Tiene capacidad para 10 personas, 1 cama extragrande, 1 cama grande, 2 gemelas, una cama Queen con sofá cama y un futón doble. Situado en un barrio privado con impresionantes vistas a la montaña. El patio trasero está completamente cercado y es perfecto para hacer barbacoas en la parrilla de gas Weber y disfrutar de la belleza de Reno. Convenientemente ubicado a pocos minutos del centro de Reno y Sparks, ya sólo 40 minutos de Truckee y las principales estaciones de esquí de Tahoe. Nice home, easy access

Great property, it felt like home while we lived there for six weeks. Owner was very nice and prompt in responding to our questions. Very convenient to getting anywhere in the Reno area.

Our family of five stayed at the Reno home for three nights. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house was conveniently located and perfect for what our family needed. We would rent again if ever returning to the area.

Family friendly, clean, comfortable home - near everything, but QUIET!!

We enjoyed our stay as a family very much. Relaxing and conducive to family bonding. Very clean and nice to have a garage to pull into! Short trip to downtown activities, library and groceries. In the summer - easy to access outdoor adventures.

Great family sized house

Stayed here with my family and dogs, 9 members in all. Enjoyed all the amenities including full kitchen, garage, backyard, washer and dryer, short drive to grocery stores and downtown. It was great! There we even extras like some cooking supplies and dishes, blankets, and a grill out back. Would recommend!

the house was very nice and clean. Very quiet neighborhood which we loved! All the linens, towels, toilet paper, and everything were well stocked. The beds were very comfortable with memory foam toppers.

Perfect Rental House!

This house is a great rental. It is conveniently located to downtown Reno. The house is spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable. The backyard is fenced, safe, and perfect for dogs. We really couldn't be happier with our stay. Thank you!

Truly a Home away from Home

My husband and I stayed for a few days with our two small dogs. Aside from some light groceries the home had everything we needed. Just a short drive to downtown although I found it nice and peaceful to have a bit of distance away from the downtown area. Will definitely try to reserve when we return to the Reno area.

Excellent space!! Our family of 5 was very comfortable here.

The layout of this home is excellent and made for a very comfortable home away. We had plenty of room to entertain guests and play games as a family. The kitchen had just about everything we needed (measuring spoons were the only thing missing). We were able to bake Christmas cookies and cook a beautiful Christmas dinner for 8 here. I did mention to Cindy the only thing they may want to add is a brush for the grill. We would recommend this property to anyone and I hope it is available for my next visit to Reno.

Very impressed with the house

Love it in the perfect location for the event we came for . sleep 8 with no problem and having the garage available to us was perfect we will be booking again for the same event again hopefully it's available for the next few years at this time

Very nice home.

The home was very nice, it looked like a model home. My son loved it so much he didn't want to leave. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. There was an issue with the A/C, but the owners immediately responded to the issue. It was a quiet area. Though we didn't use it, there was a BBQ area in the backyard (it was too hot when we went). I would definitely stay there again.

Would definitely stay here again...

The house has all the amenities you would expect and then some. Loved the open floor plan. King sized beds aren't always easy to find which I appreciated. The only slight downer is that it's a few minutes away from everything, but not bad enough that I wouldn't stay here again. Great communication from the owner, great experience overall!

Great Place To Stay!

Stayed here two weekends in a row for my daughters volleyball tournaments at the convention center downtown. Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping for food/coffee. Owners quick to respond to drain issue with bathtub. Highly recommend! Will stay next year for the same tournaments-

Perfect location for anyone visiting UNR, Lake Tahoe, Reno, Carson City or Donner Lake Areas

Our family absolutely loved this house! We came up to the Reno area for 5 days to spend time with our daughter who is graduating from UNR this Spring. During our stay, we were able to visit and explore Carson City, Truckee, Donner Lake, Lake Tahoe plus the entire Reno area. This property is close to all of these local destinations. The house was clean, quiet and ready for the 6 of us. We hosted a BBQ on one of the nights for a few of my daughter's friends and were able to grill chicken on the BBQ grill and cook a meal in the kitchen. We loved the open area for the kids to play games and just spend family time together. Everything we needed was there--coffee pot (a Keurig + a regular coffee pot), pots, pans, towels, iron, washer/dryer, hair dryer, TV, soap, shampoo (which we did not expect those items), and all of the dishes, utensils, paper products that we needed to make breakfast or dinner at this home. The home was large enough that we all had our own space, but quaint and small enough that it provided areas for our family to create awesome memories. PLUS, we were able to bring our dog with us. The owners were PERFECT to correspond with, and we had no issues getting in or out of the house. For anyone traveling to Northern Nevada or for UNR graduations, I would HIGHLY recommend this home instead of a hotel. We miss it already! A big thank you to the owners for the hospitality. Cindy (Home Owner) was organized and all necessary information (Lock Key Box, Wifi, Thermostat etc) were all printed on the side of the refridgerator when we arrived. We loved our stay and made sure the kids left the house clean and orderly upon our departure. We truly appreciate being able to share your home for a few days. Fun vacation

We had a great little vacation there. It was nice and quiet there. And not too far from anything you need. I would recommend to take a drive to pyramid lake very short drive and beautiful.

Great House, good location, GARAGE was a life saver!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cindy's home in Reno. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms were also well equipped and we appreciated having the shampoo, conditioner, and soaps available. Having a washer and dryer also meant we didn't have to take as many clothes , which freed up room in the classic car. We especially enjoyed being able to tuck our 1956 Chevy BelAir into the garage at night and not having to worry about it being damaged. We plan on coming back for next years Hot August Nights event and staying here again. Thank you for providing such a great place to call home during our stay there in Reno.

The house was beautiful & a perfect fit for our family

This house was great, the owners went above & beyond to make us feel right at home. Very easy instructions to all house amenities. They provided toiletries, detergent etc. It was close to grocery store, gas station & restaurants. I would recommend this to any family looking to have a homey feel. We will definitely rent this property again next year.
