The house is fabulous--especially the pool and large hot tub. It easily accommodated my large family of 13. Rocio the house manager is lovely and very helpful. She prepared two dinner feasts for us with local specialties. One small issue--very little hot water, but that didn't matter much as the weather was warm and room temp showers were ok.

We can’t say enough great things about this place. Our family vacation was perfect. The pool, the views, the rooms, location, the sound of the crashing waves, watching the sunset, the moon rise and the sun rise on the roof top was one of our fav things. Beautiful and perfect. An extra shout out to Rocio and her hubby for all the amazing fresh food every day. They took such great care of us.

Everything was amazing!

Our stay at this property was amazing! Everything was great. Only downside was that the hot tub didn't ever get hot and some of the bedroom doors lock without being able to get in once locked out.. Probably user error on the second one

Beautiful property and gorgeous views. Plenty of room for all of us. Only issue was the lack of hot water. We had 10 people staying in the house but if you weren’t one of the first 2 to shower you had to take a cold shower.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had such an amazing time at Casa Hermosa Villa! We were two families with college age, young adult kids - 10 total. Pool, Hot Tub, Rooftop were all highlights! Hermes & Rocio took great care of us and cooked exceptional meals! We were able to enjoy nice dinners out at nearby Ritz and JWMarriott Hotels. Flora Farms and Acre were also great places to eat that were close by! Beach club is wonderful - great food & service - it's a 15 min walk (with hills). Golf course is close but too far to walk with clubs. I would definitely recommend renting a car or at least a golf cart. We used Puntazul transportation to/from airport and they were exceptional. The Puerto Los Cabos area and especially the Fundadores neighborhood were beautiful and very safe. We would definitely go back again!

La casa es muy linda y cómoda además de muy bien cuidada, las áreas sociales están abiertas, por lo que permite conectar con el paisaje, ya que la vista es magnífica y sería un desperdicio verla detrás de un cristal. Rocio, que ayuda a coordinar la casa, y es magnífica cocinera, logra terminar de hacerte sentir totalmente en casa. Definitivamente una muy grata experiencia y sin dudarlo, si tengo la oportunidad, regresaria

Casa Hermosa Villa

This home was spectacular and exceeded the needs of our 12 guests. It is located in a very secure location - our wives had no worries whatsoever about walking to the Club or along the beach. It is very close to the golf course and overall - I would give it a full five star rating. The chef prepared a wonderful meal for us at the house and she and her husband could not have been more gracious and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience

This house was fantastic for our family as we gathered for a wedding. 12 adults stayed with plenty of room. We watched whales and sunrises from the rooftop terrace and had gorgeous walks on the beach. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Communication was excellent and responsive. My only 4 star is because the description doesn't do justice to how amazing the house is.

Wedding gathering

This villa was a fabulous place for 13 friends and family to gather. Most wedding guests stayed at the Marriott, but Casa Hermanos was by far the best! Rocio and Hermes were wonderful and Kim was a good communicator answering all our questions before our stay. The wedding at Flora Farms was magical. We hope to return.

A wonderful stay with girlfriends

We stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate a close friends 50th birthday. The home has everything we needed and more! The walking proximity to the beach club was fantastic and the onsite pool and hot tub combo was a total hit! The chef team was so easy to plan and work with and all the transportation needs were a breeze. Thank you for opening your beautiful home we will cherish our memories forever!

Great Spot to Enjoy and Relex

We had seven of us stay in this beautiful house just outside of San Jose De Cabo. We loved the pool with the bar and the great room area. Also, all the bedrooms were very nice and had very comfortable beds. The views were amazing and the nieghborhood and community are top notch. We got access to the beach club (included in the stay) and enjoyed the golf course at the community as well. We also employed the cooking of Rocio (the house manager). She was an amazing cook and cooked twice for us at the house. She made us the best fajitas I ever had in my enitre life and for the 2nd night she made us one of her signature mexican dishes. You don't have to go off the menu she provides...she can do so much more!!! Wow!! I loved it!

The most perfect place

A perfect Cabo villa

The house was more impressive than the photos! Plenty of indoor/outdoor space to relax, with fun surprises like a swim up bar and a deep end in the pool. The house manager was perfectly responsive and also cooked for us a few nights, which was such a worthwhile splurge! We would recommend this house to all of our friends.

Wonderful experience. Views, cleanliness, pool all top notch. Mattresses were all comfortable with good quality linens etc. Rosa (chef) is amazing. She and Martha made several dinners (for larger groups) that were amazing. Their service was top notch. Would recommend them 100%. Roof top seating is fantastic for star gazing or wrapping up the day with a glass of wine. We plan on coming back!

A Vacation to Remember

My husband, daughter, her husband, and my five grandkids had a FABULOUS week at the villa! It lived up to our very high expectations- the pool and hot tub were frequently filled with very happy kids. The beach club access was a huge perk - we had dinner there twice. Rocio made our dinner at the villa 3 nights-fantastic delicious authentic food. Everyone was gracious, friendly and helpful. The views from patios and the delightful roof top were spectacular! Whale watching while drinking morning coffee - hard to beat. I received excellent communication throughout the landing process as well. Would love to go back 😎

Perfect family vacation

From airport pick up to house arrival of groceries; rocio’s attention to detail and Communication with Angel, we had an amazing time at this beautiful home! Short walk to beach club. Issue with propane was taken care off and we all enjoyed the amazing pool and watched whales breaching! The roof deck at night is so beautiful! Would definitely go Back!

Fundadores Rocks

This was our second time at a house in a fundadores. Proximate to golf, the beach club, San Jose, Flora Farms, Acre. Great property. 6BR plus basement bedroom which we didn’t use. I already booked it again next year. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful views!

Stunning views of the ocean! My friends and I stayed here during the off-season (end of Aug.) and it was hot, but the pool had bits of shade throughout the day and we were thankful for that. The main house does not have any air conditioning, so keep that in mind! With the heat, hard to cook anything, enjoy a meal together in the house, etc. The cross breeze in the evening is what you depend on the most to carry some coolness into the house. The construction next door never bothered us! The photo of the twin beds is in a basement/wine cellar area with no windows so no one stayed down there. We had a lot of issues with the doors, but again - Could be the heat/humidity but we were also told it happens semi-often... The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were fine. The house manager is super responsive and we were super appreciative of Rocio! Very nice and always willing to help! The rooftop is amazing to see the stars at night, this house is in a fantastic location!

Amazing Family vacation! Highly recommend! :)

The property is exactly as shown. Pool was a huge hit as well as the BEACH CLUB you can walk to if you want. Rosio is an excellent cook and highly recommend you use her for meals! We did breakfast out, and had lunch/dinner in - was perfect for us! When I need a place to stay in CABO again, i will rebook ! Thank you Angel for a smooth stay and all help prior to arrival.
