My-House es una magnífica casa para un grupo de gallinas que viene a Brighton durante el fin de semana. Realmente tiene un factor sorpresa en términos de diseño de interiores. En algunas de las habitaciones y en algunos de los baños hay ladrillos abiertos y todo el efecto es mucho más que un hotel boutique de lujo. La cocina / comedor es una de nuestras habitaciones favoritas. Un gran espacio práctico con unidades de alta gama, grandes luces vintage, hermoso diseño y también hay un gran comedor con mesas y bancos en una alcoba que es lo suficientemente grande como para acomodar hasta 22.
Entrada
La entrada está en la parte posterior de la propiedad y sube unos pocos pasos. Primero pasa por una puerta de entrada segura y luego sube los escalones hacia la puerta. Esto lleva a la gran cocina / comedor.
Cocina / Comedor
Bellamente diseñado y con todo lo que necesita para abastecerse. Muy práctico, muy elegante. Un área de alcoba tiene comedor para su grupo con una gran mesa de comedor y bancos. También hay una barra de desayuno.
La cocina incluye una nevera grande, horno y lavavajillas.
No hay una lavadora en la propiedad, pero hay una lavandería automática justo enfrente de la casa en la calle Preston que lava el servicio si hay algo que necesites lavar.
También hay un pequeño baño con ducha y WC en este piso.
Sala
En el primer piso está la impresionante sala de estar. Un montón de espacio, bellamente diseñado. Dos sofás cama y una gran televisión LCD. La casa tiene WiFi gratis también.
Dormitorios
Al lado de la sala de estar hay un dormitorio con dos juegos de literas y una zona de tocador.
Arriba, a las otras habitaciones y hay una que tiene dos literas triples (doble abajo, individual en la parte superior), una litera y una cama individual. Más 3 extracciones Tiene un baño con ducha.
En la planta superior hay otra habitación muy grande con cinco camas individuales y otra habitación con baño en suite.
Todas las habitaciones tienen áreas de tocador y lugares para colgar la ropa. También hay un lugar útil para guardar su equipaje en la casa.

El dormitorio 2 tiene dos literas triples, 1 litera estándar y 1 cama individual, tiene capacidad para 9 personas

Perfect house

Stayed here for a hen do, everyone loved it! Prime location and beautiful house. Tori was very helpful and got back to us with any question we had, would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Hen Party House

Tori was fab from the beginning, happy to answer any questions!Checking into the property was really easy and the key code meant that people could come in and out really easily without the fear of losing keys!We had 18 and I would say just about squeezed around the table. Excellent location - a 15 minute walk to the arcades and only 10 minutes from the station.

Hen weekend

We had a fantastic weekend in Brighton for my best friend’s Hen do. The house is amazing and such a great location to the beach, bars and restaurants. Tori was great and answered all my questions really quickly. Would really recommend this

Fantastic host and location

Excellent location - seconds from the beach and the town centre. No parking, but it's Brighton. Regency Square car park is really near and we had no problem loading and unloading. Surprisingly quiet too, we thought it could be noisy at night, given the location, but we didn't notice anything. Tori is amazingly responsive to messages. Was really great for our group.

Perfect location

We had a fabulous time at this property during our weekend stay. We were visiting Brighton for a Hen Do, and the location from the beach front and town centre was perfect for us! The host was helpful and responsive when asked questions, and the property itself was well maintained and a good size for large groups of people! There were plenty of new and unopened preservatives and non alcoholic drinks available in the cupboard (I assume left from previous occupants), so we really didn’t need everything we brought! Lots of cutlery, bowls, plates etc. The only one slight qualm we encountered was that there is a local pub/bar (I believe) very nearby, and there music went on till quite late which was quite loud from the middle floor bedroom. The light also comes through the window blinds quite early (as you’d expect) in the lighter months, so earplugs and eye masks came in handy! Overall, I cannot fault this property and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous location

we had a wonderful stay at this home and Tori was really helpful leading up to our trip and was on hand when we needed her. Key codes make it great for a large group and the beach is just a short walk to the end of the street. Spaces work really well the only thing letting this house down is that a few things were broken (window handles, tap didn't turn off) but overall we had a fantastic weekend!

Perfect Hen Party House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend at Tori's house. I was worried it wouldn't be spacious enough for 20 of us staying there but it was perfect. The table is much longer than the photo and everyone was able to fit round it perfectly. The living room was great for drinks & games, with everyone sat round the TV. Loads of the girls agreed the house was ideal and the best accommodation they've stayed in for a hen. Thanks again Tori - we may even be back for future hen dos! Emma & team x

Perfect hen do base to see Brighton!

Tori was an excellent host with great communication leading up to our stay and greeting us upon arrival. The house was a perfect size for our hen party of 17. It is very close to both a lovely stretch of the seafront and the centre of town. The entrance to the house is on a fairly dilapidated back street, but it was well-lit and we had no issue with neighbours or feeling unsafe coming back to the property in the early hours. I think the best feature of the house was the kitchen. The table was plenty big enough to seat us all and I was pleasantly surprised with how well stocked with utensils, pots and pans the cupboards were. We ended up doing more cooking than we had expected as Tori had provided everything we needed. Overall we had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this house for any group wanting to see the best of Brighton!

Perfect house for big groups. Great location.

Tori’s house was perfect for a big group. About 200m from the seafront, and easy walking distance from the centre of the city. Couldn’t have asked for more- highly, highly reccommend.

Amazing weekend

We had an amazing time! The flat is just as described; it has a big kitchen area with a big table and a specious living room. It is located a few minute walk from the beach and a walking distance from everywhere. Would highly recommend!!

Nice big house

A perfect find

This property is stunning. 22 people stayed here for a hen party weekend. The location is perfect. Tori was amazing at communicating with us. The property comes with a wonderful flower wall... it’s perfect for a photo opportunity. The property was very clean on arrival and the check in process was very straightforward. Thank you for a lovely weekend. I would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous stay for our group of 20

We had a lovely time for our 2 night stay! It accommodated for all 20 of us on our Hen Do trip. It is beautifully decorated and the owner was very helpful and communicative during our trip. You are a 2 minute walk from the sea front and 10 to 20 minutes walk for popular restaurants, pubs and clubs. There are other restaurants closer by as they are along the sea front. Would definitely recommend this place and would use again in the future!

Beautiful house - perfect for a large group!

We had a fantastic weekend in Tori's house for my sister's hen party. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has the perfect space for a large group. We were able to cook and eat meals for 18 in the kitchen/diner and there was plenty of space for the group to hang out in the living room too. The location of the house is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Brighton on foot too - I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect stay for large groups!

Tori was amazing - she came to the house to give us a tour and gave us many ideas on must do things and places to go out in the evening. The house was spacious for the stay and decorated very nicely- there was 21 of us living in the house for the weekend. The location was perfect, with the seafront being 2 minutes from the house. She was very accomodating with the check in and check out times.

Perfect location, Beautiful House, Absolutely spot on for a Hen Party!!!!

So close to the sea and the road leading into central brighton, it couldn't have been a better location!! No road noise at night. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Kitchen area is a nice space with the island in the middle. The only little downfall is that you have to scoot in and climb out of the dinner table to get out when everyone is sitting down. But really did not effect how amazing our stay was!! Thankyou very much! Also Tori was very quick to respond to any queries I had :) Definitely recommend this place!!! Great price too!! Thanks very much!!!
