Great apartment

Apartment was ideal for our family of 4. Sofa bed was big enough for 8 and 10 year old children. Everything was as described and all clean and well maintained. Queens park is great area to stay as has all facilities close by (including great park with a pitch and putt) and is not far from heart of London with great transport options. Would recommend Thanks

ubicación tranquila y cerca del metro

Buena ubicación, zona residencial, tranquila y cerca del metro. Buena casa para familia con niño o niños pequeños ya que el sofá cama resulta un poco incómodo para una persona adulta, pero por lo demás, todo perfecto. Recomendable. Limpio y moderno.

Una estancia Fantástica

El apartamento situado en un buen sitio, cerca de la estación de metro de Queen,s Parck, a unos 5 minutos andando, linea Bakerloo directa a Picadilly. El apartamento limpio con enseres adecuados para la estancia, tanto de cocina como de ropa de cama y toallas y pequeños electrodómesticos. Lo único que faltaba, por decir alguna cosa es un microondas, por lo demás muy bien. Zona con restaurantes y supermercados a 5 minutos. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Great stay!

Good location with food shops, eating/drinking options and transport links close by. Communication with host was great and flexibility around check out was much appreciated. Listing is accurate, everything was as expected. We would certainly consider staying again.

Property was exactly as advertised

I had a great stay at Patti's VRBO; the property was exactly as the listing described. Communication was great, and the simple touch of a welcome note and some biscuits was really lovely. The location was fantastic for someone that wanted to be close to the action, but not directly in it. Getting around was incredibly easy and everything you could need was within a 10-15 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Patti!

Zog House experience

We had a lovely 8 night stay at the Zog House apartment. We had everything we needed and Patti provided extra bedding for the sofabed as requested. A very different and interesting London abode in a beautiful area.

Excellent time at Zog house

The property was in a really great location, easy to access tube and overground, local amenities but very peaceful area. Great space to use as a base when jn the London area

Modern Basement Flat

This is a very convenient flat close to Queen’s Park tube on the Bakerloo line so you can be in downtown London very quickly. The flat is very clean and comfortable and the host was very accommodating and helpful.

Excellent space and accommodation

The apartment was easy to locate. It was very well furnished and very comfortable. Getting to others parts of the city was easy due to the tube line only being 5 minutes walk away.

Cozy, modern apartment in great location

Just spent a week at Patti's apartment with my husband and teenage daughter. The flat was equipped with everything you need for a perfect week away. The location was great, between Queen's Park and Kilburn. Close to lots of great gastropubs, restaurants and cafe's all within 5-10 mins walk and close to the Bakerloo line tube which gets you in to central London in 15 mins. Patti and her family live upstairs so if you have any problems or questions they are right there to help you out. I would definitely stay here again. best - Rose and family

Friendly and nice

We had a pleasant stay at Pattis place, everything was clean and nice, shops, busses and trains nearby as expected from the description. Though we didn’t meet in person, Patti was very helpful with advice and umbrellas ;) Thanks Patti

Très beau séjour londonien

Notre séjour a été des plus agréables. L'appartement de Patti est bien équipé, fonctionnel pour une famille de 4 personnes comme nous avec 2 enfants. Il est également très bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel à proximité des commodités et surtout du Métro pour se rendre à Londres. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison moderne qui tranche avec le style victorien du quartier. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce côté un peu insolite. Patti est une propriétaire prévoyante et disponible pour ses locataires. Nous avions quelques produits alimentaires à notre arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable quand on n'a pas encore ses repères. Nous avons passé 4 jours intenses de visites et étions ravis d'être dans un quartier calme le soir avec des propriétaires à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Merci à Patti pour son accueil, on espère revenir très vite !

Pros and Cons

There were definite pros and cons with this location. Very easy access to Queens Park tube and lots of local good places to eat within reach. Be aware that there are several young children overhead and it was loud at times. Good space for couple or single person, bed left us a bit stiff and pull out sofa bed is....well a pull out sofa bed and 13 year old had some stiff nights as well.

