Esta tercera uniit piso cuenta con un nuevo sofá cama, 2 nuevas sillas reclinables en la habitación lviing y pisos de cerámica en toda la unidad. Hay planas de TV de pantalla en la sala de estar, dormitorio principal y dormitorio de invitados junto a la playa. El ktichen está totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario para preparar una comida. Podrá disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas desde el balcón frente al golfo ubicado a la salida de la sala de estar. Sunswept está situado directamente en la playa de azúcar blanco que se separa de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Este piso Orange Beach está a sólo seis millas al este de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Va a encontrar más modernas instalaciones comerciales directamente al otro lado de la calle. Iglesias, 10 campos de golf de primera clase, y la pesca son sólo una corta distancia.

The condo is really dated and not maintained well. The primary bed has a super firm mattress. The tree outside is directly in front of the balcony and obstructs a clear view of the beach. Personally I wouldn’t want to host anyone in the condo if I lived there, much less charge anyone to stay there.

the location was great but the unit was not up to date and pretty shabby. I guess it was clean enough, but the trim and paint was pretty bad.The workers in the office could not have been better.

Wal-mart, liquor store, ice cream and mexican all are right across the street. All the local favorite restarants are super close. Property was clean, decor and trim work a little out dated and needs attention. But we loved it and would stay again.

The unit could use some updates and the floors were absolutely filthy. It didn’t seem as if they had been touched with a mop in some time. The cleanliness could definitely be better. Overall, we love the area and complex, but may pick a different unit in years to come.

Extremely dirty; uncomfortable beds

This unit is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and renovations. The floor was just gross. There is a lot of rotten wood around the floors and window. The windowsill looks like it has some type of gross mold growing in it. The beds are very hard, and the frame moves a lot, knocking the headboard against the wall when you turn over. There are really odd pictures just stuck randomly on the walls. This unit just doesn’t seem like it was maintained or renovated since built. My son and I actually left a day early, even though we had paid, because the unit was so dirty and the beds were so uncomfortable. The office staff was very nice, though.

Need MAJOR UPDATES

The property needs major updates. The furniture that is pictured is not what is I the unit. The unit was very dirty The floors were gross He balcony was disgusting. Has not been cleaned in what appears to be years. Most of the outlets do not work. The master bathroom tub water ran the whole time. Some of the lamps did not work. There are nails in the wall that do not have anything hanging in them I told the manager but the did not fix it. The location is great! Then pool was nice and the beach was not horribly crowded

Great spot

We loved staying here! It was just what we needed for a few days away for a girls getaway. The only issue we ran into was the door and how to get it locked - but once we figured it out it was all good. It may be helpful to put that info into the welcome packet so the maintenance team doesn’t get as many calls. Overall it was a great condo and we would definitely re-book!

My kids feet were black walking on the floor after a bath, dishes in cabinet were dirty, we saw bugs in the cabinets. Fridge didn’t keep anything cold. It needs updating in a bad way. The problem I had was the cleanliness of the room. I noticed alot of dust (mostly on fans & vents) I understand it's difficult to check on the work done by cleaning staff however if nobody addresses the quality of work then changes won't happen. It only takes a little time to do a little extra which makes a difference to visitors. My family always loves coming to this resort but do hope some consideration is taken to my concerns. Thanx

Will be back

Renting the property was a breeze. Due to house issues we had to add 2 days to our stay. This process was extremely smoooth and easy. Beds were a little uncomfortable but we got used to them. The exhaust fan in the guest bathroom didnt work. Be careful with the balcony door its almost too easy to open. Kitchen was stocked well only missing a spatula and a small funnel to drain cooking oil. We have thought about renting this condo for coming years. It is sooo close to the beach. Wish the pool was heated on those cool days but most of the time spent on the beach and the patio. All the necessary shopping just across the street. Walmart publix mexican food and ice cream!!!

Perfect location but dirty.

Per the listing you can tell it is a dated condo (which I was ok with) but there is no reason for it to be filthy. Our feet were black from walking on floors the first night. I had to go purchase bleach wipes to clean when I got there. Our washer broke on the second day and never got repaired. Water every where! We however did enjoy our stay as we were busy at the pool or beach most the time. I highly recommend a deep clean.

Wonderful location and beach is awesome as always. Not a very busy complex so elevator wait times aren’t bad and the beach isn’t as crowded as it could be. We love the fact that Walmart and other stores are very close for those items we need that we always forget. I traveled with my husband 5 year old and 8 month old baby. No complaints. We will be back!

Cleanliness

The location was great, right on the beach. Unit is well worn and needs better up keep. Folding doors off track and dirty. Return air vent with dust from many months. Tile floors in good shape with exception that need a good mopping to remove dirt and stains. Dining room chairs and their pads were with visible loose dirt and food crumbs. No big deal, but balcony door lock not working. Expandable toilet roll holder too short for holder. Hallway toilet needs minor repair so the flush handle arm will return to proper position to shut off water to the tank. Dishwasher does not clean dishes well and the drying cycle does not heat up to dry dishes. The front door in bad need for restoration with new paint to cover the peeled paint spots and the seal on the bottom of the door needs replaced. An early Sunday morning storm blew debris under the door into the kitchen. Otherwise the other newer toilet worked fine, as did the stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator (nonworking ice maker), showers, coffee maker. Would not stay in 302 again until after maintainance and good cleaning completed.
