Luxery apartment "Dali" - Almerimar - 1 bedroom (max. 4 pers.)
The PORTO FINO complex is situated in the centre of Almerimar near the beach and the marina, 100m of the golf-course, next to the supermarket. Restaurants & tapa bars are only at 500m.
Our well-furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor within the quiet PORTO FINO complex. From the terrace you have a nice view of the Marina and the sea.
PORTO FINO is built around the harbour that hosts many Sea-food restaurants, Chinese, Italian and good Spanish cuisine. Cafeterias, Tapas Bars all situated around the 3 sail-boat harbours.
GOLF is a great activity in the area and Porto Fino Complex in front of the 27 holes top class Golf Course designed by Gary Player. On a surface of approx. 802,000 square metres, featuring several water holes and beautiful landscape and lakes that will challenge any experienced golfer.
SWIMMING POOL: The large secure swimming pool for the use of residents is on the 1st floor. There is a lifeguard at the pool in the summer.
THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with vitro-ceramic hob, hot air oven, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You will find also a vacuum cleaner, washing-machine, ironing board and iron.
THE LIVING ROOM contains a comfortable bed-sofa, a Smart-TV, free WIFI, a bar and is air-conditioned.
THE BEDROOM has a King size bed 180 x 200 with nice bed linen included. A dressing with a lot of storage place for clothing, shoes and luggage, window shutters and also air conditioning. View on the terras and window provided with a mosquito screen.
THE BATH ROOM has a bath/shower, toilet, laundry basket and all towels are included.
On the covered TERRACE there is a dining table for 4 persons and a comfortable lounge bed.
The cleaning and laundry pro stay is included in the price offer.
Smoking is not allowed indoor, but is tolerated on the terrace.
Water and electricity are INCLUDED.
Secured underground parking space, in option (need to be reserved) for 4€/day.
The tourist office is nearby the apartment: Calle Arquitecto Julian Laguna 55.
