We have stayed in Legacy Villas several times now, and this layout and location was perfect for our family. There is a nice large patio with a table and couches perfect for lounging. The kitchen and rooms are all well appointed with comfortable beds. The host was great with communication and went out of his way to trouble shoot an issue and even to return some items that we had left behind! We would love to stay at this properly again, and look forward to our next visit!

Great Stay, Easy to Communicate with, and Great Location!

Trevor was very nice to communicate with and had a fantastic place that our group of 6 really enjoyed. The gated community is really nice and we enjoyed the location close to the La Quinta Resort & local retail a quick 5 minute drive. Thank you!

long weekend in palm springs

we had such a great time at this unit. It is very well equipped with anything you could need and more. We cant wait to come back again. The host are really wonderful. You wont regret booking here.

Coachella Weekend 2 Stay

We stayed here for Coachella Weekend 2 since it was very close to one of the shuttle stops. The house was amazing and the host was very responsive in case we needed anything. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the view on the balcony is AMAZING! Will definitely stay here again

My favorite home in La Quinta!

We keep coming back year-after-year to this lovely well-stocked home. The owners are wonderful and helpful and unlike so many short-term rentals this home has all the necessities including spices, coffee, pool towels, toiletries, etc. We'll keep coming back as long as they will have us!

Wonderful Property

We could not have been happier with this beautiful 3 bedroom property - we were all pretty excited when we first walked in :) We have stayed at the Legacy Villas for a few years during spring break, and this property is, by far, our favorite! It has everything you need. We will definitely stay here again when back in La Quinta!

Beautiful with EVERYTHING you need!

The pictures don’t do the property justice. The unit is beautifully appointed and comfortable. There is a full laundry room which is great if you are traveling with your family. The owner made everything easy to understand and is very accommodating. I will book this place again!

Nicely finished and equipped Legacy Villas home

This year marked maybe the 10th time we have been to Legacy Villas, and this home ranks right up there with the best we have stayed in. The redone flooring, nicely equipped kitchen, integrated sound system, patio furniture, location and view are fantastic. Trevor was easy to communicate with and helped make our stay as pleasant as possible. We're rebooking for next year!

Stage Coach Weekend

Myself, my 2 sisters and spouses stayed during Stage Coach 2024 and had a great time. Accommodations were just as expected from the listing and even had extra amenities such as travel size toiletries if we left anything behind. That was a great touch! We enjoyed the patio and the pool was just steps away. The rental is perfect for 3 couples as each room has its own bathroom. One is across the hall from the bedroom, but that was not an issue. I also noticed a few baby accommodations such as a high chair, kids scooters as well as the outlets having child safety covers. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well to keep the pool towels fresh. I would recommend staying here and working with Trevor.

Fantastic villa!

My family and I celebrated Thanksgiving here. The villa was soo lovely and the perfect size for 5 adults and a 6-year old. It had everything we needed and more. We felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort, the bed linens were wonderful. Trevor was super easy to work with and gave us great recommendations on restaurants. The farmers market on Sunday was great too! We hope our travels bring us back to La Quinta and this villa in the near future!

A lovely weekend

We came in for a long holiday weekend and had an amazing time despite the circumstances of COVID. The house was as pictured, updated and very well maintained. We appreciated that The owners over communicated common area policies and were very accommodating in general. We will definitely be back and rent again!

Peaceful stay at La Quinta

This property was very good for our family of four. I would definitely recommend it. The layout is very comfortable and everything was clean and as described. Palm Springs is about 35-45 minutes away, but La Quinta is a nice quiet spot.

The property is gated, very safe and secure. The grounds are well kept and many opportunities for pool time with the variety of pools on the property. The villa is more spacious than I expected with tall ceilings and lots of light. The photographs on VRBO understate how nice the villa is. It is a solid (3) bed/ (3) bath unit. Plenty of room for larger families or a group of adult couples. Great social areas but large enough if someone wants to get away from the others for quiet time and read a book. Kitchen is well appointed. We didn't want for anything. A short (10 minute) drive to El Paseo or other shops and restaurants. Also very close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. My adult children and I started every morning on the deck, reading and enjoying the morning sun. A nice trip and great family time. A good value for the price. Thank You, Rob W.

Fantastic!

Stayed with 2 small kids and 4 adults and had plenty of room. The Pack play was very useful. The kitchen was well equipped and all bedding and towels were comfortable and high end. Beautiful condo and pools were excellent especially the main pool with shallow areas for safe kid swimming. Such a wonderful vacation