Dear Erinn and family, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you didn’t 100% enjoy your stay in our flat, we have only had two negative reviews in the 5 years that we have been renting this flat out and take our feedback very seriously. We do try and fix or improve anything that is not up to our guests expectations as soon as we are told, but this is the first we knew about the noise levels. We also have very fluffy mattress toppers which could easily have been placed on both beds if you mentioned something after your first night to hopefully improve your nights sleep. We do try our best to cater for all types of guest bed preferences. We keep our prices fairly low in comparison to our local competitors because we offer a family friendly flat and I’m sorry if this wasn’t clear in the listing. I shall make sure it is much clearer for the future. The flat is newly built, with a higher specification of sound insulation when compared to Victorian or older homes. However, it’s not as high as a hotel, and we shall make sure that we let people know this in the future in advance

Appartement bien équipé proche du métro

Nous avons passé quatre jours très agréables dans l'appartement de Patti. Il est très propre, bien équipé ( électroménager, livres, jeux , lecteur DVD, adaptateurs pour les prises, jouets pour les enfants, draps de qualité). Le quartier est sympathique, avec beaucoup de commerces , très sûr. L'appartement est à 5 minutes du métro, en 20 minutes au centre de Londres. Les seuls petits points à améliorer : peut-être rajouter deux chaises, et il faisait un peu chaud dans le salon, le wifi ne capte pas bien dans la chambre mais parfaitement dans le salon. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue et nous avons l'agréable surprise d'avoir plusieurs produits de bienvenue : pâtes, sauce, lait, chocolat. Propriétaire aimable et discrète. On recommande largement cet endroit!

We stayed for 6 days, two adults and two kids (aged 11 & 15), and all in all we enjoyed the stay in this downstairs appartment . But to be honest, the space was not enough for 4 persons. We would think it´s fine for two adults with one or two little kids. The furniture is a mix of modern and old, and therefore the appartment has a very individual touch. The possibility to put clothes in the one available wardrobe was very limited. The appartment is located near an underground station, various supermarkets are around and the neighbourhood is quiet. Our parking possibillity in the street (in front of the house) was arranged in advance by the hosts. We appreciated having the possibility to use the washing machine and the host were very responsive and helpful.

Quadratisch - Praktisch - Gut

Bei unserem 5-tägigen Sightseeing-Trip in London war die Wohnung ein perfekter Dreh- und Angelpunkt. Obwohl es sich um eine Souterrain-Wohnung handelt, hat man durch die großen, deckenhohen Fenster nicht das Gefühl, sich im Keller zu befinden. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist ausreichend groß für 2 Erwachsene. Das Auszieh-Sofa war für unsere Kids (16 + 12) gerade an der Grenze. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut ausgestattet - sogar mit einem 4-Platten Gasherd. Das Bad hat eine perfekte Aufteilung. Die Wohnung befindet sich einer gepflegten Wohnlage und es ist sehr ruhig. Bei Fragen stehen Patti und Gus sehr hilfreich und freundlich zur Verfügung. Mit der Underground Bakerloo Line (Fußweg ca. 5 Minuten) erreicht man erstaunlich schnell die Innenstadt von London. Das U-Bahn-Netz ist unglaublich gut ausgebaut und nach 2 Minuten kommt schon die nächste Bahn, wenn man eine verpasst hat. Hat man mal keine Lust, sich auf den Weg in die Innenstadt zu machen, kann man auch hier wunderbar den Tag verbringen. Fünf Minuten entfernt befindet sich die Salusbury Road, auf sich Geschäfte, Supermärkte und ansprechende Restaurants befinden. Läuft man nochmals 5-10 Minuten, ist man direkt im Queens Park. Wenn wir London nochmal einen Besuch abstatten würden wir gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu zweit für sechs Tage in London. Die Wohnung ist für eine Städtereise ideal. Perfekt ausgestattet, ein super bequemes Bett und schön eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Station Queenspark, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Pubs sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Also alles optimal. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très bon séjour à Londres

Séjour de 5 nuits en Avril avec 2 enfants, 17 et 9 ans. Appartement propre ,qui correspond tout à fait aux photos et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ou il était facile de rejoindre le centre de Londres avec le métro. Je recommande cette location et merci Patti pour ton aide lors de la réservation.
