Il Nocciolo es una villa para aquellos que aprecian el diseño, el confort y la tranquilidad. La villa se encuentra a un kilómetro de Fivizzano en la provincia de Massa Carrara. Fivizzano es una pequeña ciudad con encanto medieval con restaurantes, farmacias, hospitales y bares. Aquí hay tiendas de comestibles, carnicerías y panaderías de pan fresco todos los días. Para los más exigentes, hay un montón de granjas con quesos de producción local, miel y vino cercanas.

La villa tiene dos dormitorios, un dormitorio principal y un dormitorio con dos camas dobles. También es posible incluir un sofá cama en una habitación contigua. Hay un escritorio y conexión Wi-Fi para aquellos que necesitan trabajar unas pequeñas vacaciones. Al lado de los dormitorios es un gran cuarto de baño con ducha. Las dos habitaciones tienen un montón de advertencia anticipada para evitar que la cabeza del sello. Aquí se puede disfrutar de la noche con un fuego calentamiento y un poco de vino. Junto a la sala de estar es un baño adicional con ducha y lavadora.

En conexión directa a través de grandes puertas correderas se abren hacia el patio con una mesa de cristal y sillas antiguas rústicas, piscina y barbacoa de la caldera. Alrededor de la piscina son hamacas. La piscina es climatizada.

Aparcamiento: Hay una cochera cubierta con espacio para dos coches.

Distancias: Se encuentra a 35 minutos de la playa más cercana ya 30 minutos de la estación de esquí Cerreto Laghi. Si desea Pisa, Lucca y las Cinque Terre, se puede llegar a ellas aplicación 1 hora.

El precio incluye: ropa de cama y toallas. Toda la electricidad, gas e internet. El precio incluye la limpieza de la casa y la limpieza de la piscina 2 veces a la semana.

Prachtig en ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien en groter dan op de foto's. Door de inrichting voel je je er direct thuis!Uitgebreide keuken en lekker zwembad. Vriendelijke en behulpzame buren. Fivizzano is een leuk dorp met supermarkt, bakker, restaurantjes en zo'n 20 minuten wandelen. Helaas wel grotendeels langs een gelukkig niet al te drukke weg en niet overal verlicht. Het is het platteland dus hou rekening met redelijk wat vliegen, muggen en ander insecten. Er zijn geen horren. Dus wellicht handig om deet of andere insectwerende middelen mee te nemen. De buren hebben een grote lieve hond die graag zijn neus laat zien in de tuin en soms rond het zwembad. Hij wil graag even met het balletje spelen. De oprit tussen de huizen is niet erg egaal, de wegen zijn in Italië anders dan in Nederland. Wij reden er helaas onze band lek.

Ein sehr schönes und großes sowie rustikales Haus. Ein historisches Gebäude was für italienische Verhältnisse sehr modern ausgestattet ist. Die Nachbarn, welche die Übergabe und auch für Fragen oder Probleme immer zur Verfügung standen, waren sehr freundlich. Bei uns hat es ein kleines Problem mit dem Backofen gegeben, welches von dem Vermieter und Daniela (Nachbarin) umgehend beseitigt wurde. Kurze Zeit später war der Elektriker da (sowas würde ich mir in Deutschland wünschen) und es ging wieder alles. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend, wer also Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wissenswert: Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, was bedeutet das für Ausflüge immer Zeit mit dem Auto eingeplant werden muss. Zum nächsten Strand haben wir z.B. immer so um die 50 min einfache Strecke gebraucht.Zum Einkaufen, für das Nötigste ungefähr 5 min.Wer ein größeres Geschäft sucht, schon 25 min mit dem Auto. Für Leute die also den Alltag entfliehen möchten und dabei das wunderschöne Land Italien (Toskana) besuchen möchten, ist das Haus eine wirklich gute Wahl.

