Check in was very smooth. Nicki responded promptly to any queries. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including sharp knives, which is a rarity! Very comfortable beds and lovely linen. Nice quiet site with plenty of life up at the bar

Widemouth bay holiday village

The chalet was very clean and tidy. The holiday village was surprisingly quiet but that came to our advantage as we could use the swimming pool, sauna etc to ourselves. Widemouth is beautiful and have is the ideal platform to travel wherever.

Lovely stay at Widemouth Bay Holiday village

A lovely little chalet, with everything you need for a stay. Clean, great communications. The holiday village itself is much improved since our last visit 13 years ago and our 6 year old granddaughter loved spending hours in the pool! It’s also perfectly placed for exploring wider North Cornwall

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay in the chalet. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. The chalet had everything you may need for a staycation, and the complex was great, our two young girls thoroughly enjoyed the pool! Only a 10minute coastal drive to Bude. Amazing communication from the host and the check in process was very easy. 100% recommend, and we will be back!

Amazing half term break!

We have just returned from a truly lovely holiday to North Cornwall. Nicki was a great host - communicating about the property clearly and promptly. She recommended several brilliant places to eat nearby - La Bocca pizzaria deliver to the holiday village and were delicious, Elements Italian restaurant had great atmosphere and views but best of all was Widemouth Manor hotel, a short stroll down the hill from the chalet. We saved this for our last night and the food (and sunset) was excellent. The chalet itself was perfect for our needs - we were on the beach for most of the week so it was great to have somewhere within walking distance. It was also spotlessly clean when we arrived! All in all, a superb place for a half term break with children. Highly recommend booking!

Lovely family holiday

It is a lovely chalet and everyone was impressed by how cosy, clean and convenient it is. I think the chalet looks better in person than on the photos.We are a family of 2 adults 2 little children and we could walk to the beach directly from the holiday village via a public pathway through farmland and it wasn't too challenging for the children to walk there (they still needed a little help). The chalet has a kitchen with everything needed which was really useful. I did a supermarket shopping in Bude and so we saved quite a lot simply by eating at the chalet. There's an outside shared lawn that the children could play on. The heated pool was really nice and not as deep which was reassuring, with children pool adjacent to it, and there's also a sauna which was good. They also offer paid spa treatments but I didn't use these but prices look cheaper than what you would normally pay in my area.Widemouth beach was gorgeous with stunning views. We also went to see Tintagel castle which is 30 min away by car and Bude which is about 10 min away by car. Communication with Nicki was quick and spot on and I can also say she's a very kind person.We had a great family time. Thank you :)

Great Place to Stay. Home from Home.

The property had everything needed to make a great holiday certainly a home from home. Lovely walk to the beach,to have breakfast at the Black Rock. Places to eat with in walking distance. The location was just right for exploring Cornwal.Would certainly recommend it and stay again.

Chalet 66 , Widemouth Bay Holiday Park .

We had good communication with the owner . Letting us know about things about the chalet before we arrived . Location was good with the beach about 15 min walk away . A local shop would be great as the nearest shops are in Bude about 4 miles. Chalet was nice and clean quite roomy . Really well equipped with literally everything you might need except for towels . Hoover , hairdryer beach things etc .There is no access to a laundrette or washers or dryers on the site . There is a slight issue was the hot water pressure but we had been told it was pretty low . So was aware of it before staying . Around the chalet the area was clean tidy , garden and lawns well maintained . There was lots of space around the chalet and seemed quiet . A little road noise but the lovely views down to Widemouth Bay and the coast line in to Bude are truly lovely . We would most definitely recommend staying here and will be returning in the future. Lovely stay in Whitemouth Bay

We had a lovely stay in chalet 66 in Widemouth Bay Park. It hadd all we needed for the short break including stuff for the beach for kids to play. Walking distance to the beach although could be a bit of a climb for some (fine for us). Surfing school nearby and places to explore like Bude, Timtagle and Bosinay. Would be great to have amenities in the main building open as not much to do on a rainy day. We had a great stay!

Lovely chalet

Myself husband and 5 yr old had the best holiday. It’s a lovely location moments from the beech by car black rock was our favourite and 5 min walk to a lovely pub with great food and play are for kids! I’m a runner so lovely runs along the cliffs into bude. Chalet is perfect size for three beautifully clean and has everything you need for a great stay, the owner is lovely and extremely helpful fabulous stay thank you.

Widemouth Bay in june

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive to Boscastle, Bossiney cove Bude even Dartmoor. Accommodation was just what we need; somewhere to eat, get warm and clean after a day on the beach.

A great little place for a quiet getaway

The chalet was well maintained and had a nice view overlooking the countryside and coast. It caught the sun nicely in the evening. It is a 5 minute walk to Widemouth Bay Manor which served delicious food, a beautiful place to eat and enjoy the view of the bay. It is about a 10 minute drive into Bude where there are plenty of shops and eating places. It was a shame that none of the facilities were open on site when we stayed, but we were prepared for this. There was a catering van on site on a Friday and Saturday evening. If you arrive with a lot of luggage there are trolleys available near the reception area which are very handy.
