Apartamento de lujo recientemente reformado de 2 dormitorios en complejo tranquilo y seguro.

1 habitación doble, 1 habitación con sofá cama doble, baño familiar con ducha.

Cocina totalmente equipada con lavadora, nevera / congelador, placa eléctrica de 4 fuegos y horno, tetera, tostadora, microondas y vajilla, etc.

Salón / comedor con sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana y aire acondicionado.

Caja fuerte con cerradura también incluida sin cargo adicional.

Secador de pelo, secadora de ropa, plancha y tabla de planchar. Toallas y sábanas.

Wi-Fi privado disponible, junto con el paquete completo de televisión europea.

Puertas corredizas de vidrio que dan a dos terrazas privadas, una que mira hacia el área de la piscina con una cómoda área de descanso y sombrilla.

El apartamento está a dos minutos a pie de una gran tienda de comestibles, a cinco minutos a pie (en terreno plano) de la playa y la avenida principal de Puerto del Carmen. El apartamento se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de bares y restaurantes locales.

La limpieza del apartamento está incluida en el precio. Se puede organizar un servicio adicional de limpieza a mitad de estancia (incluido el cambio de sábanas y toallas) por un suplemento de 40 €. Very nice apartment with all you need for a great holiday. Central to all amenities, good WiFi and TV. Loved the pool and no bother with getting a sun bed, pool bar excellent run by two lovely ladies Sally and Hannah.Very friendly secure complex.would certainly recommend.

Great little apartment! Stayed with my brother and was perfect size two double beds and a balcony. All the utilities as well so can nip to a spar literally 1 minute away for any self catering needs. In a gated community too so guaranteed some neighbours will be in. Host was great and left us some drinks on arrival free of charge! Really ideal property, cheers Anna!

Lovely clean apartment. Has two balconies one overlooking the pool, and one overlooking the road at the back. Both good size. And the one on the fron great for catching the sun from 7 am untill 2-3pm then the other for catching the sun from 2 pm unti 8 pm.The apartment can sleep four, but only has a large wardrobe in the main bedroom, so ok for two adults and two children. Or four family members as long as you travel light, so all share the one wardrobe, but wasnt an issue for us.

Just perfect

First timers in PDC and but didn’t take long to get our bearings. Located in a quiet area the apartment is an easy 5-7 mins walk to the main strip with endless restaurants and beaches to explore. 2 Small supermarkets even closer. The apartment is spotless and very modern with everything you need and a bonus of 2 balconies ensure you get the sun all day. The gated complex has a good size pool and friendly pool bar with happy hour. Thank you Anna and Mick, we will be back!

These apartments were fantastic. Clean modern a little home from home .Short distance from amenities

First time using VRBO and everything was so easy from getting in touch with host with all queries. By the way hosts were fantastic meeting us upon arrival to getting in touch whilst on holiday. Couldn't fault a thing will definitely be returning

Amazing apartment

This apartment is beautiful. It’s in the heart of Lanzarote whereby it is simply a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The hosts were amazing and had our apartment read and it was very very clean. The welcome pack was very cute and the air conditioning unit was a god send! I will 100% book this apartment again. Not to mention there is a very large shared pool and bar area!!

Great Location

One of the best properties we have stayed in, the location was great for us being on the flat, no steep hills to negotiate. There was a much appreciated welcome pack so we didn’t have dash out for the basics. The apartment was very well equipped and spotless the bed was very comfortable. The TV and WiFi was excellent. The complex is lovely and clean and secure you need a pass code to enter this is supplied in the information pack from Mick & Anna which is very thorough and informative. The pool bar was nice and friendly we could leave our cases there after checkout, Sally was great she arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport. Would definitely stop here again. Relaxing holiday in a comfortable apartment

Micks apartment is comfortable and well equiped. The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space. The second balcony is a lovely bonus to watch the sunset with a drink! The complex is secure with a keycode lock on the gates. Although on the road it's not noisy. The main strip is within easy walking distance but far enough away not to cause a noise nuisance. Positioned at the *quieter* end of Puerto Del Carmen the busier area (for shopping) and the harbour area (lovely restaurants) are a reasonable walk away. The apartment and complex are extremely clean, the pool and pool area are cleaned daily. There are lots of sun beds, however when complex is full there may be an issue finding spare ones and we noticed early morning sunbed claiming with towels was happening at the start of our stay. Communication with Mick was perfect and he responded promptly to any (minor) issues. We had the pleasure to meet Mick on our last day as he was out for a visit. It was clear he is keen to ensure his guests have a good problem free stay. The pool bar, run by Sally, Hannah and Sam, is brilliant and all 3 staff are superbly helpful even arranging taxis, somewhere to leave suitcase for late flights as well as running bingo and a book loan. Closing time is 7pm but they will stay open later if guest require it, never later than 11pm when generally the complex is quiet. Brilliant resource! As there is no reception or overall site manager this can be an issue if there is a problem relating to the complex. We had a slight issue with noise from other residents which was not easily resolved However I understand from other guests and residents this is not usual for this complex and when these guests left the complex was a lot quieter. Definitely something to consider. Sadly not available for the weeks we need next year or we would definitely stay again.

Lovely Property in a Central Location

Property is furnished to a high standard with all the features you could wish for. Complex is lovely, friendly bar staff, good size pool, plenty of loungers. Centrally located for restaurants, shops and the front but still quiet. Owners Mick and Anna are very helpful and responsive. We were able to have a late checkout without additional cost. Perfect holiday - just make sure that you don't have long showers or you'll run out of hot water. Heats up again reasonably quickly though. Thank you Mick and Anna!!

The place was spotless had everything we needed and tv channels were great. Pool was lovely and food at pool bar great. Locked gates meant no unwanted people were coming in. Beautiful apartment in a lovely complex just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. Quiet location.

Had a great weeks holiday in a well appointed apartment from Mick and Ann. It’s well maintained and looks new within a lovely complex with friendly helpful staff, would recommend to anyone.

Can’t wait to return

Just back from a 6 night stay in apartment 202. We arrived to the complex at 11am and the apartment was ready for us which is great because the check in time was supposed to be 3pm, so it saved the waiting around. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless! Could not find fault with anything and the TV had an amazing selection of channels including ITV, Sky Sports etc. It also had a feature where you could watch any show from the past week whenever you like which was handy for when you’re taking a break from the sun. The complex itself was also spotless, plenty of sunbeds and also very private and not over looked by surrounding properties. Staff in the poolside bar were lovely and as there is no reception area, we found them very helpful for directions and how to get a taxi etc. We cannot wait to return to the apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto del Carmen.

Lovely apartment in a really nice small complex

The apartment was very well presented and had everything required for self catering plus the TV had a great Chanel selection. Communication with the owner was first class and the location was excellent . Would certainly return and recommend to others
