Ubicadas a solo 100 metros de la increíble playa de Fig Tree Bay, a solo unos minutos de todos los servicios, estas populares casas de vacaciones son perfectas para familias y grupos ya que este proyecto exclusivo ubicado en un complejo con portón eléctrico tiene seis villas una junto a la otra.

La piscina privada es de buen tamaño, con una zona exterior de buen tamaño con hamacas y mesa y sillas de comedor al aire libre y barbacoa.

La cocina está bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y conduce a un espacio abierto de comedor y sala de estar con cómodos asientos y un invitado c / c, TV vía satélite y reproductor de DVD para su entretenimiento.

Primer piso
El dormitorio principal está decorado con buen gusto, con una decoración de diseño, con cama doble y baño con ducha con vistas a la piscina y al patio.

Las otras dos habitaciones están decoradas con la misma decoración de crema y madera, con modernas persianas de diseño y coloridas obras de arte de pinturas al óleo expresivas. Un dormitorio tiene una cama doble y las otras dos camas individuales, ambas habitaciones comparten el baño familiar. Un balcón contiguo ofrece una vista fabulosa de la zona de la piscina. I love Protaras

The process of booking the Villa couldn’t be easier & the rental company (La Mer Homes) were excellent to deal with. We got to Protaras earlier than planned & the company allowed us to check in at 10:30. They also allowed us to check out late, for a small charge.

Villa is in the perfect location, a few minutes to beach and bars/restaurants. Villa was clean and tidy, we had a few issues when we arrived but they sorted them out straightaway. It had everything you needed inside Villa if you were cooking. Highly recommend Fools and Horses for drinks and food, Cheers for Breakfast staff are very friendly in both places. Sonia’s Grill, The Brewery and Siko for a nicer meal out in the evening. A little paint is required on the outside balcony railings as a bit rusty.

Everything you need for a perfect family holiday

We had a fantastic week at this villa and simply didn’t want to leave. The location is perfect for beach, boardwalk, restaurants & bars which meant our family group of 6 adults could easily come & go as they pleased. We all thoroughly enjoyed having our own pool which was just the right size. Margarita responded quickly to every query or request to ensure our holiday went smoothly and we had everything we needed - thank you so much! A few small things - chairs & a small table on each balcony (some of the other Sunrise villas had them) and more wine glasses (we only had four). Plus we were missing a brush to go with dustpan - I asked for one but got given another dustpan . Maybe instructions for how to use the bbq which was a little complicated.

Lovely stay in protaras

Property is, two mins walk from the main strip. If you know protaras it is just behind the supermarket opposite fools and horses bar. Plenty of utensils for seven of us plenty of hot water for us all to shower each evening. Plenty of English channels on the TV though we couldn't get TV in the befrooms, not that it bothered us. Only gripe was the beds were very hard and could do with mattress toppers or replacement mattresses. Pool was lovely and the kids loved it. Response to my qyeries were spot on before and during our stay and would stay here again but only if the beds were sorted Pete & Toni

Still waiting on my promised phone call from June 2nd and 3rd regarding feedback on state of property and cleanliness. We were left for half the week in middle of heatwave with air-conditioning that didn't work in main room. They provided a fan which didn't help at all. Multiple issues. For the price they charge. We were expecting a lot more. Unnecessary stress leading up to our wedding..

Week in fig tree.

Property could do with a deep clean not just wiped over with a damp cloth (caked on food on dining table). We got there 15 mins before check-in and cleaners said at least 45 mins before they were finished. T.V. sound was distorted so they changed it but the t.v they brought kept freezing. There was also a batchelor party at the weekend and the noise was intolerable even though the policy was no noise after 11pm police were called but asked if we were sensitive and congratulated the fella getting married, the karaoke was eventually stopped after 2 in the morning. The good points were the location (10/10) a couple of mins from the beach and resort restaurants.

Очень близко от пляжа, магазинов и центральной улицы. Безопасное место, мимо никто не ходит. Классный бассейн, дом просторный. кухня хорошо укомлектована Слышна музыка с центральной улицы по вечерам. В нашем доме не открывалась дверь на балкон в одной из комнат. Управляющая компания прислала сообщение "Ключ должен быть в двери" и на этом всё.
