1st Vrbo get-away a success!

Relaxing get-away! Very clean, able to walk to beach, restaurants and pool in minutes! Check it in/out was a breeze, easy directions and very responsive to questions. This was my first vrbo getaway-Absolutely recommend and easily give 5 stars!!

Nice stay

Nice property, 2 restaurants walking distance, beautiful view of the bay, however beach had lot of algae during our stay. Not that many places to eat or shop outside of the 2 restaurants in little harbor. Overall it was a nice stay, Warren was very responsive and gave us all info needed.

Girls getaway

The floors were dirty, but rest was great. Pool and restaurants were excellent. Would stay again. Great experience. Would recommend putting some breakfast places for your guests in the room. Also where the garbage cans are located.

Had a great time

Warren was wonderful! Very personable and contacted us a few times before arrival to keep up informed. Provided all the necessary details to check in as well as the local area. Enjoyed the pool, not very crowded and very well kept. Accommodations were clean and has everything we needed for our stay. It was a perfect just what we were looking for.

The best part of the visit was Warren's welcome and hospitality. Thanks buddy! The property has great amenities and has access to anywhere you would like to visit. Good food, beach access and breath taking sunsets. Two thumbs up.

A Real Jewel

We were celebrating the Fourth of July with family in the area and decided to give Little Harbor a try. Very glad we did, comfortable room all the amenities you would expect. The owners were very responsive and provided clear instructions for everything. We cannot say enough about the entire area, several pools close by, restaurants in walking distance and water views anywhere you look. It was just generally a peaceful and scenic location that we would love to visit again.

Beautiful, quiet resort

We spent a month there. The beach is wonderful, all employees were helpful and friendly and food was really good. If you want a noncrowded quiet place the Inn at Little Harbor is It! We had a great vacation and hope to return again soon. The only issue I saw was the carpet going to the second floor was horribly dirty. Our room on second floor had a great balcony.

Remote, but area is nice

The price was low and the location was remote. If you like remote, this will work for you. Quite area. Couple of nice restaurants within the property. The unit needs some updating, cleaning is needed. Don’t expect perfection, but it wasn’t clean enough for me and my wife.otherwise, budget family on a trip, this would work nicely.

Ruskin Clean and Comfortable

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the pool, the beach, and two restaurants. We especially enjoyed watching sunsets at the Sunset Grill. Warren was very pleasant and communicated very well. The only suggestion I would have would be to have some sort of blankets in the unit. There were only sheets on the beds, with no other covering, and we got chilly and had to go purchase a blanket. We would highly recommend this unit for a clean, quiet, relaxing, stay!

Very pleasant condo on beachfront property with excellent amenities available

Just enough off the beaten path and away from densely populated areas in the Tampa area to allow for relaxation while not being too far from interesting destinations. On arrival, the apartment was clean and attractive, with a compact kitchenette-type area with full refrigerator that was very practical. All promised amenities such as beach access, pools, exercise areas, and laundry were easily available on site or through the nearby sister property, and the local management staff were very friendly and supportive to those of us who were in "private" rentals. All in all, a very enjoyable stay, and my contacts with the owner were friendly and productive. I will visit them again if I return to the Tampa area.
