We really enjoyed our stay here. We were just minutes from Gulf Shores and the property was very accommodating. The yard was also very nice for our dog, Bailey.

Great stay in Foley!

Great stay! Convenient to Foley parks and restaurants. Went for a basketball tournament and the price and location couldn't be beat. Well stocked and loved the floors and decor - charm of an older home.

Great rental

Our stay was great, nice house and location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Foley. Property manager was attentive. Would stay here again.

Nice place to stay

The overall stay was great. I wish there had been a nice porch swing on the large tree in the back yard that would have been awesome. The was clean and comfortable. The wi-fi is very slow. Nice walk to shops and restaurants.

Short stay

I enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk downtown were they were hosting fall activities such as the Cupcake festival. The family had a great time.

While on a busy street, this property is quiet and secluded. Convenient to everything. It's an older house, but that just means there is more character. It's in great shape, clean and plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Great Location

The location is so convenient to Gulf Shores. The owner was quick to respond and answered any questions we had. The house was clean and even though it is on a busy street it was very quiet.

Fall Break Getaway

This was the perfect place to do Fall Break with kids! Foley is a cute town with great local shops, and it’s a quick drive to some beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. My son and our family dog especially enjoyed the fenced back yard and close proximity to a lovely park.

Temp home

We stayed here for two months while purchasing a house in the Foley area. We loved staying here. The house is exactly as described and was excellent for our needs. It is walking distance to local restaurants and the park where local events are held. The owners are super friendly and very accomadating. The fenced in backyard was great for our two puppies. I would highly recommend staying here for either long or short term, you will definitely enjoy your stay.

As advertised

The house was just as described and very comfortable with all amenities. Lots of parking (not that I needed it) and very close to everything. No noise from the roads could be heard. Likely to make it my place to stay in Foley.

The location was great for us. The property manager got back to us on question immediately. It was quite at night. The fenced in yard was very helpful for our small dog.

Perfect home, great location

We traveled to be with family in the area. We we’re looking for a place conveniently located in town…and this home is definitely it! Older home, but that’s what we loved about it. We could walk around downtown easily and it was close to our Foley family members. The owner/manager responded quickly when I reached out. Would absolutely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Quaint, charming older home

This home brought back memories of old farm homes from our younger days with the wood floors and trim. Also offered some modern features with the remodeled bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and the walks to the parks as well as on the Rose Trail. Close to Tangler Outlet Mall, OWA and short distance to Orange Beach.

New Orleans Style and CONVENIENT!

We loved this home and location. Everything was wonderful! Walking distance to Christmas in the downtown center and parade route. Convenient being on corner of main road but access to side roads in the event of traffic congestion. Our dogs had their own space. Our teens had their own space. The adults had their own space. The fenced in yard was a BIG BONUS for our pups! The hosts were amazing! Looking forward to our next trip to Foley so we can stay here again!!

Perfect Getaway Location

I dont normally leave reviews, but this stay was 10/10! First, Steve is amazing, great communication and accommodating of guest needs. My family drove 11hrs arriving way earlier then intended. Steve allowed us to have an early check in, which was great being that I (39F) had my elderly father (75), 3 sons (23, 8, 4) and 2 fur babies. The house was clean and neat, no weird smells. The house is older but has some modern updates. Very comforting & cozy with an old home feel. It is very charming and on a quiet street. Only 11 miles from the beach, it does take almost 30-mins to drive just 11 miles because of traffic, but you will hit beach traffic no matter where you stay. I promise the stay here is worth it. The outlet mall is just 5 mins down the road. Everything you could possibly need is all on the same street as the rental house, it is a straight shot to all stores, outlets and the beach. Convince at its best! 5 STARS my family will be returning. We had an amazing experience.

Just Perfect for our needs

Location was perfect! Make sure you have breakfast at Bagel Boy. You can walk to it. Beds were great! Bathrooms are up to date and nice. Ceiling fans in every room. Washer and dryer were clean and looked newer. AC works great and we were there the hottest week of the year! Very roomy and we just felt very comfortable being there. There's even an outside shower for rinsing off the sand from being at the beach. The fenced yard was nice and allows privacy. The owner is super quick to respond and seems really nice. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again.

Reviews are inaccurate

The reviews of this property were not what we found at check in. When we arrived the smell of mold hit me right away, I thought maybe the house had just been closed up for a period of time. We continued to bring our belongings into the house, but the smell didn't dissipate. Further inspection indicated that the living room furniture was in serious need of cleaning. I contacted the host to advise that my asthma would not allow me to stay here and was told they did not have a mold problem, the house was old and smelled accordingly. Since my breathing was affected we locked up and found other accomodations. None of the reviews addressed this issue and since there is no refund 48 hours before the reservation, I wanted to give other customers my experience

Great location for a graduation weekend getaway

We stayed here with our adult daughter for her graduation weekend at Columbia Southern. The location was great. We were walking distance to some great restaurants and a nice downtown park area. We were less than 10 minutes to the OWA area where the graduation was held and 20 to 30 minutes (depending on traffic) to the beach. The house was comfortable and the fenced in yard was appreciated by our pup. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing break before holiday rush

The house was convenient to local coffee shops, restaurants, and not far from the beach. We had friends staying on the beach that we met up with daily. It was easy to meet them, but not have to stay in the middle of the crush of beach traffic. The door was a little iffy. The keyless lock was great, but the door looked like it could be opened with a hard push. The blinds were dusty, and the previous visitors left crumbs under beds that my pups found. The yard was GREAT! The pups loved the yard. We had a great vacation before the fall holidays start. Thank you for opening your home to us!
