Mi casa está en el corazón del centro histórico: SPACCANAPOLI, porque divide el centro en 4 partes y mi casa se ve aquí, de hecho, los balcones dan a la calle más famosa de las cunas napolitanas: Via San Gregorio Armeno. Desde los balcones también se puede ver Via San Biagio dei Librai, que a la derecha conduce a la Catedral, la Catedral de San Gennaro, patrón de la ciudad, subiendo por la calle de las escenas de la Natividad, visitará el subterráneo de Nápoles, hasta el Cristo con velo, un mármol espectacular. .y, en cambio, caminando unos 15 minutos, llegará al Palacio Real en el Teatro San Carlo hasta el Castel dell 'Ovo en el paseo marítimo con espectaculares vidta. El balcón de las cunas, situado a 15 minutos a pie de Maschio Angioino, ofrece conexión WiFi gratuita y aire acondicionado. Este apartamento está a 12 minutos de Molo Bevereĺlo.

We had a wonderful stay here, in the bustling historic centre of Naples. You step out straight into the intense and very characterful life of the city. Plus plenty of great restaurants just a few minutes walk away which was very handy. The apartment was cosy, clean, secure and perfect for our needs. And we were in walking distance to many interesting places and to transport hubs for visits further afield to Pompeii and other areas of Naples. Our hosts Liliana and Bruno were super helpful, organising taxis to and from the airport, and even provided gifts of coffee and wine and snacks for us. Their communication was excellent and very responsive.We will be recommending our friends to stay here!

The property is in a brilliant location, in middle of the old town. Bruno, the host is very helpful and responds quickly to queries. As a tip I would ensure that you have the entry requirements clear before you start out as I was a little confused about them when I arrived.All in all a fantastic stay!

Convenient Location

Though it was a bit tricky for our cab driver to find the location, once we arrived, we were delighted with the neighborhood...so many wonderful restaurants nearby! Liliana was very helpful (as was Bruno) and the apartment was comfortable despite the crazy temperatures outside.

Center of Activities

The apartment was cozy and clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay and an ability to cook daily meals. The location was convenient for eating out, shopping for groceries or for souvenirs or whatever you desired. My host, Liliana, was very good at checking on us to ensure we had everything and helped us with travel details for taxis, laundry, parking, etc. We were able to take in festivals and other community events from the balcony! Definitely a good immersion experience!

The apartment is in the heart of the historic center. The crowds were intense from 10am until 9pm, but they also contributed to a lively experience. Amazing number of places to eat and numerous museums and churches to visit. The building itself was on a small side street and felt very secure, plus it had interior elevator access which was critical to us and the apartment was a 10 minute walk to 3 different metro stations which allowed us to move easily around the city and region. The apartment was not large, but the room size and layout made it feel bigger. The decor was lovely and tasteful. The beds were wonderful. The balcony was lovely for a morning coffee or afternoon wine. Kitchen was adequate, but not overly conducive to actual cooking. Bathroom was large and highly functional. Would gladly return.

A very central, attractive apartment with helpful hosts!

For those wanting to experience historic Naples this apartment could hardly be more central, facing onto Spaccanopoli and next to via San Gregorio Armeno, the "street of the cribs." It's a busy neighbourhood during the day, with plenty of footfall to watch from the small balcony, but - as some of the other reviews have noted - is surprisingly quiet at night so we didn't find our sleeping disturbed (the double-glazed windows are also very effective at keeping noise out). The apartment is compact but very well-planned, clean, bright and well maintained. One double bed is in a separate bedroom, the other is in the main living area which can be seperated for privacy from the kitchen and entrance by a sliding screen. As two friends travelling together we used both sleeping areas and the layout worked well. The hosts were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. They met us at the appartment and, on this occasion, managed to accommodate an early check-in time for us.

Mitten drin im Trubel Neapels

Die Lage des Apartments mitten im centro storico ist super. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dafür ist es natürlich bis in die Nacht recht laut, bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein Problem. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt, möglich wäre sie für vier mit Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Der Balkon ist winzig, aber immerhin.

The best appartment to stay in Napoli !

Thanks to this appartment, we had an amazing stay of ten days in Napoli ! Liliane and Bruno - the host - were extremely nice and helpful. The appartment was clean, spacious and had cute balcony. Our only fear was the noise coming from the square, but it ended up being very quiet. So we fully recommand this appartment for family or couple stays, and of course will tell our friends who want to come visit the town to book this one !

Prima di tutto vogliamo ringraziare la proprietaria, Liliana, per tutta la aiuta, l'attenzione e la gentileza che noi ha dato prima di arrivare a Napoli. L'appartamento ha una situazione ideale nel cuore di Napoli. Grazie a la sua posizione geografica abbiamo avuto la possibilità di visitare a piedi i principali quartieri della città. L'appartamento e molto pulito e decorato con attenzione. E incluso nell' affitto tutto ciò che si bisogna per vivere (articoli per cucinare e bagnarsi).
