Unidad 012 - Siete Conchas - Niza casa situada en la zona boscosa aquí en la isla. El exterior de esta casa ofrece un camino circular, de gran tamaño del barco cubierto y vallado en el patio trasero si decide traer a su mascota de la familia. A s���lo un minuto en coche del muelle de barcos públicos - ya un tiro de piedra del carril bici y el Santuario de Aves Audubon. Dentro de la casa cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos baños. El principal ofrece una doble y ba������o privado con una televisi��n y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio, as������������. Hay una sala de literas con dos literas individuales en el tercer dormitorio. Los segundo y tercer dormitorio comparten un ba���o completo. La cocina está totalmente equipada y también tiene una gran mesa de comedor. Asientos c���������modos en la sala de estar con una bonita pantalla plana para ver tus espectáculos favoritos despu����������s de un largo d��a de pesca y explorar la isla. La ropa de siempre. Parrilla de carbón. De no fumadores. Cargos adicionales: tarifa de limpieza, impuesto de hospedaje del 11%, tarifa de reserva no reembolsable y exenci����n de daños. Seguro de viaje se ofrece ahora. Call me a Karen if you wish, but this place was a dump. Here's our lovely list--Bulb in light blown over kitchen table-Living room fan/light not working at all-Coffee maker outdated with live cockroach that crawled from under it-Bathroom had barely any hand soap-TP roll just sitting on counter-No holder-Duct tape in bathroom shower to cover holes-No tvs in bedrooms-Wifi goes in and out-unable to stream apps-literally had 2 channels to choose from-Came in to 2 large dead cockroaches/water bugs in the floor-Front door hard to open and exit from inside due to wooden blinds not fitting correctly on door-blocks the handle where you cannot turn it!-No backyard patio furniture on large deck out back-Deck also needs a rebuild soon -Dog friendly property BUT huge missing part of fence where ac unit was, dog got out and ran!!!!!! Please don't list as fenced in yard and not have a complete fence!!-Lacks any personal touch whatsoever-Bedroom fans do not let you run fan without light on! Not great for hot sleepers!-Had to move bed just to plug in the 2 lamps on nightstands!-No grill brush- had to buy one and left it for the next family -Place needs some serious upgrades and TLC----No thought whatsoever put into accommodations. Honestly the only 2 positives were the A/C and location of property. Save your money and look elsewhere! I invite the rental company to stay here for 5 nights and really see what they are renting to people!

Quaint, charming, down to earth vibe

We enjoyed our stay in this small home, but it was everything we needed. Felt like a home that was lived in, and we were just passing throuhh on a journey. We appreciated the small space in a world that wants to push families apart, this felt like a place to bring them together.

Dauphin Island Getaway

Seven Shells was a great place for our little Christmas holiday! It was neat and clean, and stocked with all of the necessities. One perk which appealed to us was there were only five or six steps to climb rather than the 20-30 commonly found on stilted beach houses. We were very comfortable. Though it isn’t directly on the water, the location is very convenient to all the amenities of this lovely little town. We found there were several places of interest to visit, and also many restaurants which came highly recommended. The little grocery market had a surprising selection of necessities and more. One small disappointment was the backyard grill, which was very cheap and not cleaned. And there was a nice television in the living area, but not a lot of content was available, perhaps due to the spotty WiFi, which I guess isn’t surprising given the somewhat remote location. ACP Vacation Rentals were very helpful and provided easy instructions and information about the property. We would love to go back!

Great Place To Stay

Dauphin Island is fantastic. This house is small but has great utility. The second bedroom (has a tv) mattress is a little suspect but we switched to the master bedroom and it was fine. I prefer the location (east end) as the west end is a little congested. Our location was perfect. Quiet, safe and easy access. For $10 a day you can park at east, west and middle beaches. There are four free beaches (small coves) but for $10…….. you pay once and it’s good for all the locations. The west end doesn’t allow pets. Overall though the island is very pet friendly. We wouldn’t go anywhere that discriminates against dogs - LOL. Overall, I give the entire experience an B+. The only reason it doesn’t get an A is due to the dining experiences. Pirate Pizza and Wings is fantastic along with Pirates Bar and Grill has excellent food. The others were not very good but that could be because we were there prior to when the season officially opened.

Check in/out process was a breeze due to the amazing staff! The poperty was exactly what I expected. Clean, well organized, and had all the essentials that we needed.

Cozy and comfortable

The property was just what we wanted, off the beach but close to numerous beach access points. We loved being on the wooded area of the island and the Audubon Bird Sanctuary and ferry were both extremely accessible. There is some construction on a massive lodge and boat shop next door so I will be interested to see what happens to this quaint, quiet street when it opens. One other issue we had was the air conditioning and washer didn't work properly, but the property management were helpful and prompt.

Great little house!

Just what we needed

Beautiful & clean home.This home is only 1 of 2 homes on the street. They are currently building a large complex at the end of the street and construction was noisy during the mornings. We would have preferred that they started working later in the morning...but what are you going to do? We loved the front porch and the company even had a fan delivered for us to enjoy. We'd love to come back next summer, hopefully when construction on the property next door is complete.

Cute house, lots of room inside, fenced yard.

We liked the outside setting with the trees. We liked the bike trail being so close to the house. We though it was neat to have lime trees in the yard with limes on them. We enjoyed having a wrap around deck even though the boards were a bit weathered. We liked having a gate on the side of the deck to keep our dog from getting out. We liked the covered front porch. The house looks small from the outside but once inside, the open floor plan really opens it up. Nicely decorated. Love the furniture throughout. The fenced yard was nice to have for our pet. We stored our bicycles in the shed out back for protection. We rented movies from the RedBox location and bought seafood from the local market. Both of these were within a mile or so from the house. We recommend Skinners Seafood. They will steam the food for you for a flat rate of $1.50. There is a pastry shop in the area too that has awesome cinnamon rolls. We found our favorite spot on the beach down one of the side roads for public beach access. This was our first time at the beach during August. The crowds were a lot less than other months. We didn't make it to the Bird Sanctuary as we were there during the stormiest time in August. Our trips were just to the beach and back for a few hours at a time.

Great property!

Everything we needed was there. Spacious well mainteined property. 1 to 1 and half mile to the public beach, its kind in the center of the island. Close to the stores

Fantastic home away from home!

This home was incredible- so much more than a rental, it felt like home! The kitchen was full stocked with anything you need- the beds and linens were super comfy, and the property was clean and well decorated! This was our first trip to Dauphin Island and we will return again! The people are friendly and helpful and there's a lot to do! However- plan to eat out EARLY!! Places close early!! Like 7pm!
