El apartamento 1A es un elegante apartamento de dos camas, ubicado en la planta baja de una casa familiar tradicional en Agion Anargiron, un tranquilo barrio residencial a solo siete minutos a pie del casco antiguo y muy cerca de la ciudad de Rodas.

Nuestro apartamento ha sido renovado recientemente a un alto nivel y está totalmente equipado para sus vacaciones. Es perfecto para parejas, viajeros solos y familias con niños mayores.

El espacio:

El Apartamento 1A es una propiedad independiente con dos camas y un amplio patio al aire libre con capacidad para cinco personas.

Hay dos habitaciones. El dormitorio trasero contiene una cama doble, armario, cajones y tiene puertas que dan al patio trasero. El dormitorio principal contiene dos camas individuales, un par de armarios y cajones. Ambas habitaciones tienen unidades de aire acondicionado para mantenerte fresco durante nuestros veranos calurosos y televisores montados en la pared.

La sala de estar principal es de planta abierta, con un cómodo sofá que se abre a una tercera cama, un televisor montado en la pared con cable y una unidad de aire acondicionado. Hay una mesa de comedor y sillas, y una cocina totalmente equipada con horno, lavavajillas, nevera-congelador, microondas, cafetera y dos tipos de máquina de café. También hay una variedad de ollas y sartenes, tostadora, sandwichera tostada, exprimidor, así como los utensilios de cocina habituales. Proporcionamos sal, pimienta, algunas hierbas básicas y té y café para su llegada.

El baño tiene una ducha, inodoro y lavabo, y proporcionamos gel de ducha y champú para su conveniencia. También ofrecemos un secador de pelo. Hay una lavadora en el pasillo y una secadora en el patio trasero.

El patio trasero está cómodamente equipado con sillones para descansar, y una mesa y sillas para comidas al aire libre.

Cosas a tener en cuenta:

Proporcionamos ropa de cama y toallas para la casa, aunque le pedimos que traiga sus propias toallas para llevar a la playa. Hay un enrutador wifi en la casa con velocidades confiables de 8mbps (¡lo cual es bueno para Rhodes!). Todas las puertas y ventanas tienen mosquiteros y ofrecemos un plugin mosquito para cada habitación.
La casa está equipada con detectores de humo, alumbrado de emergencia y un botiquín de primeros auxilios.
No fumar en la propiedad por favor, aunque puedes fumar afuera. No hay fiestas ni eventos

Clean, welcoming, modern apartment. Great apartment very close to the old town

A great apartment very close to the old town. Plenty of amenities and very clean. A great patio area at the back for sitting and having a warm evening drink. Nick, the host, was excellent in providing all of the information that we needed and was very responsive to any queries that we had. All in all a great place to stay in Rhodes.

Apartment 1A was a home from home for us. Clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Bright and airy inside and a large furnished terrace to the rear. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Our host, Nick, was there for us on arrival and departure, and contactable during our stay, answering any queries we had. A very pleasant, courteous and helpful gentleman. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who would like the option of staying in a local neighbourhood, but a short walk to Rhodes Old Town. Thank you for everything Nick!

Perfect spot

We loved this place! It was exactly what was advertised. Lots of space with a great kitchen that has everything. The outdoor patio is lovely. We took advantage of one of the restaurants that he recommended and it was delicious and reasonably priced. An adorable little spot. Very happy with our choice. He answers all your questions and makes you feel welcome.

The perfect place for a small family!

The location this home was in the heart of Rhodes and close to everything. I had my husband and two small children with me and we had more than enough space. We were greeted by the owner when we arrived and he made sure we had everything we needed. The home was spotless and decorated nicely. The back patio was beautiful and had plenty of seating. We had cleaners come halfway through our stay to tidy up and provide fresh linens, which was so nice. Everything about this home was perfect for our stay. We were actually so sad to leave because it felt like our home away from home. We hope to be back soon!

