Encantadora casa de diques - Piso privado - Vista verde

Comedor, cocina, un dormitorio principal, un salón / dormitorio y un amplio y luminoso baño. Gran balcón orientado al sur con vistas a zonas verdes.

Ubicado en una calle especial y pintoresca en el próximo distrito de Noord, "industria portuaria a lugar de reproducción creativa". The Guardian escribió un artículo, busca 'Guardian' y 'Nieuwendammerdijk'. Compuestos con elementos antiguos, vintage y modernos, intentamos crear un interior ecléctico, acogedor y personal. La casa en sí fue separada y fue construida en 1912 por la famosa familia de constructores de barcos Vries Lentsch.

A través de las escaleras, se accede al primer piso con un gran pasaje de conexión, una mesa de comedor y una cocina que está equipada para el desayuno / almuerzo con una cafetera Nespresso, sandwichera y horno de microondas.

El dormitorio principal que da a Nieuwendammerdijk tiene una cómoda cama doble. En el espacioso salón / segundo dormitorio, el entrenador extraíble se transforma fácilmente en una cómoda cama doble; Cuando levantes la chaise longue encontrarás sábanas frescas. La habitación tiene un televisor y un gran balcón orientado al sur con vistas a los jardines y nuestro parque más antiguo de la ciudad, 'het Vliegenbos'.

El cómodo y luminoso cuarto de baño tiene bañera, ducha abierta, lavabo e inodoro. Es nuevo con un piso de concreto crudo y una ventana grande con vista al verde. Se proporcionan toallas limpias.

La entrada principal entra en el pasillo. Detrás de una de las puertas (16 pasos), diríjase al apartamento totalmente independiente.

Muy cerca se encuentra un servicio de lavandería profesional. También puede utilizar una pequeña tarifa.

Hay WiFi gratis.

No servimos desayunos. Principalmente se proporcionan elementos básicos orgánicos como café, té, muesli, mantequilla de maní. Por cualquier requerimiento especial por favor hágamelo saber.

Para los bebés hay una trona y una cuna plegable con ropa de cama.

Al vivir en la planta baja y en el sótano, estaremos encantados de ayudarlo a brindarle un servicio adicional donde necesitará la mayor parte de su estadía en Ámsterdam.

This was a perfect place for me and my dad to stay. Flat is in a lovely, quiet area just outside of the centre of Amsterdam. Very easy to get to using the train. The flat is comfy and cosy and kitchen has everything you need. The supermarket is only 15 min walk away and we enjoyed the pizza from the place at the end of the road. The host met us at the flat at the agreed time and showed us around the flat which is much nicer than the usual key code you usually get. I would definitely stay here again if Im lucky enough to visit Amsterdam again.

Perfect Stay in Noord

Willejmin was an incredible host! Traveling around the Netherlands via public transportation was a breeze as a bus stop and the metro was just minutes from the property. The space was so cozy and inviting, with excellent natural light, big windows and a nice deck to relax. Our entire stay was lovely thanks to a great place to rest after a long day!

My family and I had the best stay in Willemijn loft. It was the perfect place for my family and I (4 year old twins) to be. The neighbourhood is quiet with close proximity to playgrounds, grocery, metro, and local restaurants. We rented bicycles from a local spot and that gave us easy access to everything. Willemijn was a great host - very responsive and accommodating. She responded quickly to inquiries.

Perfect Appartment in Nice Sourrounding

We had a very nice stay in this apartment. It's well located outside from the busy city center in an interesting part of the city. The apartment is as shown in the description and was very clean and well maintained. The communication with Willemijn was friendly and welcoming.

Treasure in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown

Excellent host. Newly renovated apartment in a typical Dutch neighborhood. Quiet side road, close to train / metro station. Large bedrooms and nice, modern bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated rooms. Will come back next time we are in Amsterdam. Highly recommended!

Wonderful

We loved our short stay at Willemijn's lovely apartment top floor apartment. The location was a 10 minute walk to the metro station which was one stop from Amsterdam City Central. The apartment was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything needed. The balcony overlooking the garden and greenspace was wonderful. Willemijn was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and Cozy

Cute little apartment within walking distance to the metro! We were easily able to get to the city center to explore. The apartment was the perfect place to relax and wind down after a long day. The space was clean and cozy with everything you’d need. Our host was very communicative and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend!

Nice property and very helpful owner

Spacious suite of living room with guest bed, large bedroom, large bath and kitchenette with dining table. Owner instructions are clear and complete. Owner was VERY helpful, even volunteering to shop for Apple power devices when ours didn’t work. I recommend it.

Fantastic weekend in Amsterdam

We received a great welcome. Special requests for special bedding were fulfilled immediately. The apartment was very tastefully and comfortably furnished. We found everything we needed for the weekend. Even a capsule coffee machine. But we always ate on the go.

Perfect little apartment

This was a perfect little apartment just a short commute (1 Metro stop and a 10 minute walk) from Amsterdam Centraal Station. It's up 1 flight of stairs in a residential neighborhood but just down the street from several good restaurants/bakeries. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal including some pantry staples (a huge bonus). The bathroom included a big soaking tub which was awesome. Both the bed and sofa sleeper were very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Amsterdam.

Great Neighborhood

Host was wonderful and helpful with tip to get around. The little pub down the street was friendly and the food great at a very good price. It was easy to get into Central Amsterdam, however you probably only want to do it once a day. We found that after a day in the Central City we were too tired to return at dinner time. Dining choices near the flat are plentiful and very good. Pizza down at the corner, and a 10+ minute walk to Lowlander is well worth the effort. Flat was clean, neat, comfortable and well equipped.

Home Away from Home

This lovely property was more than enough room for the 3 of us. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and looking into the lovely back yards and treed area. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Only issue was we decided to walk from the station , hauling our luggage. The bumpy brick road and the heat made for an arduous walk- take an Uber- it is a long way….but well worth it! Friendly people, great uber drivers (once we figured out the system) make this a very wonderful place to stay- away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Would definateky book again.

Fantastic stay in North Amsterdam

We just completed a lovely 3-night stay at this property. Willemijn was a wonderful host, and her place met all of our needs and expectations. Situated in North Amsterdam, it only takes about 10 or 12 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station, and from there it’s a short ride (one stop) to Amsterdam Centraal. After long days of sightseeing, we found the calm and quiet atmosphere of Willemijn’s neighborhood to be the perfect respite for a little downtime and a good nights’ sleep. We were particularly enamored with the second floor balcony, where we could enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while taking in the charming view of the gardens behind her home. It felt safe and secure, with plenty of privacy. We took the entire upstairs area, which can be locked away from the rest of the house if you like. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals for ourselves when we wanted to. All in all, this was a great find and we’re happy to give Willemijn a strong recommendation. Thank you!

We stayed in Willemijin’s lovely little apartment this past week while we attended a world event our daughter was involved in. Location was great and a really nice break after a long day but it was still super convenient to the metro which was easy to take and we rode it everywhere. Get a GVB multi-day pass and can purchase them at the airport or at each metro station (or online). Our host was really kind and informative about the area. She met us as we checked in and the apartment had everything we needed, beds were comfy and shower was hot. Unfortunately, the weather was dreary and rainy all week but of course you can’t predict that and we still saw all the things, umbrellas were a must and you can buy them anywhere. We spent lots of time downtown and in Zuid where the events where, did a canal cruise, experienced This is Holland, took the train to spend a day in Haarlem, walked through Madam Tussaud's and visited the Artis Zoo. Dispute the weather, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here for comfort, convenience, quiet and kindness. Thank you Willemijin!

Superbe logement dans un quartier très calme
