Hermosa casa en la playa de arena con un maravilloso jardín y estacionamiento privado.
Se compone de 3 edificios con 8 STDS totalmente (2 STDS X 2 con vista al mar en el edificio frente a la playa, 4 STDS X 2 con vista al mar en el edificio en el medio y 2 STDS con vista al jardín y 1 APT X 4 en el edificio detrás).
Cada STD tiene 1 dormitorio X 2, cocina, WC / SH, terraza.
Las STDS en el primer edificio tienen una maravillosa vista al mar (STDS en la planta baja).
Las STDS en el segundo edificio también tienen vista al mar (2 STDS en la planta baja y 2 STDS en el primer piso).
Los estudios y el apartamento en el edificio 3ed tienen vistas al jardín.

Petit coin de paradis

Lumière , paysage, mer, résidence tout est enchanteur et pas la foule , c’est calme et tranquille. Bémol: difficulté à trouver le studio car l’itinéraire nous amenait à un hôtel à côté Capo di Corfu.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und einem sehr netten Gastgeber! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Kostenloser Verleih von Wassersportmöglichkeiten wie Kayak oder Stand-up padel hat das Ganze perfekt gemacht :)

Traumhafte Ruhe in Abgeschiedenheit mit glasklarem Meer

Zunächst das Positive!: Abgelegen zwischen KAVOS in ca. 1 km und Lefkimmi in ca. 4 km Entfernung gelegen ist es dort sehr ruhig. Zum Entspannen und relaxen perfekt! Der nächst LIDL Markt ist mit dem Auto schon nach 5 Minuten zu erreichen, also perfekt zur Selbstversorgung! Die Gastgeber George und Irini sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes 2 x frische Hand-und Badetücher erhalten und einmal wurde auch während der 14 Tage das Apartment geputzt ohne das wir damit gerechnet hätten. George hat uns nützliche Tipp bezgl. Ausflugszielen gegeben und uns des öfteren nachgefragt ob wir etwas benötigen und alles o.k. ist. Leider gibt es auch ein paar "negative" Tatsachen zu berichten: Wir hatten das Apartment in der vorderen Reihe unten rechts. Das Bad dort ist sehr klein ca. 180 x 150 cm Grundfläche, neben der Duschtasse ca. 80x80 cm mit Duschvorhang ist gleich das WC angebracht. Daneben gleich das Waschbecken und noch ca.. ein 3/4 qm Standfläche das war es. Leider ist das Apartment auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und besonders das Bad bräuchte dringend eine Generalsanierung. Die Schiebetür zur Terasse ließ sich nur durch einen "Bolzen" den man von innen einschieben musste verriegeln da das Schloss selbst schon längere Zeit kaputt ist. Leider sind auch die Bilder dieser Anzeige schon sehr alt und spiegeln nicht den Istzustand dieses Anwesens wieder! Die Wiese besteht überwiegend aus "Quecken" und nicht aus Gras. Der Strand ist leider auf der ganzen Front mit über 1 Meter hoch aufgetürmten vertrocknetem Seegras nur noch über einen behelfsmäßig darübergelegten "Steg" aus Brettern zugänglich. Sandstrand wie auf den Bildern zu vermuten gibt es dort schon seit vielen Jahren nicht mehr!! Das Seegras müsste halt mal (so wie es die großen Hotels teilweise machen) entfernt werden und der Strand mit Sand neu angelegt werden. Ist man erst mal im Wasser hat man dann auch wirklich Sand unter den Füssen und kann ca. 300 Meter weit Kniehoch durchs glasklares Wasser laufen ohne Steine oder Seeigeln zu begegnen (Perfekt für Kinder!!) Nach ca. 300 Metern wird das Meer dann langsam auch tiefer und das Schwimmen wird möglich. Fazit: Für Leute die einen ruhigen und relaxten Urlaub ohne überfüllten Strand wünschen ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältniss im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften ist in Ordnung.

Best location

The appartements have the best location as far I can consider. In comparisson to others we had privacy, own little pier, a wonderful solution for the views out of the window and terrases to have meals. The owners are very conserned about our wellbeing and always give a helping hand. They are very hospitable people who really love their island and its history.

Total Relaxation by the Sea

Everything you needed for a totally relaxing holiday in the warm sun, peaceful gardens and with warm sea just 100m from the apartment. Arrived earlier than expected and was welcomed by Georgios and Irini. G then made sure the curtains were opened before we entered the appt so that we got the full view of the sea as we walked in. Wow, the view is the same as the pictures and is wonderful as you are now here! The apartments all have about 5-7 steps up to the front and back but this meant you were higher up and had a lovely view from the lower appts. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the beds comfortable. The kitchen area was adequate but would benefit from a toaster, microwave & more cutlery. We opted to pay extra for the aircon as the 1st night was too warm. As early Sept, there were only about 4 couples there but even if was fully booked there is plenty of space and sun beds for all and 2 kayaks. The gardens are so peaceful and relaxing. We saw some lovely sunrises and swam several times each day. The beach is virtually not there as was washed away after a storm a few years ago but there is enough to safely enter the water and there is a wooden walkway with steps. It’s a long wade through knee/thigh depth water to get to the deeper water but was fun in the sun. Just north of Kavos, it’s 15-20 mins walk away from the noise & action. The pavements are poor or non existent and would be difficult for buggies and mobility scooters etc We just went there to book and go on the boat trips. We did Theo’s boat BarBQ and the food was great and enjoyed the boat & swimming stops. The next trip was Kavos Cruises, managed to sit outside so we had a great view of the caves but some seats had poor view. The best swim stop was at Antipaxos. Lots of fishes to swim with there and sea and sand beautiful colours. There is a small supermarket just down the road from Irini Studios and the “Seaside” bus stop is there for the “Green bus” service for Corfu town . There was also a nice pool bar there with several tasty menu options. This type of holiday was perfect for us with the accommodation right next to the sea. We’d like to say a big thank you to our wonderful hosts Georgios and Irini. (Sorry we missed saying goodbye in person - the Hoppa departure time was earlier than we’d expected) We had an amazing time and hope to stay again sometime. If you like peace and relaxation being in or beside the sea then this is a wonderful place to go.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e il mio ragazzo una settimana, monolocale con vista mare molto pulito. Il proprietario persona cortese e disponibile. Posizione strategica con vicino super market, bar e meno di un km dal centro. Se dovessi tornare a Kavos tornerei sicuramente qui.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war soweit alles sauber und sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, da unsere Ferienwohnung anscheinend vor kurzem erst renoviert wurde. Die Vermieter vor Ort waren unglaublich herzlich, haben sich immer um alle Fragen und Anliegen gekümmert und haben uns stets gern Ausflugstipps gegeben. Hierbei war auch der ein oder andere „Geheimtipp“. Der direkt angrenzende Sandstrand ist ebenso sehr schön und ruhig.- Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub

