The perfect property for a relaxing week in the sun. There was plenty of space for our party of 12 but still felt homely. Great pool and facilities. The surrounding area is peaceful and beautiful.

The villa was located in a quiet coastal village, perfect for 6 couples vacationing together. The ground floor, with pool and covered patio, was surrounded by beautiful landscaping and a privacy wall. Some ocean views were visible from the second level, but the best sunrises and sunsets were enjoyed on the accessible open rooftop.The local market was only a 10 minute walk, and was perfect for fresh necessities. A full grocery store was less than a 10 minute drive away.Visitors need only bring their own personal items and drinking water.Proprieter was very kind, helpful, and responsive. The house was very clean and in great condition. We had an excellent, comfortable stay.

We recently stayed at Villa Cristina for two weeks with a large group of 16 people, and everything was just absolutely perfect!The house is fantastic and exceptionally well-suited for a big group. It offers the perfect balance of space—there was plenty of room for all 16 of us to gather around to enjoy our lunches and dinners together, but it was also spacious enough for us to spread out and enjoy some quiet, private time in smaller groups whenever we wanted. We absolutely loved spending our days relaxing by the pool, and the roof terrace is a great spot in the evenings for stargazing.The location of the house is also unbeatable. Having the dog beaches right next to the property was incredibly convenient for us. It is also just a pleasant 10-minute walk right into the town of L'Ametlla de Mar, and a lovely 20-minute walk to another beach that has a great little beach cabin where you can grab drinks and a bite to eat.Thank you so much to the hosts for a wonderful experience. The villa provided everything we needed for a truly unforgettable holiday and communication with the host is straight forward. We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

We have just come back from a fantastic stay at Villa Christina in La Amettla de Mar and I can't rate this villa and location enough. The villa is located about a 10-15 min walk to the centre of La Amettla de Mar where the all the main shops and restaurants are. There was fifteen of us who stayed at the villa and the villa had everything we needed, it was as described and more. It was clean, all bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms were all modern even though the pictures didn’t show that. There was so much outside seating and so many sunbeds. I love how you could fold back the external covers to have more sun over the sunbeds if needed.The outdoor bbq area was perfect for when we had one.The highlight though for all of us was the swimming pool, it was perfect and at night it was even more special with the external lighting bringing it to life. The owner Antonio couldn’t do enough for us. Gracias Antonio, mi amigo.

Just spent 8 nights in this fantastic house. 2 families of 6. The house is spacious and well laid out, with the highlight being the pool area just outside the door. It is fully equipped with modern appliances, and everything works - you can tell this is a lived in house. It is practical as well as beautiful. Also fully gated off for privacy. L’Amettla De Mar is nice small town, just about 1km walk, full of small restaurants, cafes, little shops and locals going about their normal day. Parts of it are exceptionally beautiful. The house is directly on the GR82 walking route, which means endless hours of cliff walks. I would highly recommend this house for any family looking a taste of real Spain, but in a seaside location, and highly convenient to Reus airport. Our host was excellent, very welcoming and full of good advice. A gem.

Fantastic

Fabulous, loved the villa, loved Antonio and his family who were super helpful, the area was perfect, not too touristy but lots of lovely beaches and restaurants all close by. Antonio’s restaurant also serves excellent pizza! We were a four generation family party and there was something for everyone. Even rated Reus airport for being quiet and calm and close to L’Amettla.

Wonderful time

We are a family of 11, ranging from 10 months to 70yrs old. We had the best time at Villa Cristina. The house was very spacious and lovely and cool in the hot weather. Antonio provided 2 travel cots and high chairs for the little ones. The pool and surrounding area far surpassed our expectations. It has recently been revamped and is truly superb. The children had so much fun in it and it was so clean. Antonio was very quick to respond to any queries and we can highly recommend the Pizzas we had from his restaurant, only about 8-10 minutes walk. Thank you Antonio.

Fabulous property!