Apartment 1A is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for accommodation in Rhodes. It is located in a residential neighbourhood which has all of the amenities that you would require, to include shops, supermarkets, bakery and some fabulous restaurants. The apartment itself is extremely spacey with a clean bright decor. The apartment is well furnished and has everything that you’d need to experience a home from home! Holiday 15th June to 25th June 2023

The property is very central for the beaches east and west. Both 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. The same can be said for both the Old and New town but 20 to 25 minutes walking distance. If you don’t want to drive, short taxi journeys are an alternative. Supermarket and butchers are close as are one or two restaurants. The Old town is special at night for gift shopping, drinking and eating. Boat trips to Lindos and Symi Island are recommended. We enjoyed 10 days at the apartment and will visit again. Thanks Nick for all your advice and help.

Excellent Location

Nick's apartment was in an ideal setting for us in that we felt very much as if we had 'slotted in' to the local area. There are hardly any other tourists in the locality, but when you walk the 10 - 15 mins. to the Old Town they are all around. The apartment is close to lots of coffee shops, so you are spoilt for choice; plus there are 3 well stocked supermarkets very close by. The apartment itself is very spacious, light and well equipped. The kitchen has all the appliances you need. The outdoor area is great when you just want to relax with a book and a cold drink. All in all, it can be thoroughly recommended.

Apartment 1A was the perfect base for our three-week stay on Rhodes. When we travel, we prefer to stay in local neighborhoods and Nick’s amazing property really fit the bill. It is centrally located and most everything we wanted to experience (the Old Town, the Acropolis, the new town, the harbour etc) was within a 20 minute walk. The apartment itself is one of the most well equipped in our travelling experience. Two spacious bedrooms, a complete kitchen (with ample coffee, tea and sugar supplied) including a much appreciated dishwasher. The AC in each room was most definitely appreciated! And our favourite area was the spacious terrace complete with sun shade-absolutely perfect for morning coffee and evening wine). Nick was amazingly prompt in his communications with us, both pre-visit and whilst we were there. He kindly arranged transportation to and from the airport and greeted us personally when we arrived, ensuring a very easy check-in for 2 weary jet-lagged travellers. The house manual has ALL the information needed to ensure a wonderful holiday-his suggestions on local eateries were spot on-our knowledge of Greek cuisine has been delightfully expanded after this trip.Thank you again Nick (and your wonderful father!) for helping to make this a most magical and memorable vacation!

Wir waren sehr glücklich in dieser Wohnung. Sie war genau wie beschrieben, und besonders die große Terrasse ist sehr angenehm. Wir konnten zu Fuß in die Altstadt von Rhodos, und für den täglichen Bedarf ist alles an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Banken schön nah dran. Nikolas Tsagarakis ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, und hilft viel, sich zurecht zu finden. Ich weiß, dass das nicht jeder mag, aber die Besuche benachbarter Katzen und das Bücherregal mit (zumeist englischsprachiger) Urlaubslektüre waren für mich zusätzliche Bonuspunkte.Falls man - wie wir jetzt - früh im Jahr anreist, kann es abends in der Wohnung recht kühl werden, dann empfehlen sich Hausschuhe pder warme Socken.

