Hello and thank you for your feedback, which I honestly find untruthful. For I will answer you in points: • the elevator is standard size and can carry 4 people. • The washing machine is a standard washing machine, ideal for 4 people. • As for the toilet, the problem was caused by the fact that when you moved (obviously with too much energy), you have unplugged the base of the toilet, mooving the gasket. We intervened immediately after your report to fix the gasket and we proposed you to come with a plumber and fix the toilet but you asked us to solve the problem at your check out: now everything has been solved and we have not even charged you for the damage. • As for the microwave, unfortunately we had a problem with the shipment of the new device that only arrived on the day of your check out. However, the kitchen has an oven, a kettler, a toaster, devices that could supply the microwave, so I don't think I've created too many problems for you. • We never detected any suspicious smell in the apartment unless it was the smell of the neighbours' kitchen. • I confirm that it is not possible to leave the AC units on when you are not in the apartment and this is an act of education and sensitivity towards the environment and I am surprised that you are not sensitive to this topic. Finally, I want to point out that at check out we found the apartment in disastrous clean conditions, despite this we decided not to charge you anything, which unfortunately you did not appreciate in any way