Luxury peaceful villa

Wow! What an amazing property. Very stylish, bigger than it seemed in the pictures with a lovely pool. So well equipped for cooking and lovely to sit out on the terrace to eat every evening. 5 minute drive from a pretty village with a charming square. Hosts were perfect (there if we needed anything but left us to enjoy our break).

Belle maison avec piscine

Jolie maison bien équipée et confortable dans un hameau calme à moins de 2 km de Fivizzano. La piscine est attenante à la terrasse de la maison avec une belle vue sur les collines. 2 belles chambres dont une avec un lit en mezzanine accessible par une échelle, 2 places de parking non abritée en contrebas de la maison. Communication facile et efficace avec Christian facile Excellent accueil de Daniela qui était attentionnée.et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Mooi huis op een rustige locatie

Super mooi huis op een rustige locatie. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen! Helemaal top. Een klein nadeel. De hondenpoep van de buren ligt overal op het erf. De huizen liggen bij elkaar op het erf, verder heb je geen last van ze.

A sense of calm

Christian is a very good host who is able to be communicated easily with. The house itself is nice, especially the upstairs (bedrooms, snug etc). It was appreciated to receive a welcome basket on arrival with a few essentials including pasts and wine. There is wi-fi which works but isn't strong enough to do anything serious with. We had a few issues including some chemical imbalances with the pool plus the fact that it was 23 or 24 degrees despite us trying to heat it which meant we weren't probably able to use it as much as we'd like to which was a shame. The surrounding area is stunning and the local town of Fivizzano is very quaint and surprisingly well equipped with a good supermarket and a few nice restaurants and cafes. It's technically walkable but it's along a road with no pathway and can get quite narrow and windy. Fine for adults not so for children I'd say. The local people are really lovely and there are some good trips to be made in less than 45 mins (Lerici and San Terenzo are great).

Mooi huis, airco in de slaapkamer, goede locatie

Het huis is mooi ingericht en voelt helemaal niet aan als een vakantiewoning. De airco in de slaapkamers is een grote meerwaarde. Het zwembad is zalig. De ligging vlakbij Fivvizano is goed. Ideaal voor dagelijkse boodschappen, een koffie of een ijsje. Heel lekker ijs trouwens op het plein in het dorp.

Very nice, modern and clean house with very friendly and helpful owners

The house was clean and it was exactly as described. The house is situated in a quiet area not far from the centre of Fivizzano. Christian and Jessica were always available to ask for tips regarding restaurants and things to see and visit in the vicinity of the house. Also the gift basket upon arrival was very nice. The airconditioning in the bedrooms was a big plus since this summer, it was very hot. Thanks Christian and Jessica for this wonderful vacation!

great stay

We stayed 2 weeks in August ( parents, kids 11 & 12). The house is excellent. Previous reviews saying the at beds are comfortable are all correct. The house has been very nicely renovated and to a good standard. It is also well equipped, we missed nothing in it at all. The pool is closely situated to the house so it's excellent for keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. The house is well located close to a small village that has a supermarket, bars, etc. in it. All in all a great house, in a great location and all our communication with the owners went very smoothly. We can highly recommend it as a place to stay.

Wirklich gut!

