Magníficas vistas a la montaña a minutos de las pistas de esquí, rutas de senderismo

Ideal para hasta 8 adultos y 4 niños, esta casa de 90 años completamente renovada tiene el encanto del viejo mundo de una cabaña de troncos, pero con todas las comodidades modernas que necesitará ... además de una vista increíble desde la gran terraza.

Situado convenientemente entre las pistas de esquí de Windham (5 minutos) y Hunter (10 minutos), la casa es ideal en invierno para esquiadores, snowboarders y raquetas de nieve. En las otras estaciones, hay muchas rutas de senderismo y ciclismo de montaña, campos de golf y lagos cercanos que ofrecen piragüismo, kayak y natación. Y, por supuesto, en otoño, el follaje es espectacular.

Las ciudades cercanas de Windham, Hunter y Tannersville ofrecen excelentes restaurantes y galerías de arte en abundancia, todo dentro de unos minutos en coche.

Después de toda esta actividad, relájate en la gran terraza y disfruta de la vista, asa malvaviscos alrededor de la hoguera, haz una barbacoa en el patio cubierto, disfruta de un juego de billar o simplemente relájate en la bañera de hidromasaje.

Hay mucho espacio para extenderse. 10/10 would stay again!!! This house is absolutely fantastic - great views, relaxing hot tub, stocked kitchen, cozy bedding, firepit set-up, and easy to get to the surrounding towns. Communication with the hosts has been easy and prompt. We were a trip of five ladies and we all had plenty of space to spread out.

A perfect getaway

We spent four days at Deborah and Randy’s lovely home in the Catskills with our teenagers and grandma. The house is stunning, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we received immediate responses to every question or request. The first floor is newly decorated and stunning. The rooms and showers are not as new but in good condition. The view from the house was breathtaking — although it was wintry and gray when we arrived, we were surprised by beautiful snow the next morning. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby towns, restaurants, and supermarkets. We had an amazing time. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing MLK weekend at Deborah’s house. The place was well equipped with everything we needed, we really enjoyed the comunal areas stocked with a lot of games for everyone. The location is great, about 10-15 min from Hunter. The attic room gets a bit cold at night but we just used some of the extra comforters provided. Also the host was always available for any questions. Thank you for Having us Deborah!

Highly recommend!

Randy and Deborah's home was great! Very spacious and beautiful views. My family and I were a group of 12 and there was plenty of room. The home is in a great location; close to Hunter and Wyndham Mountains. Randy and Deborah were great hosts; easy to contact and very accomodating! They added nice special touches for my family and I. I would defintely recommend staying at their home!

Beautiful house!

This place is great! We had a wonderful apres ski experience relaxing and playing games in the huge common areas, or retiring to the bedrooms/loft for a little solitude. The property owner could not have been more helpful, responsive, and kind. Everyone had a great time!

Loved every minute!

Our family went on an annual ski trip and stayed at Deborah’s house. We thoroughly enjoyed the property, how clean it was and proximity to nearby mountains. It was very easy to communicate with owners and they left a great deal of information for guests in regards to restaurants, things to do, and how to work TV and gas fireplace. I miss the ambiance of the gas fireplace and my girls miss their attic space!

Cute place with awesome views

My family really enjoyed staying in this house. House was clean and nicely furnished. View from the living room and upper deck was breathtaking. There was no need to bring anything since hosts provided everything we needed to have worry free stay.

A most inspiring view!

Most of all, we loved the view from the living room. The two living rooms were not only pleasantly furnished, but they were also functional because we could play chess at one table, play an online game in the next room, do a puzzle at another table, or simply relax and read in a comfy chair. It contributed to our adult time to have the attic where the children could hang out. The beds there are cots, but the kids didn't mind. The kitchen refrigerator is new and bigger than the picture in the add showed. You need a strong person to put the cover back on the hot tub after each use. Fortunately, we had such a person with us. I could go on about what we liked and we would recommend the house to others.

Family Getaway

Beauty of a house

We met friends to ski at Hunter for the weekend. It can be very hard to find a nice house with good couches that don't gross you out. This house was really pretty - the downstairs in particular is a great place to hang out after a long day. The views from the living room window are beautiful. All in all, a place we would come to again.

Lovely updated home!!

We loved our stay at this well appointed and beautifully decorated home in the Catskills. Plenty of room for 3 families with children. The listing was not entirely clear that one of the bedrooms was a “walk thru” to get to the children’s room on the 3rd floor, which rendered on of the bedrooms almost unusable. If you have older age children who don’t wake up at night, it might not be a problem. Overall we were quite happy with our stay!

Amazing hosts & great home

Couldn’t ask for a better home to stay, the only downside was we were only 2 couples in a spacious house that could accommodate 4 couples plus kids easily. The location is situated right between hunter and Wyndham so you have the option of both (we only went to hunter). Very close (5min and 10 min) to 2 amazing breakfast spots. One of the top 10 best Italian restaurants I’ve been to in my life is literally a 2 min drive away. Amazing views surround the house, a great farm on 296 with the cutest furry horses (3 min away didn’t stop but had to slow down to see them) Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Id certainly take one more couple to make the most out of the trip next year for sure. The hosts went above and beyond when it came down to marking sure we were comfortable and providing local recommendations.

Great Place

This place was wonderful. We wanted a comfortable, cozy, place to host a leadershop workshop for 6 people. This worked super well. Warm, Clean, Beautiful. Definitely choose this place again if we are in the area. Their internet connection is amazingly strong. Even when everyone was simultaneously doing video calls out there was no lag in speed. (We did not have cell coverage in the house, but it wasn't an issue because the internet was so strong that we just face-timed if we needed to call out.

Peaceful and beautiful spot !

That was one of my best experiences with Vrbo. The house house has everything we needed , amazing views and the layout is perfect. We really had a wonderful time. I cannot stop imagine how beautiful it should be during all other seasons, with these breathtaking views and a super cozy house. Deborah was a great host , very polite. All her instructions were easy to follow. Everything was clean and organized at the house.

Wonderful house. Beautiful setting

We had a family “girls” getaway with 9 women ages 24 to 67. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed the nice furnishings and gorgeous country settings and views. Communication was flawless and the overall stay very enjoyable. We’d certainly rent again.

Great stay in the mountains

This place had everything we wanted - a hot tub, fire pit, plenty of comfortable living space, and most importantly, an amazing view. We really enjoyed hanging out at the home and enjoying the mountain views on the back deck, the foliage was amazing in late October!! The home was so cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway. I’d definitely book again!
