Kirk Stables es un antiguo bloque de 4 habitaciones y 3 baños, ubicado en un terreno privado en un terreno privado.

Tiene un diseño de planta abierta y una moderna cocina equipada con cocina integrada, microondas, vitrocerámica de inducción, lavaplatos, nevera, nevera para vinos y grifo de agua caliente Quooker.

La gran mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 8 con facilidad, estufa de leña central equipada, televisores grandes y bocina bluetooth Bose, dos sofás triples.
Aquí hay un sillón colocado en una pequeña área de lectura con una selección de libros.

Baño familiar grande con bañera independiente y cabina de ducha, dos baños en suite con ducha y wc.
4 habitaciones, todas de buen tamaño, 3 de ellas con puertas francesas al espacio privado.
Dos habitaciones tienen TV, 1 habitación tiene DVD y Xbox 360.
Utilidad con lavadora y equipada. También tiene una sala de botas.
Afuera hay una zona de terraza que está orientada al sur. Contiene un gran sofá de jardín para 8 personas con mesa en el que puedes cenar, Outback BBQ y 2 tumbonas. El lujo es una gran bañera de hidromasaje que se encuentra en la terraza con una vista de los Dales. Estacionamiento para 4 autos, paddock para juegos y ejercicio de perros.
Y también una cálida bienvenida en el Yorkshire Dales.

A really lovely property in excellent condition with first class facilities. The kitchen has a really high spec, it amazed us what it could do! Our only gripes were the very squeaky doors to the bedrooms and the motion detector lights in the bedrooms but it truly is a lovely property and we would recommend it at a drop of a hat. The views were stunning, especially from the hot tub

Excellent property great location.

Excellent property well equipped quiet spot, well equipped. Great location for exploring Yorkshire Dales especially Wharfedale. Quiet, private location, comfortable and clean accommodation with plenty of outdoor space and pleasant views. Will be looking at returning.

Lovely stay in quiet location

We found the property an ideal base for the Yorkshire Dales, plenty of walking during our stay and the Hot Tub was a very welcome relaxation after a long day out on the hills. Signal was fine, we did not miss having no Wifi as it helped stop us looking on line so much and unwind more

Private and cosy

The location was ideal for us and the house was very well equipped. On a sunny day the building did get warm, but open a couple of doors and some fresh Yorkshire air blows through. Skipton surprised me - what a lovely town.

Loved this place

Loved our stay. Gorgeous house in beautiful quiet location. Lots to do in the area. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Multi generational group with dogs - we all loved it. Hot tub was idyllic with fabulous views and dark starry nights. We would definitely go back.

Stunning Property

This is a beautiful property in glorious part of the country. Everything you could possibly want is provided by the owners. There is also plenty of everything so no washing up every time you have a cup of tea or use a plate. Communication with the owner is excellent and very informative. A wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! Thanks Ann, we hope to return.

Would highly recommend

We travelled as a family with tow young children. The accommodation was excellent, very modern, clean and got everything we needed. The location is ideal if you want peace and quiet, but close enough to the small village of Embsay and a short drive to Skipton. We will be back.

Gorgeous house

The property was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. We had a hiccup on arrival courtesy of a fuse blowing but other than that we had a lovely weekend. The outlook was fabulous and the setting very peaceful

Wonderful and peaceful

Kirk Stables is a lovely modern renovation of an old stables in a beautiful setting. Property is as it shows in the photos. It's well supplied to get your stay started. Ann, the host was very responsive.

Dales Way 50th birthday celebration

A wonderful property in a great location to enjoy the wonderful Yorkshire Dales. The property had a good range of kitchen utensils etc.. and cook books. All bedrooms were a great size. The views and local walks were lovely and overall a wonderful base for my husband's 50th birthday while he walked drom Bowness to Ilkley ( we know its usually done in the opposite direction)

From the first message I sent to the host to the last message, the communication has been amazing! If I could have scored any higher I would have! Exactly as described and more, stunning property with wonderful decor to suit the stables! The surrounding area of the property, the fields, the decking and patio area is all set up lovely and very well thought through from the gardens to the rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s all very family orientated, all of the little things are very well thought through. We all loved it. It’s very modern and what’s even better is it’s disability friendly which was what I was looking for specifically!! Would definitely go back again!! Bonus was we got to see and meet the cows as the came for their dinner from and to the field that passes the property! The bath was also a star of the show for our family!

40th Birthday Stay

A group of 8 of us stayed recently to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was perfect for us, and had everything we needed for our stay. You could tell the hosts had taken time to think about everything you could need during your stay. The location is beautiful; it felt isolated but was a short drive to Skipton making it very convenient. Ann was a fabulous host and quickly responded to our questions and queries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Great modern home with everything necessary to have a peaceful holiday

A group of friends and I stayed at Anns place for a weekend and had a beautiful relaxing break. It has all the amenities necessary. The bedrooms are a great size and there is a lot of living space. The garden is definitely fit for purpose and the hot tub is a great addition. The communication was great, and they were extremely helpful with anything we needed. Many Thanks

Fantastic family break

We had a wonderful few days at the lodge. Lots of room inside and out to accommodate all the family. Plenty of glasses, serving dishes and everything you need to cook for a larger group. We enjoyed family meals around the large table and also enjoyed the BBQ and breakfast on the outside seating area. Adults and children enjoyed watching the wildlife in the field, listening to the owls from the hub tub of an evening. Honestly everything has been thought about to make a family break easy. We will definitely be back.

This was dream to convert derelict stables into a stunning house for others to enjoy. It is a modern design with key features for luxury accomodation.
It is south facing so all days gets sunshine with amazing views of the dales beyond. The stables are set amongst a stunnign vista and countryside to enjoy and treasure. We love our Yorkshire dales .. please come and share it with us.