Anreise verlief unkompliziert, der Christian hat uns vorab mit Tipps versorgt und war bei Fragen erreichbar. Nach der Anreise (wir wurden herzlich von der Familie empfangen!) hat der Christian und das Haus gezeigt und die Besonderheiten bzw. Details erklärt. Als angenehme Überraschung haben wir ein Präsentkorb mit typischen Lebensmitteln und Getränken vorgefunden 😊 Zu dem Haus muss man sagen dass es viel Geschichte beinhaltet, wurde aber komplett, modern und mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail, umgebaut und gestaltet. Im unteren Stock befindet sich das große Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Esstisch, oben ein gemütlicher Medienbereich mit angrenzenden Schlafzimmern. Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und designorientiert, dabei aber wirklich gemütlich. Am Haus gibt es einen Pool und weiter unten ein großes Grundstück wo unsere Kinder Ball und wir gemeinsam auch Boule spielen konnten. Die Lage ist schön, man ist zwar nicht ganz allein (sehr-sehr nette Nachbarn daneben in der gemeinsamen Einfahrt!), aber mitten in der Natur zwischen den Hügeln und mit einem Fluss weiter unten. Zur Stadt mit einem gut sortiertem kleinen Supermarkt, Bäcker und Metzger, bzw. einigen Restaurants und Cafés sind es 20min zu Fuß bzw. in 2-3 min mit dem Auto. Zum Meer sind es ca. 40 Minuten, der Christian hat uns während der ganzen Zeit mit Tipps zu der Gegend unterstützt. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen, wofür wir uns bei allen dort bedanken möchten!

Lovely secluded stay

The perfect house!

This is a fantastic house, twenty minute walk from the charming town of Fivizzano. Christian has created the perfect place to relax with a totally green, lush outlook, lovely pool and petanque area. There is plenty to do in the area but the house is hard to leave :)). The beds are incredibly comfortable and the whole house is very stylish and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped for home cooking too. We would love to return again to this perfect house!

Beautiful house in beautiful location

Absolutely gorgeous house. From initial contact all the way to checking out, nothing was too much trouble, we were giving recommendations for restaurants and days out. The house was very clean and all amenities there for us to use. Would highly recommend.

Only two days but my favorite stay in Tuscany

We loved our stay at Il Nocciolo!! The check in/out process was great. The hosts are very accessible and were helpful at the home and with suggestions in Fivizzano. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise. The home is an owners home and you can tell they have decorated and furnished it perfectly and it is fully stocked with everything you would want in your own home and more. This home exceeded my expectations from the photos... if they had another property for rent I would stay there without question.

Beautiful house with lovely interior

The house is lovely. Well furnished, well equipped, clean and bigger than it looks in the photographs. The pool isn’t huge but enough to swim/play in and my children could play on inflatables in it - it was warm and fun. A terrace with large dining table overlooks the pool for dining outside and chilling in the shade if needed on a hot day. The house is in a fairly quiet location and a car is a must if you want to explore the surroundings and a bit further afield. The beaches are a 45 minute or hour or so drive away and they were well worth a visit. Lucca was lovely too. Within reach there are some charming local restaurants which serve delicious food. Fivizzano is a sweet local town with everything you need only a five minute drive away. Christian and family (the owners) were very helpful and there was a lovely welcome hamper on arrival. We all had a fantastic time.

Outstanding modern villa, spotlessly clean, spacious and stunning mountain views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Il Nocciolo. The villa was spotlessly clean and everything was exactly as described by Christian. The house is very comfortable with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The pool was also very clean and the views from the pool and also the morning terrace by the master bedroom are stunning. The local village really comes alive on market day (Tuesdays) and it has everything you could need for a self catering holiday with a good supermarket and local shops. There are also several cafe's around the main square with good coffee. This is an absolutely ideal spot for anyone who appreciates great quality accommodation and is looking for a peaceful rural holiday surrounded by stunning countryside. Christian and family were extremely welcoming and made sure that the house was well stocked with basic supplies as well as giving us a welcome hamper. We are a Swedish family that consists of four people and a cat. A cat that we found at the house actually.
We live ourself in the house about 10 weeks a year and just love it. Both Christian and Jessica
We bought the house in 2016 after spending a week i Garfagnana where we just fell in love with the region. We love the hot days in the sun but appreciate the crisp clear air and space that Lunigiana provides without being too distant from all the good things Liguria and Tuscany has to offer.
We are very accustomed to rent private houses as that is very common in Sweden and we have learned what is usually missing when you rent a house. In our house there are no dull kitchen knifes of low quality or glasses and plates that don´t match. Chairs, beds, sofas are all modern and comfortable.
