We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It has a well equipped kitchen which is great, and it is situated a ten minute walk from the beach. The entrance to the beach is located in between the Redsina and Rixos hotels. The entry to the beach costs 55 Egyptian pounds and includes the use of sunbeds and umbrellas. We would recommend the apartment to others. Andrew who manages the apartment was very helpful and informative. He picked us up at the airport and arranged drop off at an additional cost.

Fantastic First Visit To Sharm

From pick-up to drop-off, everything was fantastic about this rental. The apartment had everything we needed, and the sun baked rooftop terrace was just what we needed after a gloomy Irish winter. We loved the locality to the shops,supermarkets, and local bars so much that we've already booked the apartment again for November.

Excellent location very clean and spacious apart mentioned. Easy access to shops and restaurants.

Absolutely brilliant. Lovely apartment with everything you need. Beautiful, massive swimming pool. The owner was very informative and no question was to much. Lee even arranged transport both ways from the airport with a tour of sharm and it's good restardust's and also informed us of other places we could visit and how much to expect to pay in a taxi.

Very nice apartment

This is a really nice apartment. It is clean, has a good kitchen, and includes a comfortable bed. The owner communicates quickly and is very helpful. The local manager was a great help as well. Internet can be secured nearby (e.g., a Vodafone store). The complex is in a good location and includes a nice pool. I recommend this apartment highly and would stay here again.

Home from home

From start to finish both Lee (the owner) and Andrew (the manager) were brilliant. I can’t rate them highly enough. Great communications and really helpful advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone, it has everything that you would need and is located in a perfect location (everything is just a short stroll away). My favourite thing was the roof terrace, perfect for sun worshipers. Will definitely be returning. Thanks so much for everything

Fantastic

Had an amazing time. The flat was first class, was really clean Had everything like home from home; but with sunshine. Plenty of clean towels for use and bedding. Washing machine. Which I really liked and want the same it played pretty tunes. Everything was modern not like some places I've stayed . Would highly recommend. It's close to shops and bars .ideal location. Would stay again

Fijn verblijf in de zon met Kerst / Nieuwjaar!

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Sharm el Sheikh. Lee is een super verhuurder die altijd per direct antwoord geeft op elke vraag die we vooraf hadden. Ook Andrew ter plaatse is een goede aanvulling, super ontvangst met uitleg waar wat te vinden is in Sharm. Indien nodig onderneemt hij ook direct actie. De locatie is prima, alles op loopafstand. Het enige waar Lee ook niets aan kan verhelpen is de omroeper die je elke morgen om 5.00 uur wekt! We hebben de airconditioning maar ingeschakeld om de buitengeluiden te minimaliseren. In het appartement zelf is alles aanwezig, voldoende handdoeken, badlakens etc. Het enige wat volgens onze mening beter kan is het schoonmaken. Misschien hebben wij pech gehad, maar de schoonmaakorganisatie die voor onze aankomst zou moeten zorgen dat het netjes was, hebben dat verzaakt. Jammer, Lee zal hier toch ook voor moeten betalen. PS Lee: Nog bedankt voor de fles wijn met Kerst!

Ho soggiornato una settimana nell'appartamento a Sharm el Sheikh.

Ho soggiornato una settimana a Sharm el Sheikh e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatta della cortesia e della disponibilità del proprietario Lee dell'appartamento sia nella comunicazione per email prima di prenotare sia al momento dell'atterraggio all'aeroporto poichè Andrew mi ha atteso anche se l'aereo ha avuto un'ora di ritardo. Arrivata all'appartamento Andrew è stato molto cortese e mi ha indicato le spiagge dove poter andare poichè le spiagge erano raggiungibili solo tramite chi soggiornava nei resort. A sharm ci sono pulmini o taxi molto economici per muoversi da un posto all'altro. L'appartamento si trova in un complesso un pò trascurato ma l'appartamento in sè è molto carino e curato, c'è la cucina,il soggiorno e anche una bella terrazza. Io ho usato solo la camera perchè ero sempre in giro. Vicino all'appartamento è possibile prenotare delle belle escursioni. Consiglio molto questo appartamento.