TOP Lage, helle, gut ausgestattetes Appartment und überaus herzliche Vermieter

Sonja und Jürgen waren 9 Tage im Juni 2018 bei George und Irini zu Gast. Das Appartment hatte dirketen Blick und Zugang zum Meer und war komplett eingerichtet und ausgerüstet. Allein das, ist schon 5 Sterne wert. Was uns den Urlaub zusätzlich traumhaft gestaltete, waren unsere Gastgeber -George und Irini-, die sich herzlich um alle Belange gekümmert haben und uns ihre liebevolle Gastfreundschaft geschenkt haben.

Herzlicher Gastgeber, ruhige Lage aber Mängel am Apartment im hinteren Bungalow

Flache Bucht mit klarem Wasser. Kayak umsonst verfügbar. Apartment nicht zu klein mit nettem Balkon. Toller Garten! Die Bilder vom Sandstrand sind leider 20 Jahre alt, mittlerweile ist der Sand nur noch aufgeschüttet. Zugang zum Meer über einen Steg. Ausreichend Liegen und Schirme im Garten, ruhige Atmosphäre. Ungenügende Ausstattung und Hygiene. Bad steht schnell unter Wasser. Schimmel in Bad und Kühlschrank. Warme Dusche nur nach längerer Sonneneinstrahlung auf Solaranlage im Garten. Küche ist wenig ausgestattet. Harte Matratze. Viele Mücken. Die Verwaltung übernimmt ein älteres griechisches Paar, dass schon lange seine Sommermonate in einer der Wohnungen verbringt. Sehr liebe, hilfsbereite und gastfreundliche Menschen. Kommunikation auf Englisch und mit Händen und Füßen. Überraschend war für uns, dass das fußläufige Kavos eine Partymeile für junge Briten ist. Beeinträchtigt bspw. das Schlafen nicht, ist aber kein gemütliches Ausflugsziel.

angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und etwas versteckt in einem eindrucksvollen Palmenhain. Die Gastgeber (Georgios und Irene) sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Warmwasserversorgung für die Dusche (Solaranlage) ist etwas problematisch da die Nächte im Oktober schon recht kühl waren und eine Erwärmung des Wassers am Morgen nur langsam stattfand. Das an das Grundstück direkt angrenzende Meer ist zunächst sehr flach (gut für Kleinkinder). Nach ca.80m lädt das sehr saubere Wasser zu einem fröhlichen Schwimmvergnügen ein. Zum Sonnenbaden laden kostenlose Liegen auf grünem Rasen ein. Wenn man auch die Umgebung kennenlernen will, ist die Beschaffung eines Mietwagens empfehlenswert. Diese sind auf Korfu sehr günstig zu haben.

Beautiful!

We spend wonderful and relaxing days at the Irini Apartements. The garden and the houses are very beautiful and well-kept. Everything was clean and in a good condition. Even if the sandy beach disappeared, you can lie on sunbeds next to the sea and have a beautiful view to the Greek mountains. The sea level is for some meters very low, thats very good for children. There are even two kayaks you can use for free all the time! So fun! One can get easily (and cheap) from Kerkyra to the place with the green bus to Kavos, the bus stops next to it. But we recommend to rent a car at least for a few days, so that you can shop your groceries at Lidl, because the supermarket near by is expensive and has not much variety. There are also beautiful sandy beaches at the west coast you can reach in short time by car: Issos Beach, Marathias Beach... The owners of the apartment are very very kind and warm-hearted. We really recommend the place and miss it already!

un panorama da 10 e lode

nonostante il monolocale secondo il mio giudizio sia un pò datato, ma ci sono in corso delle ristrutturazioni negli altri appartamenti, e la spiaggia se la sia portata via il mare: la vista unica, il giardino curato che nessuno delle strutture a fianco oppure a kavos aveva, la tranquillità di cui si poteva godere varcato il cancello, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del responsabile della struttura hanno fatto sì che questo soggiorno facesse della nostra vacanza una vacanza indimenticabile.

Peaceful September

Corfu is a beautiful island. The people are lovely and the food is amazing. I would recomrnd a hire car as some beaches, of which there are alot, are often off the beaten track. but worth the extra effort.. The Irini apartments were clean and comfortable and the hosts charrming and helpful. With views over the strais to the mainland the evenings were beautiful, not only from the aartments but from the local redturants too.I travelled at the end of september and the weather was lovely and not crazy with tourists. Thank you Corfu.
