Visiting with family for a wedding. Home was perfect, very spacious rooms with comfortable king-sized beds. Nice and close walk to York Beach Village. Host Mike was great let us check in early and offered to let us check out late. Home had everything we needed!

We've been staying here for many years and we love the space, walkability to Short Sands beach and York in general. Our family of 5, plus 2 other families stay and we feel like we have a lot of room. We even used the firepit this year.

This was our 20th year vacationing in York Beach and this house did not disappoint. We appreciated the ease of check-in and the cleanliness of this beautiful home. It was well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the area; bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon & towels.Great outdoor space & ample parking for our 2 families. The house was very clean and beautiful. We really didn’t need to bring much with us at all. Beach accessories and bikes were included. Short walk to the beach and Main St for shopping and eating. Close to OOB, Kittery, Wells and Portland. Highly recommend staying here!

This was our 4th time staying on this property and as usual had a wonderful family vacation. The house is spacious and fit all 11 of us easily. The location is great - only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this house for a large family.

Great location and Owners!!!!

This is our 4th year staying in this property. We absolutely love it. Pamela and Mike are fantastic owners, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Our kids look forward to coming to York and staying in the house. We also rent the house next door for my SIL and her family so the kids can get together with their cousins. The property is well maintained and they supply so much stuff for the beach, bikes, ping pong(the kids love playing on a rainy day or when we get back from the beach) and the house is fully stocked with everything you need. It’s walking distance to the shops and Short Sands. It’s a great house in a great location.

Wedding at Union Bluff

We absolutely loved our stay! Mikes communication was top notch, the house was beautiful and had so many fun surprises (bikes, ping pong table, games, etc) it was such a close walk to union bluff for the wedding that we attended. I realized that parking looked a little limited but our hosts worked with us to figure out parking spots. I would definitely rent again if I were in the area.

Wonderful family vacation home

We stayed with extended family and had plenty of room for the twelve of us. The home is clean, has everything you could imagine for a beach vacation and is an ideal location. It’s a short walk to the very cute downtown area and to Short Sands Beach. We look forward to coming back!!

This condo was perfect for our Mother/Daughter weekend getaway. It’s clean, was very roomy for us 6 adults,had everything we needed, and a very short walk to Short sands. We even got to meet the owner who was absolutely wonderful and easy to work with and accommodating.We will definitely stay here again.

This house was a great find - large, clean, reasonably priced, and a great location, with only a 5-10 minute walk to a town center with food, a beach, shops, and activities, and short drives to more restaurants, antique stores, and fun activities. House was very clean and well-stocked, there was just no body wash in the entire house so we did need to buy a bottle. My one other issue is that we had to wash towels before checking out - a bit of a hassle after hosting a big group and needing to check out before 9:30. Other than the soap and the towels, great house with a great location, I highly recommend.

Girls' Weekend

Great spending time together with the girls. The house is will laid out and easily accommodates 9 women and three kids. This is our fifth time staying here and will be biking for next year soon!

Amazing Hosts

Mike and Pam were incredibly responsive with the many outreaches we did for our weekend away! This was our third year renting this beautiful home and we already know we want to go back! The location is perfect to York, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. The home is spacious, they supply everything you need for a weekend/week away and the bedroom are huge!

Family friendly

The host was friendly and easy to get a hold of. The house was fully stocked with all the necessities. I was amazed at the fully stocked kitchen and extras like, garbage bags and toilet paper. The bedrooms were large and easily accommodated our large family.

Layout of the unit is spacious, accommodating and comfortable. TV's in every room for those rainy days. Nice variety of sleeping accommodations for family get togethers. Nice backyard with patio, grill and fire pit. Fun for the whole family in a private setting.
