoudre le probleme qui a ete Fait le matin a environt 6.30 ... Je m excuse encore mais mieux que ca ce n etait pas possible . Cordialment Luca

Perfect appartement, heeft alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor twee weken met de familie!

Heel net appartement, bevat alles wat er nodig is voor een langer verblijf met kinderen. Groot zwembad. Goed onderhouden. Snelle service. Supermarkt is 1 minuut lopen. Wasmachine ook erg handig! Kortom, heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Toller Urlaub in schöner Anlage mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schön angelegten Ferienparkanlage (Residence) am Stadtrand von Santa Teresa. Die Anlage wird hauptsächlich von den italienischen Eigentümern der Wohnungen genutzt und daher ist die Anlage sehr ruhig ohne großen Ab- und Anreiseverkehr von Touristen mit zig Bettenwechseln. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zwei Supermärkte in Laufnähe von 50m und 200m, was wir als sehr praktisch empfunden hatten. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und war Anfang September nahezu unbesucht. Die Stadtmitte von Santa Terese erreicht man in etwa 15 min bis 20 min zu Fuß. Die schönen Strände von Capo Testa mit dem Auto sind in 10 min bis 15 min zu erreichen. Das Appartment hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Schlafcouch und Kochnische, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, ein kleines Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett und optionalem Kinderreisebett und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Das Appartment ist für Familien toll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Reisebett, Wäscheständer, Sonnenschirm, Sandspielzeug, Grill etc.). Leider ist die Federmatratze im Doppelbett steinhart und an erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Die Küchenausstattung benötigt dringend eine Generalüberholung. So fehlten uns einfach alltägliche Dinge wie eine Schüssel für Obst oder Salat, kleine Gabeln, Weingläser (in Italien) etc. Es gibt zwar eine Waschmaschine aber kaum Wäscheklammern. Fazit: Wir würden das Appartment mit den oben genannten Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Appartement très agréable

L’appartement est bien équipé ( un plus, il est climatisé) et très propre. Accès facile au centre ville à pieds ainsi que la plage « rena bianca  » ! Supermarché à 1min à pieds ! Nous avons adorés notre séjour en Sardaigne, Santa Teresa di Gallura est une ville vraiment sympa ! Le soir, elle est animée par un marché, parfois un spectacle sur la grande place et vous y trouverez des bars et restaurants très appréciables ! De plus, Monica la propriétaire est facilement joignable, si besoin. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage am Stadtrand von Santa Teresa Gallura. Ins Zentrum und zum Strand läuft man ca 20min. Der Stadtstrand ist wirklich sehr schön, allerdings auch Anfang Juni schon gut besucht. Der Pool in der Anlage ist sehr sauber und schön groß. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (genau wie beschrieben!)und sehr sauber. Bei Problemen oder Fragen hilft Monica sofort weiter. Es war ein sehr netter Kontakt. Das einzige Minus waren die Matratzen. Man spürt jede Feder, weshalb wir leider wirklich keinen erholsamen Schlaf fanden. Insgesamt aber eine schöne Ferienwohnung für eine kleine Familie.

Bel appartement avec 3 piscines séjour à 5

Belle résidence appartement suffisant pour famille de 4 ou 5(nous enfants 12 , 9 et 4,5ans le plus petit dans la chambre parentale) Séjour agreable dans cette belle région de Sardaigne (belle visite à 1 heure maxi îles de la madeleine,castelsardo,Costa smeralda....) Beaucoup de tres belles plages Vue magnifique sur les falaises de bonifacio de santa teresa

De bonnes vacances à Santa terasa di gallura

Résidence et appartement calmes et agréables. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances. Tout était fonctionnel et accessible rapidement. Le village est joli et animé accessible à pied. De belles plages sont à seulement quelques kilomètres. Monica et Luca sont très sympathiques et nous ont donné de bons conseils pour que ces vacances soient réussis. Nous espérons pouvoir retourner un jour dans ce très joli coin de Sardaigne.

Sehr gepflegtes Appartment in schöner Ferienanlage

Wir waren zu viert in dieser architektonisch sehr schönen und ruhigen Wohnanlage und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment/Ganze Anlage ist sehr neu und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Im Zentrum der Anlage ist ein großzügiger Swimmingpool und Liegemöglichkeiten. Entgekommendes Personal und sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Um die Ecke liegt ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt mit moderaten Preisen. Das Zentrum von S.ta Teresa ist in 15min gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mehrere Strände in S.ta Teresa/Capo Testa. Absolute Traumstrände wie zB Costa Paradiso in 30min zu erreichen. War bisher eine der schönsten Anlagen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super appart à Santa Teresa

Très bon accueil de Monica qui parle très bien français! L'appartement est très confortable quasiment neuf, et au pied de la très belle piscine .il y a deux supermarchés juste à côté de la résidence ouverts tous les jours.le centre ville est à 10-15 minutes à pied , et tous les soirs il y avait des animations (concerts , jongleurs, etc ...,les restos , les glaces artisanales , et le marché nocturne. La plage Rena Bianca sur place est très belle, Capo Testa, etc... Monica est très sympathique , de bon conseil , et réactive si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ! Nous recommandons ! Nous avons pu faire le nord de la Sardaigne la Maddàlena , Bosa , Alghero, Costa Paradiso, Costa Smeralda, l'intérieur de la Gallura.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment in late may 2015. It was quiet in the apartment complex as it was only early in the season but this suited us as we had a 2 year old.we had use of the pool to ourselves during the day.clean and well equipped accommodation. santa Teresa is a nice town with a beautiful beach all within a 15 walk from the apartment.good restaurant choices even though early in the season. Monica the host was extremely helpful and loves fridge magnets if you wish to get on her good side. Would not hesitate to recommend

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4.(coppia + 2 bambini di 2 e 4 anni) per una settimana e sicuramente torneremo in futuro. I plus sono l'accoglienza della padrona di casa, di cui abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità fin prima della partenza., la casa ampia e confortevole con zona barbecue, dehors e a 2 passi dalla piscina principale. Molto comodi anche i servizi con la presenza di un grande supermercato a pochi passi (volendo si entra in casa con il carrello della spesa). Se proprio si vuole trovare un neo, esso è l'assenza di spiagge da raggiungere a piedi, ma a 10 minuti di macchina c'è già tantissimo da esplorare.