Unsere Meinung

Die Kommunikation vorab klappte sehr gut. Nick hatte uns vorab schon mit Infos in einer PDF versorgt. Der erste Eindruck am Anreisetag war gut. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet ( Küche ). Leider kam die große Enttäuschung auf der Terrasse. Umrahmt von zwei heruntergekommenen Häusern. Blick in einen kleinen unschönen Innenhof. Keine Auflagen wie auf den Bildern, sondern kleine dünne Stuhlauflagen. Nick bot uns als Ersatz die Sofakissen an. Der Esstisch war aus Metall und verrostet, wie auch die Stühle. Die Eckbank mit den Paletten war schmutzig und von dem Holz blätterte die Farbe ab, also nicht benutzbar. Am an der Terrasse grenzenden Haus wurde saniert, was nicht nur Staub und Farbreste brachte, sondern an einem Tag auch viele tote und halbtote Kakerlaken. Die drei halbvertrockneten Pflanzen retteten auch nichts mehr. Vom Badezimmerfenster aussen blätterte der Putz und die Farbe ab. Innen am Fenster war leider Schimmel, ebenso an der Decke. Der Badewannenrand war dreckig und schimmelig und der Duschvorhang müsste dringend erneuert werden. Der Waschtisch ist zu klein und eine Steckdose fehlte. Dafür gab es 3 !! Fernseher Entfernung zur Altstadt, Wochenmarkt ca 10-15 Minuten. Bushaltestelle und Parkplätze waren in der Nähe. Nick war sehr nett, auch wenn er, unserer Meinung nach, zu viel auf seine Hausordnung hinwies. Aber den Müll entsorgen wir nicht am Abreisetag morgens mit 2 Koffern und Handgepäck :-) ( 40 € Reinigungspauschale )

We genuinely appreciate your thoughts and opinions, as they help us improve our services for future guests. However we don't believe the overall rating of our apartment is 2 stars at all! Although we would like to inform you that we are a proudly super hosts with more than 200 reviews on our online platforms! So 2 stars is totally wrong! But let’s stick to the fact that the key ingredient to our success is that our apartment it is always clean with very good instructions one of the best house manual in the whole island for sure and very well equipped. Moreover our visitors believe also that the interior of the house it has been in very good condition for many years. I would like to inform you that our house is located in one of the oldest and most traditional districts of Rhodes. We are we are not a beach resort with a view! You should already know this before your booking! So the next time next time please be more careful in your choices. Obviously you wanted it to be arranged all day on the veranda to smoke instead of discovering the wonderful parts of our island. Sorry about that! Probably you didn’t remember that I informed you on the first day of your arrival that unfortunately the house next door is being renovated. The renovation of which is illegal since it is not covered by law. But ok this not your problem i understand. I gave you a solution and how you can use the interior cushions of our sofa. Apparently you didn't like that either! No worries! When you finish bathing, please open the windows to let the steam escape 😉 also you ruined our towels however, we did not report anything! Finally, we would like to point out that you have a problem with garbage in general. So you found the dead cockroaches yet instead of throwing them in the trash you threw them in the next yard! Sorry but this is unacceptable. Public bins are 20 meters from our apartment. Except that you did not recycle, you also left them in the bin at home! In conclusion we would only recommend that next time you be more fair and tell the truth. Best regards Nick

Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße ca 10 min von der Altstadt. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und für den Mietwagen gibt es immer einen Platz in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Niko war sowohl vor, als auch während des Urlaubs sehr gut.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Trotz der großen Hitze war es auf der Terrasse angenehm, auch in der Mittagszeit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Auch von der Organisation hat alles super geklappt. Für un stand sogar schon gekühltes Wasser und Obst bereit.

Ferienwohnung in Nähe zur Altstadt

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr herzlich in Rhodos empfangen! Für 30 Euro hatte er ein Taxi bestellt, das uns vom Flughafen abgeholt hat. Er hat uns alle Besonderheiten der Ferienwohnung erklärt und stand für Rückfragen die ganze Zeit über zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Klasse. Die Altstadt ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aber auch der Hafen und der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Einen Parkplatz für den Mietwagen haben wir auch immer in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung gefunden. Besonders gut hat uns die große Terrasse gefallen, hier haben wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt. Alle Küchengeräte haben gut funktioniert. Für den Geschirrspüler waren ausreichend Tabs vorhanden. Im Gefrierschrank war ein Vorrat von Eiswürfeln. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Das Wetter war sehr heiß als wir in Rhodos waren, deswegen wir konnten die Terrasse nicht genießen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein einzige Problem war Toilettenspüle. Die Spüle war sehr laut und dauerte lange Spühlkasten wieder Wasser zu tanken.