We have just stayed for 2 weeks at this wonderful property and we all loved it. The highlight was the outside area -the photos don’t do it justice! It’s huge and beautiful and very well kept. The pool is deep enough for the kids to dive but with a shallow end and ledges for the little ones - perfect! And with jacuzzi jets and night lights too - loved it. The table outside was fantastic and all 13 of us are outside every night . The shade covers during the day were a god send and having having a gate was great with children. Anything we needed we asked Antonio for and he was very helpful and even helped us out 1 day with lifts ! He cleaned the pool every few days which was great . Recommend doing online deliveries for food - we did every few days and it was so helpful. We didn’t have cars so a trek to Spa each day was very hot. Small little beaches nearby but best to go to the beaches further into town . The town is cute with lots of shops and restaurants . Head to the town square for lovely tapas bars - they are all great but marina front bars more expensive . There are only 3 bathrooms and 1 is en-suite but it all worked out. There is an extra chest freezer and fridge too so you can really stock up which helps . The property is lovely - the only thing I would recommend is a change of linen in the 2 week stay -otherwise it’s ace!!

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår resa och vi var 8 vuxna och 7 barn som upplevde 8 fina dagar vid poolen som nyttjades både morgon o kväll. Ett plus är också nära till strand om man vill bada eller snorkla. Det finns en till strand i nästa vik med ett större hotell på promenadavstånd som erbjöd lite rolig kvällsunderhållning, barnvänligt med spelkonsoler och biljard mm. Vi lagade många goda middagar vid grillen på bakgården av huset och gick in till stan på luncherna och strosade runt i gränderna. En mysig by helt enkelt. Det finns många bra restauranger som erbjuder mycket variation av skaldjur, fisk och även kötträtter som var bra. Ingen var missnöjd med resan och den stora behållningen var att vi upplevde Antonio med fru som väldigt gästvänliga och trevliga. Vi hade två personer i sällskapet som skötte kommunikationen på spanska med dem och med en översättningsapp som funkade bra eftersom vi inte kunde spanska så bra. Ett tips är att ta med en resväska eller ”rullväska” för inhandlingen på SPAR samt en kylväska som man kan rulla med tillbaka efter inköp av mat o dryck. Vi hjälptes åt att handla och det gick bra med promenad till o från stan eftersom det inte fanns så många taxibilar i byn. Detta är en tiopoängare om man är en större familj eller sällskap som vill bo avskiljt och lugnt med bra faciliteter! Björn och Ina

Quel excellent séjour dans cette villa à la hauteur des commentaires précédents ! Antonio est une pépite, disponible, discret ( nettoyage piscine) de bon conseil pour les restaurants et les plages et extrêmement gentil. Nous sommes venus à 18 ( 12 adultes 6 enfants et deux chiens) et la maison est totalement adaptée ! Je recommande vivement cet hôte et cette villa !

Tolle Villa mit super Außenbereich

Wir haben die Villa mit 4 befreundeten Familien gebucht und hatten eine super Zeit in L'Ametlla de Mar. Das Örtchen ist übersichtlich und nicht von Touristen überlaufen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Villa eignet sich hervorragen für so große Gruppen, wir konnten draußen alle gemeinsam speisen uns man konnte sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen. Die Ausstattung bspw. hinsichtlich einheitlichem Geschirr und eine optimalere Nutzung des Außengrills wären für den Preis wünschenswert gewesen. Weiterhin hatten wir den Eigentümer oft vor Ort, da das Poollicht repariert werden musste. Er war sehr bemüht, aber der ein oder andere hat sich gestört gefühlt und die Kinder fanden die Wartezeit, bis der Pool wieder genutzt werden konnte, nicht so toll. Antonio ist aber ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Tipp: Der Cristal Beach, der nur 20 Fahrminuten entfernt ist, hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

VACANCES EN FAMILLE

Très belle maison, située à quelques mètres de la plage avec terrasse sur le toit une vue superbe .Nous étions 16 : 4 couples, 4 ado et 4 enfants . La maison a un grand volume, des chambres spacieuses ainsi que les salles de bain. La cuisine très spacieuse également bien équipée très fonctionnelle .A l'extérieur tout y est belle piscine transats barbecue , 3 coins séparés en terrasse, coin pétanque. Une belle maison de vacances. Merci à Antonio pour sa gentillesse. Location à recommander.

A fantastic family holiday. June 2022.

