Este espacioso lodge de 2 pisos y 3 habitaciones se encuentra en 6 millas Bayou. Hay una rampa pública para botes al otro lado de la carretera. Es fácil acceder desde la autopista. Hay varias tiendas y estaciones de servicio en un radio de 12 millas. Corto viaje en bote a Toldeo Bend. Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila. Las puestas de sol desde el balcón del segundo piso son simplemente impresionantes. Puedes pescar desde el banco o debajo del puente.

Beautiful property. Easy to find. Harder to navigate if you’re pulling a boat trailer so I recommend dropping the boat in the lake at the boat ramp next door & then backing the empty trailer down the driveway. Makes life easier than the stress of backing your boat out into the road! Lol Kitchen is well stocked. Dock is nice! We had a great time!

Beautiful Views!

Wonderful host and accommodations! So many positives with this place. Not only is it waterfront, it is conveniently located across the street from the public boat ramp. I cant wait to book it again and enjoy the beautiful balcony view of the lake while drinking my morning coffee.

easy access to lake and hwy

Out stay was too short and rain kept us from being outdoors as much as we would have liked. Otherwise enjoyed our stay. Loved the balcony and view of the lake. Upstairs A/C unit not working real great so a little uncomfortable when I cooked. Very nice dock!

Great location very nice house

The location is great for fishing six mile area. Nice floating dock beautiful scenery. The house is nice everything was clean and the AC worked great even with the temp in the high 90s

1st cast, 1st morning caught fish right off the bank

Excellent location to the Six Mile creek and bridge. Boat ramp very convenient to this location. Plenty of fishing access right from the dock. Not necessary to boat too far saving fuel and maximizing fishing time. Very popular Crappie spot right under the overpass. Often times we didn't even fire up the big motor. We just trolled over and then worked the banks around the area. The house was comfortable and clean. There were 2 types of coffee pots. K-cup, and drip. The shower was good, as well the A/C worked great.We utilized the fish cleaning station which is covered. The water where you have access is mostly calm and peaceful. The area seemed protected when the wind would pick up from time to time. In the morning and evenings the water was flat. During the day there was quite a bit of road noise since the bridge and highway were so close, but didn't bother us. In the evening and night the traffic load goes way down. We didn't really hear much when we were sleeping. It may be a little tricky backing the boat in and out of the driveway, but is do-able. We pulled a 17' Bass boat, if you have too much truck then backing around to drive out, and staying on the driveway might be a challenge. The convenience of tying the boat up at the lakeside dock was a plus. The water was deep enough for just about any type of boat. Close to 5' around the dock and quickly went to 10'-14' when pulling away. There is a 110V outlet at the dock should you need to charge your boat batteries.

The lake house with a view

The house clean and very accommodating dock was perfect only had to launch and pick up once how convenient would be nice if I didn’t have to back onto hwy but we made it love the place mistakes checking in all my fault

Beautiful area

The house is nicely structured, godly clean, and cozy. Awesome spot for fishing, the laugh is acorss the street from the home. Perfect. However, we didnt like the amount of people that fish on the corner of the lot. I also wish the house was depersonalized. It feels as if you are staying a strangers home which you are but like they are there with you. The outside has one motion light that we could find, making it difficult to fry fish/BBQ outside.The notes left all over the house leaves you feeling uncomfortable and almost watched. This house checks all the boxes except for the comments mentioned that are minor.

Toledo Bend getaway

The house/property was conveniently located near the boat launch. Easy access to Six Mile. The house was clean and well stocked with linens, toiletries and kitchen needs. Beds were comfortable. The dock was well lit and safe to navigate. 5 Star review

Toledo Bend Lake Weekend

Excellent location for our fishing tournament on Toledo Bend. The house was comfortable and had plenty of parking for our vehicles. We enjoyed the pier and porch areas in the evenings and mornings. Highly recommend this property.

Great weekend

Very relaxing. First night catfished of the bank, filled up an ice chest. Next day went out in the boat and filled another ice chest full of catfish.Great place to stay and great area>

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We began looking for property in the Toledo Bend area in October 2014. The first time we saw this property in Six Mile Bayou, we feel in love with it. We purchased it shortly after we came to see it for the first time. We have not been sorry at all. The only feature it didn't have that we wanted was a boat dock. We will be putting one together in the near future.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Old time country atmosphere. Everybody is very friendly. The location is right across the street from the public boat launch. It is close to the marina and to the town.
