The location was great, right on the beach. Unit is well worn and needs better up keep. Folding doors off track and dirty. Return air vent with dust from many months. Tile floors in good shape with exception that need a good mopping to remove dirt and stains. Dining room chairs and their pads were with visible loose dirt and food crumbs. No big deal, but balcony door lock not working. Expandable toilet roll holder too short for holder. Hallway toilet needs minor repair so the flush handle arm will return to proper position to shut off water to the tank. Dishwasher does not clean dishes well and the drying cycle does not heat up to dry dishes. The front door in bad need for restoration with new paint to cover the peeled paint spots and the seal on the bottom of the door needs replaced. An early Sunday morning storm blew debris under the door into the kitchen. Otherwise the other newer toilet worked fine, as did the stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator (nonworking ice maker), showers, coffee maker. Would not stay in 302 again until after maintainance and good cleaning completed.