A relaxing break in glorious Sharm

Communication with the owner pre holiday, and with the property manager onsite in Sharm throughout my stay were both excellent. The apartment was as described and I felt completely safe throughout my holiday. The roof terrace was a favourite place to enjoy the sun during my stay. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation. Thanks for a great holiday!

Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schönes Appartement. Es war alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, auch die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt organisiert. Das Appartement selbst ist in einem guten Zustand, das Gelände bzw. der Pool benötigt etwas Renovierung. Gereinigt wird dieser auf jeden Fall täglich. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war immer vorhanden man konnte diesen Tag und Nacht erreichen, wenn es etwas war. Vielen Dank dafür! Leider konnten wir die große Dachterrasse nicht so nutzen wie wir es geplant hatten, da es einfach zu heiß war, vielleicht beim nächsten Mal. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Una sicurezza

Ero già stata in questo appartamento e sono contenta di esserci tornata. Nabq è la zona di Sharm che io preferisco è l'appartamento è in posizione strategica, vicino al supermercato e a vari negozi e locali. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutto, lenzuola, federe, asciugamani di varie misure, teli mare, asse da stiro e ferro, stendino ecc...Non dovete portare nulla 😊 Bello il roof con lettini e divano...noi ci abbiamo fatto il barbecue una sera....bella vista sulla grande piscina ed all'orizzonte si vede il mare. Sinceramente non vedo l'ora di tornarci.

I enjoyed my stay in the apartment and the view of the whole compound

It was charming except for the terrible smell from the driange rooms beside each building. I also advice to arrange that we could use any nearby beach with cards prepaid and with fixed prices.

reibungsloser Ablauf der Buchung und des vom Vermieter organisierten Transfer vom Flughafen ab und zurück. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig und gut eingerichtet. Die Dachterasse könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, war dennoch oft dort in der Sonne gelegen. Ich würde es wieder anmieten.

SUPER APPARTEMENT ET TRèS GRANDE PISCINE

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement de Mr LEE tout était parfait et très joli il ne manque rien même les serviettes de toilettes et de bain et de plage surtout que cela prend de la place dans les valises .La piscine est très grande et très bien entretenue nous avions eu la piscine pour nous seul ,la terrasse privée quel bonheur ,très agréable avec bain de soleil ou vous pouvez bronzer.Quand vous sortez de l'appartement il y a des magasins tout autour et des super marché pour ses courses .Si vous voulez aller plus loin comme a Soho square ou Mama Bay vous prenez un bus pour presque rien .Mr Lee est très sympa et gère de loin quand on a un problème .Il y a aussi Andrew qui s'occupe de l'appartement quand vous arrivez qui est trés gentil.Je recommande cet appartement et j'espère qu'une autre fois j'aurais l'occasion d'y retourner

Great stay

Had a great stay at the sharm bride resort and Lee communicated all relevant information effectively to us before and after our visit. Apartment offered us everything we needed for our 11 day stay and comes with a great selection of amenities, like towels and extension leads for English plugs, which we appreciated during or stay. The apartment also has a lovely roofed area with nicer sunbeds than the ones provided around the pool. The apartment itself is very clean and the bathroom and shower where particularly nice. Water and electricity meters have to be toped up by visitors but this is cheap and we were more than happy to do this as we definatly got more than value for money with the apartment itself. We will definatly be returning in the future. Thanks again Lee

good place

we had a nice stay , it is a full option apartment , but i got few things that i have noticed 1)the owner should pay the electricity and the water in relative to the lease cost which was 4700 egyption pound in 7 days only and i paid 300 for the electricity which eventually costed me 5000 which i think was a much i could talke a five stars hotel with dinner n breakfast with the same amount 2) no see view u gotta talke a taxi to reach the beach n its nt free 350 for 7 days 3) there was an electric stove rather than a gas stove which was slow i couldnt cook at all n it consumed much power literally 2 hours to cook a meal..4) the dogs were swimming in the same pool we swam in rather than that everything was ok its was very clean apartment fully furnished every thing is working good n no noise over the place at all and its safe, andrew is agood man straight forward very helpful n friendly . definitely i would recommend it for any one n i hope the owner wont be sad bcz its a constructive criticism

Lovely apartment in an ideal location - perfect!

