FRENTE AL MAR !!!!!!!


Nuestra hermosa unidad está ubicada en SURFWATCH III, un complejo frente al mar de solo 20 unidades con piscina privada al lado del océano, ducha exterior, paseo privado a la playa, parrilla exterior y elevador. Podemos acomodar a 6-8 personas con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 camas individuales y un sofá cama Queen).

Este condominio cuenta con HVAC central, una cocina totalmente eléctrica con electrodomésticos modernos que incluye una máquina de hielo en el refrigerador, sala de estar, comedor, teléfonos, televisores de alta definición con pantalla plana por cable y reproductores de DVD en la sala de estar y en cada habitación, Wi-Fi de alta velocidad gratis , lavadora y secadora nuevas en la unidad, lavaplatos, microondas, ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones, amplio balcón privado frente al mar y muchas otras comodidades. La cocina está bien equipada y lista para una vida entretenida o informal. La sala de estar y el dormitorio principal tienen puertas correderas de tamaño completo que se abren al amplio balcón privado frente al mar y vistas increíbles. Sientes que puedes alcanzar y tocar el océano desde el balcón. Puedes ver los amaneceres desde el balcón y las puestas de sol desde el porche mirando al hermoso lago al otro lado de la calle. La unidad está completamente amueblada, incluyendo sala de estar y comedor con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina necesarios para las comidas completas. Estamos ubicados en el piso superior (cuarto) con un ascensor y tenemos tragaluces increíbles en el área de la sala de estar. Amplias salas de estar en todo. SURFWATCH III, Unit 402 es una unidad para NO FUMADORES y NO SE PERMITEN MASCOTAS en el edificio. Tenemos estacionamiento debajo del edificio y estacionamiento fuera de la calle y asignamos 2 espacios por unidad (no se permiten remolques ni vehículos recreativos).

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay in Surfside Beach. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and well equipped. The host was very accommodating and even sent emails advising the weather conditions and also the events going on in Surfside during the week. We would stay there again.

Too Short!

We had high hopes for our vacation, but Hurricane Debby had other plans. The place was wonderful, and very comfortable for our family of five. The location was perfect. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

Great time!

We love Surfwatch 3! We have stayed in the building multiple times and have never had a bad experience! Unit 402 was perfect when we arrived, the condo is well stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals for 8 people throughout our stay and the views of the ocean are great! The pool was clean and a great place to escape the high winds we had on the beach a few days.

Kitchen dishes , cookware, utensils all were high end. Coffee maker, Microwave and washer/dryer worked great. Absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean and beautifully decorated.

Great vacation!

This condo has everything you could think of needing while on vacation! The location is wonderful (sunrises are so worth waking up early for), and the beach was great. We loved the elevator and use of carts, too. We had a great family trip and hope to come back next year! Sharyn was a wonderful host and excellent at responding to all emails! :)

Very clean condo can tell it is well taking care of. Is the only one I have walked into and it smelled clean. Great communication with owner very responsive. Ease of checking in made it easy. Received door code and walked straight in. Was able to park in covered parking the whole week. Only downfall were the curtains in the master bedroom letting in more light during the night (but this is coming from people that have blackout curtains). This would not stop me from staying here again.

Great Week at the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner was so easy to work with and answered all of our inquiries very promptly. The condo was clean and well-stocked with all of the essentials. Linens were provided in the rental which was a huge benefit. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled and were beautifully done. We loved the walk-in shower in the main bathroom! This condo has a gorgeous oceanfront view, and we loved sitting out on the deck watching the water. There were very small crowds on the beach around this building, so there was plenty of space to spread out on the sand and enjoy the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Back to Surfside!!!

Our experience was perfect! The unit was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture was comfortable also. The unit was clean. Linens and towels were good. It was great having tv's in each bedroom. Loved the view from front and back...sunrise and sunset! Sharyn and Gary responded immediately to any questions we had. Thank-you!! My family didn't want to leave!!

Excellent Beach Vacation

Location, location, location. My husband and 3 children had an amazing time at this condo. Great views, steps to the ocean, listen to the waves at night as you fall asleep. The weather was great. The condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes. Elevator made unpacking and packing a breeze. The pool was a big hit with the kids and was cleaned daily. The beach was immaculate. Condo was walking distance to Surfside Pier which sadly was closed due to damage from a hurricane. We walked to Bubba's Fish Shack and enjoyed dinner there. We also had great dinners at Creek Ratz and Dead Dog Saloon in Murrells Inlet. All in all a great vacation. The residents and guests we met at the condo complex were very friendly. Sharyn was easy to contact via email and very accommodating. We hope to be able to return some day.

Location for Vacation

The location was excellent! We were right on the beach and close to restaurants. Beach was never crowded. You could park under the building or in the outside lot spaces. It was a quiet development, so no noise issues at all. The condo was decorated in a beach theme, which you would expect being directly on the beach. The appliances were all stainless steel and had been updated. Anything you might need for cooking and eating was available. Bed we used was comfortable. Pillows were okay, too. There were plenty of items in the 'play box' on the balcony to use, if you wished, including 'boogie boards' for the ocean, and seat bottom pillows for the chairs on the balcony. There were TV's in all bedrooms and family room. Due to some kind of technical issue, we could not get the one in the family room to work, or two of the three bedrooms. In fairness, I am not mechanically inclined, so someone else could have gotten then to work easily. We watch little TV at home, so it wasn't significant for us. The AC system worked great, so we were always comfortable. The MBR had a ceiling fan, (think the others, as well) which we ran for sleeping purposes. We had adequate towels and cloths for our stay. Although some might not see this as worthy of mentioning, the toilets had been updated and were the higher height we were accustomed. Every light and electrical plug we attempted to use worked in the condo. Might sound trivial, but we have visited places where they did not. Some things for consideration to make the stay even better. The one tub in the second bathroom had developed a small split, which after showering caused some water to accumulate in that area. It did not keep you from taking a shower and the shower heads were fine. There were light bulbs and some light fixtures in need of dusting. One thing we found a little unusual, and perhaps it was covered in the description and was missed by us, is that there was no soap, shampoo or facial tissues provided for the stay. Obviously, it was an easy fix, because we brought soap/shampoo that my spouse prefers to use, and we picked up a small box of tissue at the grocery store. Communication between us and the owner of the condo was excellent! Responses were always timely and what few questions we had were answered quickly. We enjoyed our time in Surfside Beach! We ate some great food and had good weather, too.

Sweet escape

Rental was clean, well stocked kitchen, and fun beach toys/activities. I didn’t realize there would only be 4 wash clothes and 4 towels. Worked out anyways, but thought there would be a few more. Had an issue getting the tv to work but reached out to owner and she responded quickly and had someone out to help us before end of day. Loves sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sunrise. Comfortable with an at home feel. Perfect getaway for our family and we hope to return soon, We met some great people while staying, everyone was friendly. The stay was quiet and relaxing just what we were looking for.

Christina, I am so sorry that you had a problem with the linens. I checked with my cleaning person and she confirmed there are 8 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 8 washcloths, kitchen towel and dishcloth with each linen package. Good rental with adequate space and everything in working order. Didn't use pool. No chairs in pool area. Nice beachfront balcony and loved seeing the ocean .

Thank you so much for your review. I apologize for the lack of pool furniture. When I read your review, I immediately looked into it and discovered the furniture had been sent for cleaning and repair without any notification to the owners. However, all furniture has been returned on 10 June. Thanks again for staying with us and we hope you will visit again ! Regards, Sharyn

Beach Getaway

The condo was absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The views from the deck are outstanding. Looking forward to a return visit.