This villa was fantastic for our family holiday. We travelled from England for a family celebration and our group ranged from age 6 years to age 79 years. The villa exceeding our expectations, it is larger in real life with plenty of areas in the gorgeous landscaped gardens, to find somewhere quite to sit if you are in a large group. The electronic gates gave us extra privacy which is always nice when travelling with young children. Excellent outdoor cooking area as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The house was clean and air conditioned. The pool area was fabulous and the newly fitted sun shades were brilliant, allowing us to create shaded areas for the younger children. We spent a lot of time in the pool and playing games on the various seating provided. It is a stylish villa!! Barcelona airport is about 1hour 30 minutes and we hired a car for the week. This was perfect for us, we didn’t want to be in a typically English resort. The drive was very easy and having the car allowed us to explore the area. Loads of parking inside the villa grounds. The villa is located in a truly authentic Spanish town, with just a short walk to the port where trips and water sport hire is available. There are numerous cafes, restaurants and shops to enjoy a relaxed lunch or dinner. We recommend The Tuna Tour, brilliant. Antonio was a great host and answered any questions we had. We would definitely book again, a beautiful villa and location. Thank you!

Parfait

Nous étions 5 couples avec enfants (principalement ados), un total de 16 personnes. La maison est spacieuse même pour ce nombre, entièrement climatisée ce qui n’est pas négligeable au mois d’août. Très bien équipée également. Juste les 3 salles de bains avec les Wc dedans sont parfois trop juste. Un wc hors salle de bain ne serai pas de trop. La piscine est parfaite également pour et très bien entretenue. Il n’y a rien à faire qu’à profiter des vacances. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et bien conseillés, pour les commandes de paellas notamment ! Le cartier est juste ce qu’il faut à l’écart pour être à l’abrit du tumulte et le centre village et port sont accessible à pied très facilement. Plusieurs petites criques ravissantes et quasi désertes au pied de la maison : le rêve. Le village aussi est agréable, populaire et sans risque pour nos ados seuls. Nous avons passé la semaine à manger du poisson au barbecue (super barbecue derrière la maison) a des prix défiant toute concurrence dans ce village de pêcheurs. Vraiment aucune fausse note, nous recommandons !!!

GENIAL

superbe accueil d'Antonio toujours aux petits soins pour que les locataires se sentent bien, nous étions 18 personnes et nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. la maison est plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. la situation de la maison donne accès à de nombreuses plages à pieds et le centre ville est à 10mn. nous recommandons vivement cette location

A little bit of paradise

We had a phenomenal week at this lovely villa with the Abuelos, their grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. We enjoyed walking to the nearby cove, going to nearby beaches, jet skiing, and sightseeing in Tarragona, as well as many laughter-filled meals together and time in the pool. Antonio and his wife were perfect hosts, and he even found a local photographer for family pictures. They also own a great pizzeria which was nearby. We would definitely stay here again for future vacations!

Excellent séjour entre amis avec enfants de tout âge

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette superbe villa ( mieux en vrai que sur les photos). Nous étions 18 avec 11 enfants, la maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires ont été aux petits soins avec nous, toujours à notre disposition et très sympathiques! Nous recommandons à 200% cette maison à côté des plages et du centre ville. Rien à redire! Merci pour ce séjour!

Une fabuleuse villa et des propriétaires sympathiques

" Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires dans leur merveilleuse demeure, moderne et conviviale: une piscine agréable et très bien entretenue où nos enfants ont pataugé tous les jours, une cuisine hyper équipée, de nombreuses chambres, une climatisation au top et un barbecue extérieur très apprécié. La maison est très bien située, au calme dans une impasse, proche du centre-ville et de la mer. Il ne vous reste plus qu'à y poser vos affaires et passer d'excellentes vacances comme nous l'avons fait. Nous tenterons de revenir l'année prochaine. Au plaisir de revoir Antonio et sa famille. » "Hemos sido recibidos muy calurosamente por los propietarios en su maravillosa casa, moderna y acogedora: una piscina agradable y muy bien mantenida donde nuestros hijos han nadado todos los días, una cocina bien equipada, muchas habitaciones, aire acondicionado en la parte superior y una popular barbacoa al aire libre. La casa está muy bien situada, tranquila en un callejón sin salida, cerca del centro de la ciudad y del mar.