Stayed in this apartment in May and it is absolutely lovely, i couldn't fault it. Furnished to a high standard and very clean it was ideal for our stay. The pool area was fab and if you didnt fancy sunbathing down there the private roof terrace is great too. Lee, the owner, is really friendly and ready to answer any questions you have and Stuart and Terry who manage the apartment are very lovely as well. The apartment is in a nice, quiet and convenient location close enough to the bars, restaurants and shops to walk to but far enough away to not even realise they're closeby. I will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent Property!

Me and my husband stayed at this property from the 17 April - 30 April. We had our wedding on a yacht in Sharm. I contacted Lee the owner last minute as I had been let down with previous accommodation. Lee was very quick to help and accommodate us. We had a lovely time, we were kindly greeted and showed around by Stuart & Tina who maintain the apartment for Lee. The apartment is a very nice place to stay for a couple or a family, everything you need is there ready for you when you arrive. We found the staff around the residence were very kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a "Good morning, how are you." The location of the apartment itself is ideal a British bar just outside of the complex and lots of shops to look around. Perfect location for my Mum to take wedding pictures by the pool too! We will definitely be returning and have already recommended Lee's apartment to friends and relatives back in the UK. Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Thank you very much Lee, Stuart & Tina! Perfect Apartment

The apartment was great for what I needed. The booking process was easy, the owner provided lots of information, arranged transfers and upon arrival the apartment and its facilities were explained fully. The apartment is clean in a good location and on a lovely site.

A great 5 days in the sun!

Spent 5 days here in November and had a really good time. Apartment was bright, clean and tidy with everything you would hope to find (including a new flat screen LCD with HDMI). Roof terrace was a sunbathers paradise and had a nice breeze and comfy sun loungers. Complex is large with an amazing pool which wasnt too cold either which is the norm for most pools in Sharm in November. We seemed to be the only ones in the pool most of the time which was another plus point (low numbers due to unrest but visitor numbers are picking up now). Union Jack bar is at the complex entrance as are a few mini-markets. Food was mediocre at best (all meat overcooked) but very good prices, Also has live sky sports. Location is within walking distance of nightlife / restaurants but you may need a taxi home due to the large food portions! Local beach is about a 10 minute walk (although took us 30 as we didnt know which way to go initially). We would definitely rent the apartment again if we visit this part of Sharm again.

We live in Leicestershire, UK & enjoy travelling & holidays in sunny locations & kept going back to Sharm El Sheikh, year after year because of the year round sun, snorkelling & diving. We originally bought a property in Sharm in 2008 but bought this property off our friends in 2011 & we use it as a holiday home for ourselves as well as renting it to help cover the costs!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The great thing out this property is it is located within easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars & the beach unlike some properties in Sharm which are 'in the middle of nowhere'. Our favourite things are the large private roof terrace & large pool which you have to yourself most of the time. Nabq Bay is a very up & coming area & is very laid back & relaxed compared to Naama Bay. There are a good selection of restaurants & bars & a nice beach walkway.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Sitting on the roof terrace either by day soaking up the sun on the sun loungers or by night having a BBQ & bottle of wine this is a special place. You have the mountains one way & the sea the other & you can look out over the large pool.

We talk to so many people who go to Sharm & love the place but end up in crowded hotels having bland all inclusive food. We like to relax in our own space & do things at our own pace. We like to walk to the local restaurants or maybe pop to the local supermarket for some fresh seafood to put on the BBQ on the roof terrace & enjoy this washed down with some local wine.

The apartment itself is well furnished & comfortable & air-conditioned.

We try to provide everything that you'd need on holiday in addition to the usual essentials of cutlery, crockery, kitchenware, bedding & towels, etc. we provide that bit more. Pool / beach towels, a good selection of books, pack or cards, phrasebook, ice bucket for the wine, satellite TV.

We believe in being 100% honest. The resort itself is now a little tired and there are not a huge team of gardeners and maintenance staff like The Four Seasons so it is not as well maintained as we would like (we are in discussion with the resort management on this). Also like many places in Sharm there are some "half built" buildings on either side of the resort. We keep our apartment clean and tidy with a local British manager and the pool is amazing. If you want a busy "hotel" resort with busy pool, constant entertainment and music, this is not for you - but if you like your own space, peace and quiet and doing things at your own pace in a more local / rustic environment this is for you!
