Nuestro cómodo condominio en la costa sur del tercer piso está justo en el océano, por lo que VERÁ y ESCUCHARÁ el sonido de las olas tan pronto como abra la puerta de su casa. El condominio, con muebles elegantes y contemporáneos, cuenta con una cómoda cama king de California. Relájese "en casa" y disfrute del océano mientras está sentado adentro o afuera en su lanai. Snorkel con tortugas justo en frente del condominio (a veces también vemos Eagle Rays en nuestra bahía). Este es uno de los mejores sitios de buceo en tierra en la isla y nuestro edificio es constantemente calificado como uno de los mejores. El condominio está muy bien amueblado para que pueda comenzar a relajarse con comodidad a su llegada. ¡Entra y ponte como en casa! La mayoría de los huéspedes que se quedan en nuestra Suite Rising Sun * regresan *, por cierto ...

What a find!! Every comfort was provided for our idyllic Poipu vacation. We warched the turtles swim every day from our private balcony. The kitchen was outfitted for every need, including sharp knives, appliances and barware. We love to purchase fresh local fish, vegetables and fruit..this condo felt like home in paradise. WE WILL RETURN!

Our experience at Denise’s Poipu condo was fabulous. The property sits about a bay and as you look out to amazing sunrises and watch turtles float along you are massaged by the rhythmic waves which was magicfor us. The modern style is welcoming and well equipped including beach chairs, rock shoes and towels. Being situated right next door the The Beach House restaurant was great for food, conversations and amazing sunsets. We had not been to Kauai for a number of years so we ventured out a lot leaving me a bit remorseful that I didn’t just stay at the condo and allow those waves to cover me with peacefulness with the needed self care of slowing down. We will return.

This was the perfect property for our stay. Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The balcony was perfect for evening turtle watching. We appreciated the quiet condo feel.

It was our first time to Kauai and the suite was perfect for our experience. Sunrises were beautiful every morning and while we weren't able to snorkel in the bay due to the swell, we had a great time on the deck watching the myriad of sea turtles swimming in it. Denise is wonderful and showed the aloha that we so often forget in life.

Amazing location- saw sea turtles daily, monk seal, black crabs, snorkeling was excellent. Best place to watch sunrise (from balcony) and sunset (from condo grounds). Condo was well stocked with kitchen items and bath items. Having the beach umbrella and chairs, beach towels and cooler was so important and we appreciated having that available very much.

This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. When you walk in you immediately feel like you are staying somewhere that is clean and well taken care of. It is very modern also. The property had everything you needed, kitchen supplies , bathroom supplies, and beach supplies. The views were breath taking. Ocean and plenty of greenery. When you wake up you are greeted by a beautiful sunrise from the bed. The location was perfect as well. You are very close to poipu beach and other shops. Baby beach is in walking distance. Denise was a sweetheart. Ive already suggested to everyone I know to stay at this condo if they ever come to Kauai! 10/10 recommend this!

Perfect!

Just a perfect place! Private, cozy, and great location. Very comfortable bed! We cooked in every night and ate on the lanai, with amazing ocean sounds and view!

Can’t say enough about the condo and what a great stay it was. Denise is an exceptional host. She’s very warm and kind, and has thought of literally everything! The condo is beautifully decorated… and the view omg! You can see the sun come up right from the living room and hear the sound of the waves… it’s so relaxing. The condo is so chic, decorated really nicely and up to date. Not to mention, it’s outfitted with everything you need, and stuff you didn’t know you needed. I’ve stayed in some places that have been really sparse, not here… you have everything you need to be really comfortable. Denise is very gracious and accommodated our schedule to make check in/ out a breeze. I will def look up her property when I come back and highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel spoiled and be in great location!

Kauai stay

We enjoyed Kauai for the few days we were there. The property was very clean and well appointed. The balcony has beautiful views and it is close proximity to a tiny beach next to a the Beach House restaurant that offers snorkeling gear rental. Debbie was very responsive during check-in. We found the bedroom a little on the warm side, even with windows open. The bedroom fan was set on one speed (low). We did try to turn on the small A/C unit but it didn’t turn on for us. A 10 day per day charge applies, so we just skipped. Laundry is not in unit, so be sure to have small bills or change if doing laundry. The road the building sits on was a bit noisy, there happened to be motor cycle traffic our last night.

A little slice of paradise

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked, well-equipped unit with wonderful views of the bay and ocean. There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of waves crashing against rocks which you can hear throughout the condo. We began and ended our days on the balcony taking advantage of the views and sounds. We enjoyed seeing turtles in the bay and the nightly migration of parrots coming to roost for the night in the surrounding trees. You can take a short walk around to the grassy area in back and watch some pretty awesome surfing. You can see a small stretch of road looking left from the balcony but it’s not a big deal bc you will be focused on the bay and ocean. We never turned on the TV. The WiFi worked fine. The nearby shopping center has some very nice restaurants. Denise was a great host - very nice and informative and communicated well.

Perfect Retreat

This was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of Kauai. So close to the water and with the beautiful view from our balcony we enjoyed “staying in” for a few dinners. We would definitely recommend the location to friends and family looking for a place in Kauai.

Beautiful Stay

Beautiful property! It was exactly as advertised! Able to see Sea Turtles from the balcony most days! The host was very detailed and was there to answer any questions that we may have had. We plan to stay again in the future!

The view is gorgeous

Let me start off by saying, hearing the waves crash as you lie in bed is literally what dreams are made of. The view was gorgeous, it was a real treat to sit out on the patio, and enjoy the scenery. I did have a mishap the first night of my stay, but the homeowner was gracious enough to rectify the situation. Unfortunately the maid did not do there job properly, because the bedding looked dirty and had stains. The homeowner came right away, and washed the sheets herself, which was very accomadating of her (shes very nice). It did take away from the over all experience though. The condo also felt a bit sterile as far as decorations go for a 500 a night price tag. Location was exellent. Overall I had a nice time at the condo. I would consider coming back on my next trip to Kauai.

Fabulous

My husband & I Loved our condo; details like a local number for Safeway grocery, lawn chairs, beach towels etc, nice touches. Very spacious, loved the closets & cabinets so it wasn’t cluttered with our stuff. Clean, minimal decor was great; the little cart was just fun! The host tidbits about everything was so helpful, lowering the blinds, the cross breeze to name a few. Thank you we enjoyed our stay!

A Turtle Treasure!

Spent a lot of time on the lanai reading or being distracted from reading by the sea turtles! Condo was as described. Denise is a well versed host who is kind and gives you all the instruction you need!

We first ventured to Kaua'i in 1998 and never looked back! After many visits to the island, and managing our oceanfront condo rentals from the SF Bay area, we left Silicon Valley and moved to the island in 2002. BEST decisions we've ever made -- except our marriage almost 31 years ago.

You can not get any closer to the ocean, and our building is just a few minutes drive to famous Po'ipu Beach Park, the Grand Hyatt, and many other well-known resorts. The Botanical Garden and Spouting Horn are minutes away, as are a multitude of restaurants and shops. Yet our building is "off the beaten path," which means peaceful, quiet serenity....

Hop on the elevator to the third floor, enter your front door, and you are looking at OCEAN. Your private lanai consists of clear, plexi glass for unobstructed views, so no peeking through the railing. Watch the turtles frolick and feed -- from the lanai, OR from inside your condo.
